Your campus boards and administrations are not listening to the student movement. They are brutally repressing the encampments, they are doubling down on their investments in Israel, with several saying that they will not divest. Your action can change this reality and increase the pressure to new heights.
Our universities are invested in the bombs that have destroyed Gaza’s educational infrastructure. If there is no functioning university in Gaza, there should be no functioning university here.

Columbia University adminsitration distributed a notice to students to evacuate the Gaza Solidarity Encampment before 2 PM EST following the failure of negotiations today.
The university threatened students, stating that it has "identified a number of them," telling them that they would be suspended if they do not leave the encampment—which has persisted for 11 days now—by 2 PM (in less than 1.5 hours). The students were asked to sign to indicate their adherence to the terms in the form.
A number of students responded by throwing the warnings in the trash and wrote "SHAME ON COLUMBIA" using the notices.
