Prayer for Spiritual Wisdom
15 Therefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints, 16 do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers: 17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him,

Galatians 5:1; 13-17

13 For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.
14 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
15 But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another.

Heavenly Father,
We give thanks and praise for all You provide, and we’re especially grateful for the law, order, and the liberty we find through Your word and Jesus Christ. Father, we ask You forgive us for our sins, and we pray for Your help to extend that forgiveness and merciful grace to others. We ask You continue to inspire more people to join us in Your blessings of true freedom and life achieved by the death and resurrection of Your Son. 18 the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, 19 and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power 20 which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, 21 far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come.

By Grace Through Faith
1 And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, 2 in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience, 3 among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others.
4 But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, 5 even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), 6 and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, 7 that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.
By Grace Through Faith

You taught us that we will be tested and will suffer through things. Although wiley schemes are used against us and our emotions are manipulated to trick us, “fear not” and “don’t be afraid” are two messages You’ve given us many times. It’s in our trust and confidence in You that we may rely on Your Word. We ask You draw us closer, give us the desire to break free from the deceptive entrapments, and to stand firm in our faith in You to glorify You. In Jesus Christ’s mighty name we pray, Amen.
