That is so awesome and I'm so thrilled for you!
My right foot has numbness from an injury in 2020 resulting in disc herniations in L3-L4 & L4-L5. It had slowly gotten better - a lot better. But then I injured/herniated my L5-S1 in 2024 which caused my entire left leg and foot to go numb. The numbness in that leg is hardly noticable anymore, but the foot and ankle are still just as bad. And unfortunately, due to that injury, I could not sit at all for about 6 months (driving was tortuous). So I had to stand all the time, placing my weight primarily on my right leg, as the pain in my left leg was too severe to tolerate. This greatly exacerbated my previous lumbar herniations and I not only had a return of numbness in my right foot, but it got even worse than before. And by putting so much pressure on that right leg for so long, that also exacerbated and resulted in an additional injury confirmed by MRI this past fall, as I now have an anterior labral tear in my right hip joint. So my right hip/leg is a bit of a mess.
Something I've never shared here as well... along with the bilateral MRIs on my hips this past fall, I also got an MRI of my entire spine. The hip MRIs showed not only the labral tear, but also edema/bursitis on both hips, as well as a hamstring impingement on my left side. The spinal MRIs showed lumbar/sacral disc herniations, which was no surprise. As well, the cervical and thoracic have herniations of various degrees. So there are a total of 14-15 herniations in my spine. That shocked me a bit, but explains much. Lumbar/sacral are the worst, cervical is 2nd worse, then thoracic is milder. I also have some disc degenerations and spurs, but not too severe for my age, weight, etc.
Probably the thing that's the biggest contributor to my issues was the discovery of stenosis in all those regions - both central and foraminal (again, worst is the lumbar). These findings also explain the roughly 6" area of numbness along my mid-back and previous numbness in my arms.
So yeah, this is definitely a journey with lots of twists and turns! Gotta keep plugging away, taking that vitamin P and trying to maintain a positive attitude! I know without the Master Reset, I would be walking a very different path right now. So I say PTL!
And to note, I may have numbness in my feet, but I have no pain in my lumbar since a year ago. So roughly 6 months after my S1 disc injury, I was essentially pain-free. That right there is absolutely amazing. If I'm not careful, I will get pain from putting too much weight on my right leg, compressing that really messy area in my low back/hip, but I've gotten fairly skilled at navigating that.

I saw Dr. J last Friday for my first MR. Great experience! I’m a Texas Hill Country gal but staying with family for a while in Phoenix to focus on health, so I decided to get started here. I had missed seeing Dr. C last summer when my friend went for an adjustment in Texas and asked me to go ~ I’ve kicked myself for not getting started back then. But, here I am. I’ve been dealing with a weird dizziness, anxiety (nerves), and intermittent low back pain from a fall in 2002 (broken tail bone, or low spine, severe sciatica pain which cleared after the break healed…)Since Friday, my back pain is 1000% improved🤗. Still some dizziness but not bad, a little vertigo while laying down, but I’ve had it wayyy worse. Anxiety nerves still present but I’m working my way off Ativan ~ from 3mg a day years ago, down to 0.5mg a day. Working with a doctor for that. But with this adjustment, I have faith that it will get better and cleared. Very grateful for Dr. C learning and teaching this technique, and for Dr. J getting me started ~ glory be to God♥️

I just spent 3 days at @DrDrakeKS . One layer Monday and one yesterday, bringing me to 33 layers. None today, though the YES test found L3 to be torqued, which was causing me some very unpleasant pain in my right hip/leg. My wrist and thumb were hurting pretty bad today, so Dr. Matt used a little clapper tool and adjusted a bone in my wrist. Pain was instantly gone! ♥️
On Monday I was in alignment, but the YES test found several areas in my thoracic and lower cervical (I think it was 2-3 vertebrae around T9, then 1 at T2, then C7). It was a mess. That then showed a layer. After that I was MUCH better, but by that night, I was pretty sure another layer was there. I couldn't go to sleep for 2.5 hrs because muscles from head to toes were having a twitching party. I was also having shooting sciatica pain, then tingling in the same area, then a massive leg cramp. I also had sharp pains in my neck and shooting/intermittent pains in my head. It was kinda wild. I knew much of that was the CNS booting up, but not all of it.
So Tuesday I was still in alignment, but after YES test adjustments to I believe T1 or T2, C7, then C5, there was another layer. And I knew that one was big, because the relief was huge.
My leg started hurting pretty severely as I was driving away from yesterday's appt. So much so that I'm thankful I had decided to stay another day, as I would not have been able to make the trip home like that. So today I go in and L3 was the main culprit. We think it went out due to my spine adjusting to the latest UC alignments. After that was fixed, there was nothing else on the YES Test and I stayed in alignment. Dr. Matt was very thorough and checked me multiple times, including having me come back 2x for rechecks. In his words, "I'm solid." 😁
So I'm in MUCH better shape than I've been for awhile (I think, I hope, I pray!). I told Dr. Matt I feel like there's been a super tight wad of layers stuck in my upper thoracic/neck since Christmas. This is my 3rd trip here since then and every time I've left knowing there was another layer very close, as my neck muscles have been super tight and hard as a rock, causing headaches. I don't feel that tightness this time - not even a hint of it at the moment. 🙌🎉
And the layers are slowing down. In fact, the last few trips, I'm almost always in alignment when I first come in, then the YES test is needed to push a layer out.
So I just have to once again sing the praises of the YES test and say THANK GOD for showing it to Dr. C!!! I would still be back at layer 15 or something close otherwise - and probably feeling frustrated about making some "wasted" trips, to be told I'm in alignment and I would just have to be patient as I wait for that next layer. (The trips are never actually wasted, but you all know what I mean! We all want that forward progress of getting layers off! 😉)
Dr. C, I am still so amazed about all of this, but the YES test has been the ultimate game changer on top of an already game changing MR!
Oh, and I started retracing cycle 9 yesterday. The hip/leg pain and thumb pain which flared up today reminded me of that! Just like clockwork!

