🚨Tyrmand Court Case Update: James O’Keefe’s Constitutional Lawyer Ben Barr argued today in Miami family court for an Anti-SLAPP claim against Matt Tyrmand. Granting O’Keefe’s Anti-SLAPP motion would allow the case to be dismissed and require Tyrmand to pay for O’Keefe’s attorneys’ fees.

Ben Barr stated that Matthew Tyrmand is attempting to do the "Tyrmand Shuffle." Mentioning how Matt is throwing around unsupported claims in order to stop "basic news-gathering,” Barr stated: "Freedom of speech is the default in America and as the Supreme Court said in the Pentagon Papers case, any system of prior restraint of expression comes to this court bearing a heavy presumption against its constitutional validity."

Tyrmand's lawyer Christian Maroni counter argued that "not all speech is constitutionally protected,” and even claimed James O’Keefe “knew that Tyrmand was going to get anti-semitic threats” from random third parties, despite there being NO FACTS in Tyrmand’s petition tying O’Keefe specifically to these third parties.

Judge Amato has officially called for a hearing to review the case and then make a decision on the stalking petition filed by Matt Tyrmand against James O'Keefe.

Judge Amato further DENIED Tyrmand’s motion to compel O’Keefe to produce more discovery. The Judge reasoned that O’Keefe had already produced relevant discovery in his possession.

Finally, Judge Amato rejected Tyrmand's attempt to have James O'Keefe held in contempt of court. The judge ruled that O'Keefe did not violate the temporary injunction, finding no basis to punish him or hold him in contempt. The court also rejected Tyrmand's effort to force additional discovery, explaining that O'Keefe had already produced the relevant materials in his possession.

Project Veritas obtained never-before-seen Dept of Defense documents regarding gain-of-function research, the concealment of documents, and the suppression of potential COVID-19 treatments. According to Project Veritas' 2022 reporting, the documents contradicted Dr. Fauci's testimony before Congress.

According to the documents, the Dept of Defense rejected EcoHealth Alliance's proposed coronavirus research because it was deemed "too dangerous" and "too close" to violating the gain-of-function research moratorium. According to the documents, the research later proceeded through NIAID under Dr. Fauci's leadership.

FRAUD IS THE NEW DOPE PART 1: NYC Clerks Caught Undercover Processing EBT Cards For Drug & Alcohol Purchases As “EBT Cash” & “EBT Food”

We went undercover inside smoke shops and bodegas across New York City to answer a simple question: Would retailers accept taxpayer-funded EBT benefits to pay for alcohol or drugs?

Store after store attempted to process EBT cards for kratom, a psychoactive substance that is not eligible for purchase with SNAP or EBT benefits. One clerk attempted to process the purchase as “EBT Cash.” Another processed it as “EBT Food”, treating kratom as if it were groceries.

Federal law 7 CFR 278 and 7 U.S.C 2012 prohibits retailers from accepting SNAP or EBT benefits for non-food items, including drugs, alcohol, and tobacco. According to the investigation, these transactions may violate federal SNAP regulations, New York State regulations, and the USDA SNAP Retailer Agreement.

To verify the rules, I called the number on the back of the NY EBT card. An EBT representative confirmed that drugs cannot be purchased directly with an EBT card. The representative also acknowledged that recipients who withdraw “EBT Cash benefits” can spend that cash however they choose, including on drugs or alcohol.

The investigation uncovered even more. One smoke shop provided a receipt bearing the name and address of an entirely different business. When we tracked down that business, employees said they had no connection to the smoke shop, proving that a cloned payment terminal may have been used to disguise the transactions. We discovered that the legitimate business was unaware its credentials were being used. This is consistent with the use of a cloned terminal, involving transaction laundering or merchant identity fraud under 18 U.S.C. 1343.

When we confronted those involved, they denied the transactions had occurred. Moments later, members of our team were confronted outside the store, and one individual threatened to shoot us.
