Has your Employer considered their risk of liability as a result of enforcing Government mandated medical interventions on their employees?
This is especially pertinent, given vaccine manufacturers hold NO liability.
Given these drugs are only provisionally approved, in clinical trial until 2023, and have no long term safety data, we must discuss the risks and maintain informed consent.
Employees may pursue liability directly for negligence and other tortious actions, in the event of any injuries or damage resulting from being vaccinated to comply with employers enforcing these coercive mandates.

THE FLUIDITY OF JAB MANDATES
Across Australia, the announcement of jab mandates appear to be far from set in stone. Reported by The West Australian today (emphasis added):
"According to the WA Health directions, all “tier one” health care workers — including those in ICU, high dependency units, respiratory wards, emergency departments and COVID vaccination clinics – had to have received their first vaccine dose by October 1.
But the Health Department yesterday confirmed these workers have until October 15 — more than two weeks after the planned date — to produce evidence of first-dose vaccination."

This news follows on from legal action launched in the Queensland Supreme Court, by 7 Police Service employees and 13 Health staff, leading to a 12-day delay on penalties for refusing to be vaccinated, imposed by the Justice overseeing the case. Read more about that here:

Are your Employer's impending injection mandates (in the absence of a PHO) affecting your stress/anxiety/sleep/mental health and ability to perform your job safely?
*It is extremely important that you see your doctor urgently and have the impact that these mandates are having on you documented by a letter signed by your medical practitioner.*
This may allow options for immediate sick leave (due to stress) that could continue into a longer term worker's compensation claim against your employer who has caused your stress/anxiety/ill-health.
This option has already been taken today by some of our fellow workmates and will have a significant impact on the industry at large if this is done in large numbers.

Workers comp is a no fault claim, so it doesnt actually matter if the workers comp claim is due to Employer or Govt Mandate.
Why do it now? Employees need to be able to point to a time when the injury happened; caused by the anxiety and stress created after being compelled by an employer, who is using the force of economic pressure, to enforce participation in a human drug trial for a drug which has zero long-term safety data and totally inadequate short term safety data.
What's important to say/not to say with workers comp:
A worker's compensation claim does not need to be paid out if the anxiety is caused due to fear of being sacked; ie terminated. The fear/threat of being stood down without pay can be used in a Worker's Compensation Claim, however the primary injury here will be stemming from the fear, stress and anxiety created by being compelled to be injected with a highly questionable experimental medical product which is still being classified as a poison - despite being touted as a vaccine in the Main Stream Media.
DO NOT EVER SAY you are fearful of being terminated/sacked, as that is an automatic "out" for the employer's insurer when it comes to worker's comp claims
Casual employees can access workers comp, so they can follow this process. however we are still uncertain to the situation as it applies to contractors.
We are sourcing advice from various Workers Compensation Lawyers to further address the topic with our followers. Time is most definitely of the essence.

The National Class Action brought by the solicitors at AdvocateMe, is nearly ready to be filed after over 12 months of hard collaborative work to challenge the SCIENCE.
They are currently preparing hundreds of affidavits from healthcare worker testimonies. These workers are speaking out about the vaccine injuries that aren’t being reported. They are also getting affidavits from experts to challenge the science the government says it’s relying on. Without these being done properly, the courts will continue to allow the authorities to act as they do.
Having said that, the claim has been fully crafted and they have a barrister lined up. So once the affidavits sworn and all the experts working together on our counter narrative, they are ready to file the national class action.
International experts include Dr Robert Malone, Dr Geert vanden Bossche, Dr Peter McCullough, and others.

Departure: Saturday 6:30am sharp, from the Port Hedland McDonald's car park (please aim to be 5mins early so the bus can depart on-time)