Hello, although I don’t chime in often, I do read and learn a lot from you all. I appreciate your stories, tips, questions, and encouragement! 🩷
Of all the people in my life who needed the MR, my mom, Becky, needed it most. On Monday, she got her first one from Dr. Ginter when my husband and I took her along with us. The very short version is that five car accidents, two last year alone, have taken a toll on her. Daily pain, stiffness, and soreness were present. A host of other issues tagged along too…anxiety, GI issues, arthritis, just to name a few.
Dr. Ginter was able to clear 2 layers on my mom’s first adjustment. Immediately she held her head up instead of the downward position that had become normal. Since then, her sore right arm (which she used to brace herself during one of the accidents last year) is no longer sore. Her neck and shoulders have eased up too. She slept so soundly Monday and Tuesday nights that when she woke up at 8 each morning she was stunned.
Her journey is just beginning but there are changes she hasn’t experienced before. I am sooo excited for her. She’s hoping to go to NC again in late April for round two. And she’s taking my dad this time. 🤭

I’m not done…there’s a lot to tell.
My husband and I took our 17 year old twin sons too. We kept Dr. Ginter busy on Monday afternoon!! But when you travel from PA to NC, you take a crew if possible.
This was Reid’s second visit. He cleared 2 more layers so he’s up to 3. 🙌🏻 Today I watched him walk normally-heel-toe, heel-toe-the whole way across a large room. Ever since he was a toddler, he has walked on his toes and would still be toe forward in his gait as a teen. Because of his two resets, we are seeing good changes in Reid’s gait. 🥹
This was Quinn’s first visit. Quinn had a bad click in his right jaw when he chewed or yawned. There are some other weird symptoms I suspected were related to his jaw click too. Dr. Ginter said he really needed his adjustment. Today I ate dinner beside him and did not hear his jaw click. 😮

Arizona folks: I saw Dr. Jarembek today and it was a really great experience. I found him to be friendly, down-to-earth, and competent.
He was very methodical when administering the YES test and told me what he was seeing/doing throughout the whole process.
My feet, he told me, were out of alignment by 3/4 inch when he first checked me (I just KNEW I had to be wildly out of alignment based how I have been feeling).
He ultimately cleared three layers for me and, I must say, I feel fantastic.
I drove two and half hours one way to see him and it was definitely worth it.
I am looking forward to seeing him in the future.
If you are in Arizona, it will be worth your time to see him.
He told me he is only doing the MR on Tuesday and Friday afternoons for now, but he plans to do them full time once he has enough patients getting them.

Hi Dr C!
My name is Megan Gallegos and Elizabeth is the one who taught me about your method. Yesterday I got my first adjustment with Dr Amy St Clair and I slept a full night (I’m a terrible sleeper), and woke up this morning with zero pain. Every day since my car accident in October I would wake up feeling like I got kicked in the back of the head in my sleep. I will see you on April 30 and I’m very excited!

