I just wanted to reciprocate this sentiment. The burgers used to be higher quality. The chicken, higher quality. They used to have mushroom Swiss burgers. They used to have fajita tacos. And so on and so forth.
At the same time they started expanding everywhere, the Chicago investment firm buyout, their quality went from S Tier down to C tier.
Even staunch Texans who defended the place have disassociated the establishment as a psuedo mascot for Texas, now its just some random restaurant /from/ texas.
