Changelog:
- Fixed some crashes related to the dns rule import
- Aborting the dns rule import now doesn't freeze the UI anymore
- Small performance improvement for dns-over-https
- The host sources for the dns rules now show how many rules were imported from them

- You can now export the dns rules
- Dns rules can now be imported from files
