The Price Of Loyalty —

The cost of loving Imam Al Mahdi (a.s) is not measured in gold or silver, nor in comfort or ease. It is measured in wounds — on the body, on the soul. It is measured in the humiliation one endures, the betrayals one faces, the dignity that is trampled under the feet of those who cannot bear to see a man walk steadfastly towards his beloved (a.s).

To love him is to accept that this world will strip you of honor in the eyes of men [insan], only to clothe you in honor before Allah (swt). It is to know that the price of truth is often paid in blood — spilled not on grand battlefields, but in lonely alleys, in dark prison cells, in the whispers of slander and the silence of those who once stood beside you.

But if the road leads to him (a.s), then what is hardship? What is suffering? What is death? If every thorn on this path is a step closer to him, then let it pierce. If every humiliation is a purification, then let them call the lover whatever they wish. If the cost of loyalty is one’s life, then let them take it.

Because when the lover finally falls, and in his last moments of life is blessed with his beloved’s gaze upon him, the lover at that moment has won all the battles of life. And in that very moment, every wound will become a medal, every tear a witness, and every pain a sweetness beyond words.
