The O'Keefe footage is pretty funny. The CNN nerd is obviously trying to balance getting laid with not giving away too many secrets about how things work at CNN while also underplaying his own liberal political views because he knows they are basically pussy repellent. You can see him making the calculations in his head as he speaks.

He's like "Ok... how can I impress her without giving away just how bad it really is... but I also have to make sure not to come off as too much of a liberal, because I don't want to ruin my chances of possibly getting her to drop her panties later... hmmm... what to say..."

I spent about an hour today scaling and gutting sardines until in the end I had a whole row of them lined up ready to grill. Having put so much work in already I decided it'd be a waste not to do the extra and ended up sprinkling with sea salt, olive oil, crushed pepper and then baked ciabatta bread.

It's a small sign that the more in touch you are with the blood and guts of food preparation the more of a ritual it becomes, the more ''special'' you want the end result to be.
