⚠️ Ten years on from the Maidan uprising in Kiev, the country of the Ukraine has descended into utter chaos, corruption, fascism, destruction and suffering. And yet the Kiev regime and its Western state supporters have the audacity to call the tragic, bloody morass “a decade of dignity”.

American and European politicians midwife the birth of a monster. The objective was always to create a fascist Frankenstein terrorist state that would do the Western imperialists’ dirty work of destabilizing Russia. American imperialist ideologues like Zbigniew Brzezinski had touted and written books about Ukraine as the bridgehead for destabilizing Russia. The roots of such intrigue can be traced back to the early CIA recruitment of Ukrainian Nazis in the aftermath of World War Two to harass the Soviet Union.

The Maidan events 10 years ago are a case study of how the U.S. and its Western allies infiltrated and destroyed a country with their geopolitical objectives.

🚨 In Balata camp, #Nablus, resistance fighters opened fire and youth set tires on fire in protest against the traitorous Palesitinian Authority's abduction of wanted (by the IOF) Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades leader Issam Al-Sallaj. The abduction was carried out as part of the PA's policy of security coordination with the zionist enemy.

According to his family, Issam was abducted by the PA yesterday to the infamous Areeha prison. Today, they found out that he was hospitalized, likely as a result of torture in the PA prisons.

The anti-liberation PA holds nearly 100 political prisoners—students, fighters, activists, leaders—many of whom are subjected to torture, abuse, and continued detention despite court orders for their release.

To understand the context of the Palestinian prisoners’ stories, the Palestine Chronicle provides excerpts from Ramzy Baroud’s volume These Chains Will Be Broken: Palestinian Stories of Struggle and Defiance in Israeli Prisons.

Israa’ Ja’abis was born on July 22, 1984, in Al-Quds (Jerusalem), the fourth of nine sisters and brothers. She was arrested following an electrical system failure in her car which caught fire while she was still trapped inside. It resulted in first, second and third-degree burns on her face and all over her body, including the loss of eight fingers.
