📢 Important Logistics Update – Global March to Gaza 🇵🇸
Dear participants,
We want to share the latest logistical arrangements made with our local partners in Egypt. Please read this carefully and keep it for reference.
📝 1. Registration
All participants must register through their local delegation.

Information required includes your name, age, emergency contact, and your agreement with our ethical document.
All data will be stored locally and will not be shared internationally (GDPR compliant).
🛂 2. Visa Application
We recommend that everyone applies for a 30-day electronic Tourist Visa starting from June 10.
Use a free-cancellation hotel in Cairo as the address for your application.

Even if your country allows visa on arrival, we advise doing this in advance to avoid delays at the airport.
✈️ 3. Flights & Arrival
Book your flight to arrive in Cairo around June 12 (to be confirmed via poll).
Try to travel with others from your country on the same date.
🏕 4. On-the-Ground Logistics
All arrangements are made with the local Egyptian team.
Participants cover their own expenses.
✅ In Cairo:
One overnight stay in affordable accommodation (details will follow).
Food access coordinated locally.
🚌 To Al-Arish:
Buses will be arranged for transport.
Accommodation and meals organized locally.
🚶♀️ March to Rafah:
3-day peaceful walk with rest/sleep breaks.
Food, water, and rest areas will be provided.
After the march, we will stay 2 days at Rafah airport as part of the campaign.
🚌 Return to Cairo:
Buses will be arranged around June 20.
🗞 5. Media Coordination
Each delegation must assign a media focal point (not traveling) to support visibility and outreach.
⚖️ 6. Legal Support
Each delegation must have a legal contact ready to support participants.
The Egyptian team will assist when needed, including with embassy communication.
A focal point should have access to all delegate emergency contact info.
🕊 7. Diplomatic Steps
All delegations should contact the Egyptian embassy.
MPs in each country will be approached to advocate for safe passage.
Letters will be sent by delegations and individuals to Egyptian authorities.
In case of no response, negotiation will occur upon arrival.
Be aware of possible risks (questioning, delays, or deportation).
Legal teams are ready to act if needed.
After returning, all participants are encouraged to follow up with MPs and organize national/international actions to keep the campaign alive.
