🔹 कल्पना करो: ज़िंदगी एक पेड़ है, और हर addiction (लत) उसकी एक शाखा है – जैसे ड्रग्स, सोशल मीडिया, गेमिंग, खाना, शॉपिंग आदि।
🔹 असल जड़ कहाँ है?
Addiction सिर्फ आदत नहीं है, इसके नीचे जड़ें होती हैं —
👉 Trauma (आघात)
👉 Loneliness (अकेलापन)
👉 Shame (शर्म)
👉 Neglect (उपेक्षा)
👉 Fear (डर)
👉 Abuse (दुर्व्यवहार)
👉 Anger (गुस्सा)
👉 Social Pressure (सामाजिक माहौल)
🔹 Branch (लत) दिखती है, Root (कारण) छुपी होती है
हर इंसान की addiction की वजह अलग हो सकती है — किसी के लिए अकेलापन, किसी के लिए बचपन की उपेक्षा।
🔹 Soil = माहौल
अगर आप किसी टॉक्सिक माहौल (abusive environment) में हैं, तो वो ज़मीन इन जड़ों को और मज़बूत कर देती है।
🔹 सिर्फ आदत छोड़ना हल नहीं है
⛔️ अगर सिर्फ शराब या गेमिंग छोड़ दी, लेकिन जड़ नहीं निकाली — तो addiction वापस नए रूप में आ जाएगी।
✅ सही हल?
जड़ों पर काम करो:
- थेरेपी लो
- जर्नलिंग करो
- इमोशनल awareness बढ़ाओ
- हेल्दी connections बनाओ
- माइंडफुलनेस/ध्यान करो
💡 सार:
लत को काटने से नहीं, जड़ें पहचानकर और मिट्टी बदलकर असली समाधान आता है।
➕ “लत पर नहीं, दर्द की वजह पर ध्यान दो — वहीं से बदलाव शुरू होगा।”