OG Sleep Personal Review
My Experience:
On the first night, I took 1 capsule. I slept decently, but I woke up feeling somewhat underwhelmed and not particularly impressed.
On the second night, I took 2 capsules to test the difference. When I woke up, I felt noticeably more rested and calm than usual. Normally, I wake up wired and full of high-strung energy (my wife often comments on how much morning energy I have).
On the third night, I took 2 capsules again. Even though I woke up twice during the night to use the bathroom and only got about 7 hours of sleep, I woke up naturally an hour before my alarm feeling fantastic. It was easily one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time. My sleep quality felt like an 8/10, yet I felt like I had slept two hours longer than usual. The biggest difference was my morning state: a deep sense of calm combined with full, steady energy — not the usual “wired” feeling I’m accustomed to.
On the fourth night, I went back to 1 capsule to check if the effects were truly dose-dependent. I still woke up twice to use the bathroom, but the sleep quality jumped to a 9/10. The benefits upon waking continued to improve. My sleep feels dramatically more efficient at restoring and regenerating both my body and mind. I’m experiencing a pure, calm energy that feels like a full tank of gas without the usual wired tight tension. It’s such a strange but fascinating change — I’m so used to energy coming with that wired edge that I’m still adjusting to this new calm, controlled state.
Mentally and physically, I feel fantastic!! I’m a bit more than quite impressed!!
The accumulative effect is very interesting , as well !! I’ll keep you updated !

God Morning to All. Yesterday my wife and I went to see Dr. Michele for the first time. To say it was an eye opening experience would be an understatement. The 40,000 foot view of everything happens in God’s time was on full display. Thank you Dr. C for everything you’ve done and been through. We absolutely would not be where we are today without your lead.
Michele is an incredible person and Doctor and I am left feeling as overwhelmed as the day after our initial MR.
Since our last visit in Arizona with Dr. C I was a passenger in a vehicle that went from 40-45 mph to zero in 1.5 seconds. Didn’t know the extent of all that happened as I walked away from the mishap. Slowly my physical state seemed to be reverting back to before our first MR. My wife and I had a heck of a time during retrace #4. While waiting for our appointment with Michele.
Being somewhat biased, I just didn’t know if someone else could have “Hands” like Dr. C; boy was I WRONG.
Today is a New Beginning both physically and spiritually for my wife and I.
Dr. Michele is incredible and we would like to say to any and everyone close enough to visit her should do so without hesitation. What Raquel said above regarding the pillows and breathing produced incredible results for my wife and I.
Godspeed…..

My heart rate has been consistently high for the past two years between 120-140bpm (POTS) when standing. I had an adjustment on Tuesday and now my heart rate standing is in the 80s. On my daily morning walks, I’m no longer out of breath or feel the need to rest because my heart rate isn’t so high. I’m so thrilled!

How many times have you been told to “take it down a notch,” “calm down,” or “just relax” — while your heart races, your mind never powers down, and you live with a short fuse that embarrasses you later?
You’re stuck in persistent fight-or-flight: anxious over small things, irritable, and unable to settle. The world blames you — “it’s just who you are,” try medication, manage it better. You’ve pointed fingers at people, money, family, politics, EMF, 5G, or blue light. You’ve tried therapy, breathing, supplements… yet the underlying tension always returns.
This isn’t a mindset problem or personality flaw. It’s mechanical.
The real culprit? Accumulated trauma — acquired, consecutive, and layered — creating a literal “vice-grip” compression on your central nervous system through your spine.
Picture your nervous system as a perfectly solved Rubik’s Cube.
The first major trauma adds the initial “turn,” misaligning the upper cervical spine (C1-C2). This compresses the brainstem, disrupts neural flow, cerebrospinal fluid, and electrical balance. Your entire spine immediately compensates with global adaptations — posture shifts, muscle contractions, even compensatory scoliosis — to protect the brainstem.
Every new trauma stacks another layer on an already scrambled cube. These layers don’t reset; they compound dysfunction from a vulnerable position, tightening the vice grip and locking in deeper survival patterns. You become literally and figuratively wound up in chronic sympathetic dominance.
This concept traces to the early 1900s with Dr. Richard VanRumpt’s pioneering work on layered subluxations. Yet most modern chiropractic treats the spine as something that simply “fell apart,” forcing alignment and hoping it holds. Without addressing the layered trauma and protective adaptations, results are temporary.
The body reflexively returns to its survival pattern.
The Stacking Effect produces stubborn symptoms: constant fight-or-flight, inhibited vagus nerve (poor digestion, inflammation, emotional dysregulation), and electrical dysfunction no willpower or medication can permanently fix. These aren’t “in your head” — they’re locked behind mechanical compression.
The solution is precise and elegant.
The YES Test (Your Electrical Systems Test) uses reflex analysis to “run the codes” on your nervous system, revealing the exact top layer — the most recent turn on your Rubik’s Cube.
A highly gentle, vector-specific Master Reset then unlocks that layer. Often so subtle you barely feel it, yet the body responds immediately.
Once released, your spine unwinds naturally — like a tightly twisted rubber band releasing twist by twist through normal daily movement.
Layers clear in reverse chronological order. Compensatory patterns dissolve. Normal CNS communication returns. Homeostasis is restored.
The process is elegant, automatic, and can be permanent (as long as no major new trauma occurs).
I know this is true because I lived wired, anxious, and unable to relax for years — until this addressed the root mechanical cause. Hundreds upon hundreds of others (approximately 4,000 people) have experienced similar profound shifts.
Your nervous system is electrical by design. Compressed wiring creates symptoms and dis-ease. Remove the compression at the source, and function, health, and true calm return.
You don’t have to stay wound up.
The constant fight-or-flight isn’t who you truly are — it’s simply the current mechanical state you’re stuck in.
You can be solved.
Your body is waiting to unwind.

