Trump: Millions of people could die because of Biden’s handling of Russia.
“They don’t know how to deal with Vladimir Putin. They don’t. They’re saying exactly the wrong thing at the wrong time. They know nothing about psychology and what it takes to end this madness. Millions of people will end up being killed because we don’t know what the hell we’re doing.”

Russia’s military operation in Ukraine won’t end until the country is “completely denazified and demilitarized, so that it no longer poses a threat to the Russian Federation and cannot be transformed into an anti-Russia, as the West has tried to do in the past 30 years,” says deputy speaker of Russian parliament Pyotr Tolstoy.
“I think we will stop once we reach the border with Poland,” added the lawmaker, who is also the great-great-grandson of acclaimed Russian writer Leo Tolstoy.

Former US Marine Corps intelligence officer and UN inspector Scott Ritter praises Russia for annual celebration of Victory Day, says Nazi ideology “alive and well” in Ukraine today.
When was the last time the United States celebrated Victory Day? When was the last time we had a parade honoring the men and women who sacrificed so much to defeat such a hateful ideology?
This May 9th celebration isn’t just about the defeat of Nazi Germany seven decades ago, but the continuing struggle against Nazi ideology that exists in Ukraine today.

AFP calls treatment of wounded Russian POWs in Ukraine “a necessary evil.”
An AFP article about Ukrainian doctors working in a Zaporizhzhia military hospital notes that they feel a "lack of motivation" when it comes to treating wounded Russian soldiers, and only do it “if necessary.”
"We treat Russian soldiers. But maybe we shouldn't. Maybe we should just leave them so they can fertilise our land," one doctor is quoted as saying.
The man in charge of the hospital, Major Viktor Pyssanko, is quoted referring to the wounded Russians as “animals,” while another doctor reveals that the hospital staff joke about harming them.

❗️The key takeaways from Putin’s Victory Day address:
— Contrary to what Western officials were expecting, Putin did not officially declare war, announce mobilization or claim partial victory in the Ukraine operation.
— Putin essentially accused the US and NATO of working to revive Nazism and falsify history through the direct support of neo-Nazis and Banderites in Ukraine.
— Putin also went on to highlight the moral degradation of the US-led liberal West, where traditional “millennia-old values” are now being “canceled.”
— Putin made clear that the fight against the neo-Nazis in Ukraine was taking place on historic Russian lands and in the name of Russia’s future and national security.
— There were no signs in Putin’s speech that the operation in Ukraine is anywhere near completion or that he would settle on anything less than Kiev’s total compliance with Moscow’s demands.
