went to sleep at 1am and woke up at 5am to pee... now I've been trying to sleep again for the past hour (its 6:14am now) but I can't go back to sleep AGAIN because my brain thinks about all kind of things... how do I fix this it's really annoying and ruins my entire day because I will be tired all day
