President Trump has secured a trade agreement with India that does not open up immigration or encourage an influx of Indians into the U.S. This deal eliminates many Indian tariffs against us to near zero while it keeps American tariffs on India; the agreement incentivises Indians to stay in India and ‘Make in India’ their products and services.

People throw around martial law, ignore the courts, etc. knowing these are divided states, which would be evasive and vain without more operatives at local levels. Civilians in law working to get the leader around status-quo are necessary to make radical options a serious play. President Trump is making a prerogative state of his own—bending Congress and Whitening Courts, building up DHS, clearing out DoW. That is the affirmative response to an otherwise hostile system; anyone with extra suggestions should look at an admin or legal role at some level, at the very least involve yourself in the voting process, to make it serious.

DHS Kristi Noem and ICE head Todd Lyons are focused on presenting an image of Law & Order, while Tom Homan has been given control of broad operation priorities to 'target the criminals' and push state cooperation.

Border crossings and alien encounters at the wall continue to be at record low, lower than any other admin since we began recording that data. There have been 9 consecutive months of no releases.

ICE alone arrested 393,000 migrants in President Trump's 1st full year of 2nd term. CBP, FBI, HSI was responsible for the other 300,000+ arrests. Over 40k arrested by ICE had assault charges and over 30k had a charge of drunk driving or drugged driving, which is common in hispanic areas.

Even though the Trump Administration has not explicitly targeted 'illegal workers', there has been a surge in worksite arrests of employed migrants. Regions populated with peons are reporting a rise in wages, drop in rent and lull with construction.

Over 100 Somali immigration cases have been suddenly expedited, some moved from 2028 to this year, in what lawyers say appears to be an effort by the Trump Admin to quickly reject and deport groups of migrants in bulk.

President Trump's Big Beautiful Bill has turned ICE into the most funded law enforcement agency in America, one of the largest armed forces in the world. At the same time, infrastructure for legal avenues of immigration has been cut by 23%. Legal immigration in whole is blocked by half and down by two thirds, indicating the Trump Admin is trying to clear out the foreign-born population.

So far the Trump Administration through Pam Bondi's DOJ has been winning every major case it needs to push mass deportations forward; this one covers TPS of three nationalities and may signal a similar win against Haitians in court.

President Trump so far is winning where it counts, and is changing the complexion of the judiciary in the background. Unless this win-trend changes for the worse, the admin is heading the right way.

President Trump's ICE has been skirting the law without breaking the law, transferring illegals around the country, monitoring future arrestees with GPS tracking and other methods, removing people to a random country or delaying efforts to respond to the requests of federal courts.
