Question. How can the FDA give approval for a drug to be safe and effective when it hasn't even been tested for this yet? Phase 3 tests for adverse reactions. And phase 4 tests for safety and efficacy. We are still in phase 3 and phase 4 can take between 5 and 10 years! This is absurdity at its finest!

The EEOC's guidance updated on May 28, 2021, only states that "federal EEO laws do not prevent an employer from requiring all employees physically entering the workplace to be vaccinated…"[1] It does not address 21 USCS § 360bbb-3, which relates to EUAs and the option to refuse.

This is called a word game or word salad.
