Create a file now of all correspondence to and from any parties in relation to the matter. Ensure that they send everything in writing. If they phone you to discuss anything insist that they communicate whatever is necessary in writing. Document, document document.
It is vitally important that you are maintaining a very detailed daily diary on how this mandating of COVID-19 vaccine is affecting you personally.
1. Affecting your sleep
2. Emotions- stress, anxiety, depression, moods, crying
3. Concern and stress of financial situation
4. Effects on relationships resulting in mood swings
5. Thoughts of self harm
6. Loss of job
You can diarise several times a day if you have something to add.
Also, you MUST organise your evidence being emails, text messages, phone calls, comments from colleagues that effect your wellbeing. Link the evidence to your diary entries and itโs effect on your wellbeing
This diarising will provide evidence as the admin group works on another angle to assist members.

Admin are working on several letters that can be used in response to an employer mandating covid19 vaccination. These can be used as a lead up to the official declination letter if you have the time, they suit your circumstances and you wish to start with a softer approach. The reason is simple โ no vax mandate stands a chance if effective treatment already exists.