My wife and 10mo daughter and I just had a great first MR session with Dr. J here in Scottsdale. He's great! Very knowledgeable and chill. We both had three layers and even our daughter had her C1 out. So he just lightly held that in for 2 seconds and it was back in place! He did it while I was holding her up. Now she walks so much better! She was leading with her left foot, but now she's walking evenly (just started walking last week).
We are looking forward to our next visit with Dr. J in a couple of weeks.
My wife had an energy release where she got sweaty and you could feel the heat radiating from her.
Our bodies are so amazing!
We are looking forward to some deep sleep! :)
Thank you Dr. C for training all these docs! Thanks Dr. J too

Feeling wired but exhausted?
Especially with all the madness that is happening in the world and on X?
Can't sleep?
Waking up with brain fog, stressed to the max, or that “I didn’t actually sleep” feeling — even after 7–8-10+ hours?
What if the real problem isn’t just “not enough sleep,” but that your deep slow-wave sleep and REM cycles are fragmented and broken?
Deep sleep flushes brain toxins and repairs your body. REM processes stress, emotions, clears painful memories, and resets your mood through dreaming.
Chronic stress, low GABA, poor nutrition, stagnant liver, and/or vagus nerve inhibition allows waste to build up, emotions stay raw, and regeneration slows to a crawl.
The fix goes way beyond just getting a “good night's sleep.”
Full breakdown: How restoring REM + Deep Slow-Wave Sleep drives brain detox, full-body regeneration, memory consolidation, emotional resolution — and what actually blocks it.
What’s your biggest sleep struggle right now — falling asleep, staying asleep, vivid/weird dreams, or waking up still tired?

So my sleep pattern was fall asleep 9:30ish, wake up at midnight to use restroom and lay awake til 2 or 3. I’d then wake at 5, and get out of bed.
Last night was the 5th night of OG Health “Sleep”
NO nightmares, yahoooo!!
Did wake at midnight, but fell right back to sleep.
Woke up 4am and waited til 5 til get out of bed.
Realized that I did not feel as though I was dragging my tired body to the gym.
WIN, WIN🤗🤗
Since, I’ve gone to gym, market, prep lunch, make 2 loafs sourdough, put 2 loads of wash and now updated you all. I think “Sleep” is a hit, Dr C!!!!!!

My 24 yr old daughter is "on the spectrum" too. She started the MR early last year. This 100% works. We have all noticed positive improvements in her cognition, a decrease in anxiety and she interacts better with people outside the family (that'd a huge one, she use to have huge panic attacks to even talk to someone on the phone).
For everyone, but especially autistic kids, it is so important to detox the body and get excellent nutrition in them. The excellent nutrition is sometimes a problem for my daughter, but we have her on iodine, OG Vitality and Liver Kidney blend and as soon as the OG Peace comes out she will be on that.
As Dr. C says the MR is not condition specific, you restore the electrical flow, detox the body and the body will innately heal itself because it wants to function properly. I have seen that in every member of my family including myself.
But I will definitely keep everyone updated on my great-nephew because his Mom (my niece) has been all about the medical community and now that she's agreed to this I will be at every appointment to follow like a really awesome case study. I'm a science nerd 🤓

Some good news today...it involves a student at my kids' school, who is 10 and was involved in a serious accident a few months back when a motorcycle hit the car she was in...she was supposed to have surgery today for some of those injuries but it was canceled because those injuries are healing themselves already! God is good!

Hey there friends. Last year I was having some pretty harsh neurological pains, a lot of neuropathy especially in my arms, and burning / shooting pains that went into the base of my head. I went to Dr. C for 2 sessions around early April 2025 after finding out about him from X. I have to say it made a world’s difference. Since then the shooting burning cold temperature sensations that went into my head have gone away. And recently the neuropathy has dulled considerably. I want to head back to Texas when I get the chance. There are still some issues I have I would like to clear up with further adjustments. CT is a bit far away but his staff is amazing and office super cozy. 10/10 for Dr. C. His videos tell stories that shouldn’t be possible and it’s a blessing to know about his work.
