We need a Resources Worker Plaintiff ASAP

We have plaintiffs and the Judicial reviews are being filed for the following industries
• Healthcare
• Education
• Construction
• Corrective Services
• Critical Infrastructure

The judicial review for the resources sector is also ready for filing, unfortunately the Plaintiff has had to withdraw for personal reasons.

Without a plaintiff this judicial review cannot proceed any further.

What does this mean for the Resources sector?
There are two basic directions this can proceed

1. Another Plaintiff steps forward, most of the groundwork is done. The application will need to be altered to suit the new plaintiff and their employment contract.

2. If no plaintiff can be found and the other cases are successful, they will set case precedence. In this scenario it is possible the government will revoke other vaccine mandates. If they do not, we will be ready to take on other industries

What it means to be a plaintiff?

There is no cost associated with being a plaintiff if all runs to plan. There is however financial risk in the event the judicial review is unsuccessful.

The Lawyers are working to minimise the risk to plaintiffs. We are aiming to raise enough funds to cover costs in the event we are unsuccessful in court, this goal is still a way off, but the team is working hard.

Companies illegally backfilling risk assessments to justify jab mandates.

Workplaces jumped the gun and implemented jab mandates for employees without doing their legally obligated risk assessment. When caught out, some have tried to ‘backfill’ their risk assessment, to make it look like they had done the process properly in the first place.

As the Fair Work Ombudsman has told me, on the face of it this would be fraudulent under Workplace Health and Safety laws.

If you suspect a workplace has backfilled or retrospectively made a risk assessment for a jab mandate after implementing it, you should immediately report them to the Work Health and Safety Regulator in your State.

Back-up has arrived for the Senior Constable Falconer (WA Cops group) legal challenge in the WA Supreme Court.

It is with an immense amount of pride that we formally announce tonight, that in addition to the Falconer case, the following industries have commenced judicial review proceedings in the WA Supreme Court to challenge the vaccine mandates.

⭐️ CONSTRUCTION

The Resources (Mining) industry have intention to also lodge their own judicial review once details are finalised in the near future.

Each industry is supported by anywhere between a few dozen to hundreds of employees who have united together, in defence of human rights, ethical principles and bodily autonomy, to say NO and challenge these draconian mandates.

This is an unprecedented show of unity and believed to be the first of its kind, certainly in Australia and possibly even in the world.

The recently lodged judicial reviews will be deferred/sit idle pending the outcome of the Falconer case. If the police challenge succeeds and their mandate is struck down, then it is likely that all of the other vaccine mandates under challenge will follow suit, given the similarities between the mandates across the various industries.

Given that the mandates for most key industries or public services in the State are now under challenge, the stakes have been substantially raised for the Premier, whose already falling popularity is likely to take another hit if his much-vaunted mandatory vaccination strategy is found by the Court to have been unlawful from the start.
