Today an established Active Club formally launches in North Dakota…
“It was a pleasure to deal with a man of high ideals, who scorned everything mean and base, and who possessed those robust and hardy qualities of body and mind, for the lack of which no merely negative virtue can ever atone.”
These were the words of Theodore Roosevelt in his descriptions of the Roughriders, an elite band of men who answered the highest calls of duty in their time. We, the men of North Dakota today, adopt their namesake to renew the calls for a band of such men in these troublesome times, men who would take the first step towards rebuilding their nation.

According to City-Data.com, less than 1% of adults know how to defend themselves. This may seem surprising, but most people lack fighting skills.
A 2017 study found that about 1% of people in the U.S. ages six and up do martial arts, but the number of adults who train to proficiency is likely much lower.
By the time you've gotten in just 10 rounds of sparring, you'll be able to completely annihilate the version of you who had never sparred.
In fact within a month of doing nearly anything seriously you'll be better than even 90% of people who casually partake in the same thing.
Apply yourself enough, in enough areas, and it's almost easy to be a top 1% guy today, especially when you've got experienced brothers who can understand where you're coming from and put you on a fast track.
