As’salamu Alaikum, Student encampments have started to begin across university campuses to stand alongside Gaza, further pressure on universities to stop investing in occupation and war, and to reclaim their campuses from zionism. From what we have seen at USC, aggression and force are being used by campus police and LAPD to prevent them from being able to set up and hold their campus encampments.
They need a lot of community support and will be holding a Jummah prayer at 1:30 today. Please outreach to your Muslim and broader community to come and join inshaAllah. They need as much community support as possible so they can hold their encampment.
