The main damage seems to be to the military high command, which was decapitated similar to Hezbollah's high command.

Additionally, air defenses are virtually out of service by this point, and most military airbases probably heavily damaged.

The ballistic missile bases, for the most part, are safe. Natanz and Fordow, for now, don't seem to have been penentrated yet.
