Людина, що надіслала відео Оперативному ЗСУ надсилала відео Скелі з роботою підрозділів й нам постійно. Це стабільна практика, коли комунікаційники підрозділів просять поширити відео.

До цього він надсилав інші матеріали й іншим каналам.

Отже, це не просто якийсь акаунт вперше вкинув, а людина постійно надсилала матеріали Скелі.

Різниця між відео на оф каналі та моменту, коли надіслали відео Оперативному менше 2 годин. Це та ж сама будівля, що знаходиться в ідентичному стані на обох відео.

Люди з відео по ПІБ не б'ються, бо прізвища не дуже чітко можна визначити. Також в скелі досить багато військових, що раніше були в колоніях, тому інформацію важче знайти через незначний цифровий слід.

Ми не можемо на 100% не підтвердити, не спростувати.

Офіційна комунікація також відсутня.

Це все, що є на даний момент.

Будемо раді, якщо це росіяни на відео й наші люди живі та не знаходяться в полоні через тупі задачі.

Президенту варто частіше комунікувати з командирами рівня корпусу та бригади і робити це не ситуативно, через якийсь випадок, а реально виводити на постійну основу, адже при комунікації лише з однією людиною, все бажання отримати обʼєктивний стан справ стає просто транслюванням субʼєктивної думки і сприйняття їі за реальність, хоча вона насправді вона зовсім інша…

В принципі це проблематика будь-якого військового організму, давно переконався - чим вище нарада, тим більше вона відірвана від реальності і абсурдна, тому у кожного командира має бути спілкування з командирами на декілька рангів нижче, воно має бути постійним, обов’язковим та неформальним - тільки тоді є шанс не втратити реальність…

p.s. більше не про відношення до ГК, а в контексті сучасних проблем війська і обстановки на полі бою.

2 days ago, for example, Ukrainian UAVs struck unspecified Russian targets in the white circle.
It's still unknown from my side whether they are remnant Russian positions after the Skelya regiment's clearing operation, if these are one-time occurrences, or if they're more frequent.

It's also notable that DeepState enlarged their gray zone in northern Kozacha Lopan 2 days after I made the quoted post, on July 18th, confirming that the situation is on a worsening trend and that Russian infiltrations are now frequent, at least in the northern part.

What is clear is that the Skelya regiment lied once again regarding the clearing of a settlement and that the situation, as previously reported, is not yet stabilized.

Відправились в тил, а опинились в полоні

Вони мали непомітно просочитися в тил українських позицій. У бій не вступати. Шукати екіпажі БпЛА, збирати розвіддані та встановлювати російські прапори для чергових пропагандистських роликів про «захоплені» села.

Натомість опинилися в полоні.

Бійці 225-го окремого штурмового полку провели зачистку від інфільтрованих груп противника в районах Тернуватого, Косівцевого, Різдвянки, Верхньої Терси та Воздвижівки.

Результат операції — 64 російські військовополонені.

64 окупанти поповнили обмінний фонд України. 225 окремий штурмовий полк продовжує працювати.

The Ukrainian 425th SAR "Skelya"'s official statement confirms that their two soldiers were indeed captured as POWs by Russia's 4th Army after a task to show flags in Kostyantynivka's Palace of Culture but denies the capture of Kostyantynivka by the Russians.

The 425th separate assault regiment "Skelya" is aware of the information disseminated by Russian resources regarding the capture of our servicemen. Work is currently underway to establish all the circumstances of the incident. We cannot disclose the details of the operation in the city.
Russian propaganda is trying to present a separate episode of the battle as a refutation of the results of the entire operation in Kostyantynivka. This is manipulation. Fighting for the city continues, and individual successes or losses of the parties do not change the overall picture of the battle.
For the regiment, the capture of our comrades is extremely painful news. But the most important thing is that our fighters remained alive, and the regiment will facilitate all necessary procedures for their speedy return home.
During the same battles, our servicemen also captured two occupiers. This once again confirms the battles were fierce and cannot be reduced to one separate episode, which is used by Russian propaganda today.
War does not consist only of victories. Successful completion of a combat mission does not mean the absence of losses. After any clearing, the enemy tries to regain lost positions and conducts counterattacks.
The demonstration of Ukrainian prisoners of war does not indicate either the capture of Kostyantynivka or the defeat of the regiment. The enemy traditionally uses prisoners of war as a tool of information warfare, trying to demoralize Ukrainian society and discredit the military command.
We are waiting for the return of each of our servicemen and ask not to help the enemy spread his manipulations."

As said yesterday in a post I had deleted due to lack of proper confirmation, my position is firmly against such flag-showing tasks for propaganda purposes.
While they generally do have a purpose regarding the general public, they are practically risky, expose their position, and involve an unnecessary infiltration to a position.
Flag games are tactics that Russia is using, which lead to losses on their part, and they're tactics from which Ukraine should distance itself as it's going forward to a modern army.
Their purpose in Skelya's specific case is also dampened because of their poor reputation, which is not unfounded seeing their past false statements (here's one that I've been personally able to debunk myself today: https://t.iss.one/PlayfraOSINT/5638) and other flagging tasks.

На мій погляд, бої за Констаху зараз більш важкі навіть по інтенсивності, ніж за Покровськ, а ви знаєте, що битва за Покровськ вона вкрай важка і тривала. І в таких важких умовах наші воїни продовжують тримати оборону, виконувати завдання в самому пеклі, яке мало хто може собі уявити. Слава нашим воїнам.
