The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Chinese Embassy in Venezuela reminds Chinese citizens not to travel to Venezuela in the near future.
Those already in Venezuela should closely monitor the local security situation, strengthen preventative measures and emergency preparedness, avoid unnecessary travel, and stay away from conflict or sensitive areas.
In case of emergency, please contact the police immediately and seek assistance from the Chinese Embassy in Venezuela.
