The person seen shooting civilians in the video, and then throwing them into mass graves, is Amjad Youssef, and there is no doubt about it.

Regardless of beliefs, such criminals must be punished, and the fact that Assad failed to put thugs like him to justice was one of the many flaws that led to the fall of his regime.
