Nothing Phone (3a) Series | Private Development Community

Our aim is to unite developers and testers in a collaborative space to enhance the development of the device.

❗️Requirements:

- The necessary requirements are stated below:

😎 Developers:

- If you are an experienced developer currently working on or planning to contribute to the device, feel free to contact us for group access.
- Alternatively, if you require testers for your builds, connecting with us could be beneficial.
- Builders are welcomed, provided they are open to learning, commit to a fixed number of ROM(s), and maintain its quality.
- We do not endorse low effort / blind builds in our channel.

🤓 Testers:

1. Must have the device with unlocked bootloader.
2. Must be knowledgeable and experienced enough with custom ROMs flashing.
3. A reliable internet connection is recommended.
4. Access to a pc is necessary.
5. Should be active and loyal to the team. Leaking out test builds or sharing conversations outside the group without our consent will get you banned from the community altogether.
6. Comfortable with testing incomplete builds, identifying bugs, and proficient in taking logs.
7. Comfortable with formatting and restoring data (in case that matters)

Purpose

- Our members have consistently requested a general space for discussions on a variety of topics. As a global device-specific chat, it has been challenging to manage conversations due to moderation restrictions within specific device-oriented groups.

- Not tested much on the (3a) Pro (#AsteroidsPro), assume stuff largely works but dunno.
