We are currently experiencing congestion on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base and Mantle chains, which is impacting withdrawal cost and time. We have made temporary adjustments as below:

1. Close Ethereum withdrawal
2. Arbitrum, Optimism withdrawal fee > 5U
3. Base, Mantle withdrawal fee > 10U
