Hello everyone,
I have acknowledged few reports from you people mentioning our old channel 'Tech Fibre' was not visible to some users. Now the channel isn't visible anymore.

After deeply investigating, I have found that the channel is hacked and deleted. Even after we had 2FA Enabled, but still I don't know what kind of loophole is open on YouTube for hackers to bypass it.

Unfortunately, I guess the credentials of the account with what I used to regulate my channel are changed and all recovery options are disabled (idk why). However, I and team are working on reviving old channel back.

I have also encountered another suspicious activity on January 20, but I somehow acted quick and tried making my account more secure using the tools which Google provides under Security Dashboard. There was no IP disclosure, but Google disclosed the location from where it was accessed. I am trying to contact YT Creators and Google for help.

Further updates related to this incident will be shared in Discussion Group until we reach any other conclusion.

Finally received my channel's Google Account back, thanks to some good people over YouTube and Google Support Chat.

FINAL UPDATE:
Our old channel revived successfully after getting hacked 17-18 hrs ago.
Unfortunately, out of 180 videos, only 112 videos were revived.

Also I don't know what's going on with Search Results, because the channel has 112 videos already, but still mentions 42 videos.

Anyways, I would like to thank all of you people who helped us and mediated our concern to YouTube by mailing or tagging them over social media. After yesterday's incident, I have made some changes in the team which help me out with YouTube, and now I feel everything should be back on track soon like it was before.
