The DOJ has eliminated disparate-impact regulations today, rolling-back the liability priority of the 1964 Civil Rights Act which gave an advantage to people ‘statistically likely to experience discrimination’ such as non-Whites, the LGBT and non-Christians.

This means discrimination in a federal legal context must be proven by intent and conduct, making it harder to merely accuse businesses or White men of discriminating for maintaining reasonable standards.

DHS largely uses charter flights to carry out its deportations, with help from the Navy and Coast Guard for processing. Buying a fleet will allow additional hundreds of removals a day at its own discretion.

Family Reunification and the option to have parole or legal status is ending for ‘all aliens from Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, and Honduras, and their immediate family members.’ Pending family will be terminated by January 14th.

Because of recent screening increases, thousands of existing H-1B visa holders and H-4 applicants are having their interviews pushed back by several months or more.

Unless or until interviewed these holders will not be approved for renewal and many will remain waiting outside of the U.S.

USCIS is ordering all foreigners to update their photos on file. Any foreigner with a photo that is older than 3 years will be scheduled to appear to take a new one.

Additionally, ‘self-submitted photos will no longer be accepted. Only photos taken by USCIS or other authorized entities will be.’
