Automated Market Makers

In an AMM, liquidity providers simply deposit a pair of tokens and an algorithm automatically makes markets for the token pair. Traders can easily swap between tokens in the AMM and get guaranteed rates for the swaps. Each swap on Ecoswap incurs a fee, which gets distributed between partnership protocols, liquidity providers and polyfi holders.

Order Book Model

Unlike the common Automated Market Makers model (AMM) which is adopted by other decentralized exchanges, EcoSmart Exchange adopts the order book model, which supports futures trading. By using off-chain order books and on-chain settlement, we aim to create an efficient, fair and trustless financial market that is not controlled by any centralized organization.
