We @phantom have revamped our Priority fee estimation, and try not to under-estimate, or be unnecessarily aggressive with it
Sends/swaps/interactions with dapps that do not set their own compute budget instructions are decently speedy atm with phantom
When and if we have RPC fee computation, things are going to be much more standardized and deterministic for users across dapps and wallets
