Employer’s Mandating Vaccinations as a condition for employment?

When you hear that EEOC guidance says “your employer can require you to get a vaccine,” this is false/ mistaken: EUAs have to have the Option to Refuse and the right to Informed Consent for EUAs. The EEOC's guidance updated on May 28, 2021, only states that "federal EEO laws do not prevent an employer from requiring all employees physically entering the workplace to be vaccinated…"[1] It does not address 21 USCS § 360bbb-3, which relates to EUAs and the option to refuse.

This is called a word game or word salad.

There is Potential Liability on Employers or Universities that Mandate Vaccines if an Employee or Student suffers any Side Effects or Death from a mandatory EUA vaccine.

POWER Team. Where do I start. I would say this is one of the most important posts I have made to date. This video I will post separately below was recently shared by George News late last night. Fast forward the post, once you start to play it to the 29 minute mark. Here you will hear a broadcast from a man by the name of Myron Fagan. The broadcast was recorded in 1967. Keep this in mind as you listen.
He was an avid historian for his time. I cannot attest for its 100% validity and accuracy. However, as you listen you will see what he is discussing here, over 5 decades ago, is coming to fruition today. I do believe there is truth behind the majority of what he is saying. Again you must do your own research and keep your filter tight and then you must decide for yourselves what is truth and what is fiction. If you should decide this is truth in it's majority, please share.
This broadcast is two and a half hours long. My suggestion to you is to break it up into 30 minutes segments and Digest. Just be sure you listen to it in its entirety. What you start you must finish.

As I am faced with fighting vaccine, mask, and PCR testing mandates, I have had to put a game plan together. Here it is. I hope you find it helpful in your fight for your rights.

1st. Do nothing until you have formally received notice that you need to get the jab.

2nd Once you have received notice, you have the option to send a letter requesting information on the jab, testing, and masks as is required for informed consent with the EUA under 21 US Code 360bbb-3. While at the same time holding them liable for harm done to you from these interventions.

3rd. Sent letter (next letter posted) 1b instead of 1a. Letter 1b contains a lot of legalese and is a binding contract holding them liable for harm done.

4th. If you get the correct data back which indicates harm will come to you or the risks outweigh the benefits (as we know is true) or a refusal to sign over responsibility for harm inccured to you (no way they will fall for this) then it is time to get religious! Get a religious exemption!

Be sure to document the date and time stamps of when you send and receive letters. Keep them in electronic and hard copy form.

WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT QUIT YOUR JOB. Make them fire you and then lawyer up!
I also want to warn you. Once these jabs get approved it will be extremely difficult to fight them, BUT we must! Do not give in for your sake and your family's sake.
