President Trump is using every avenue available to remove migrants from the country, including financial deals to drop foreigners off in random countries that are willing to take them away.

Leaders of Germany, France, UK, other countries accept that Europe needs to stand on its own rather than be reliant on the U.S. But the current leadership, the same governments responsible for a decade of mass migration, does not deserve to to determine what that future will look like.

This bill additionally would allow the Attorney General to sue any govt agency, school or jail that does not comply with immigration enforcement. Furthermore, the AG may sue employers for hiring illegal aliens or failing to fire known illegals. This bill even requires an audit of noncitizens using state benefits or enrolled in state programs.

This Indiana Crackdown Bill is an excellent case of good Republicans doing their job, and it may serve as an example of what we can accomplish through the system of state and local politics.

President Trump's Department of Transportation has put out a new federal rule disallowing states from issuing work/truck driving licenses to H-1Bs and other noncitizens who are not fit for the job. SAVE verification through the alien registry will be required for reviewing, licensing and hiring.

EADs, the Employment Authorization Document or work permit used by foreigners, will no longer be accepted as proof of eligibility.

The 287(g) program to empower police into immigration enforcement agents has existed since 1996, yet went mostly unused for the past 30 years. The Obama administration tried to kill the program quietly before it became widespread. Now, the Trump administration has turned it into a ‘migrant arresting machine’.

“They have essentially set up a bounty hunter system and are incentivizing local/state law enforcement to detain anyone who appears to be undocumented” — Civil Rights advocates and DHS watchdogs warn that this program will leave migrants with nowhere to hide if more and more law enforcement agencies learn about it.

President Trump achieved record low migrants released into the US first term; his second term has an historic 9 months straight of zero releases into the US. Migrants are being deterred, detained and deported from America every month in a great volume, and it can still climb higher.

In early 2025, visas for legal migration declined by 16% for nonimmigrants and 20% for immigrants. This is from administrative denial and delay alone, before any of President Trump's travel bans, fees, visa freeze, asylum pause or other restrictions. That means the Trump administration is actively trying to cut legal migration regardless of the law.
