Windows 11 Build 25236 is now available in the Dev channel to Insiders. The official announcement mostly lists fixed and known issues, both are large lists. It doesn't mention anything new besides the new search tips shown in the screenshot.
It also includes an updated Microsoft Store. It clearly shows if your device came with digital attach offer (Office, Game Pass, or standalone games) and allows redeeming it. Also, search product cards have got more adaptive design.

Microsoft intends to advertise its services in the Windows 11 Start menu. This not even news for most users who track the Dev channel. Earlier, this advertisement option was discovered in Build 25227. Officially known as Start menu badges, they will remind the user to do this or that "important action".
Windows 11 will show a new item "Back up your files" that points to OneDrive in the user menu of the Start panel. Sometimes, instead of this item, you will be prompted to sign in with a Microsoft account or complete the profile setup.
By using ViveTool you can disable the ads, at least as of now in Dev channel builds. Run Terminal as Admin and issue this command (assumes that you have vivetool.exe in c:\vivetoool):
c:\vivetool\vivetool /disable /id:36435151
Restart the OS after running the above command.

Microsoft has started roll-out a new Photos app with iCloud Photos support, now available to everyone. So if you have iCloud on some Apple device, you can now view pics from there on your Windows 11 computer.
The roll-out is gradual, so you may not see the new feature right away, but you will definitely get it by the end of this month.
To work with iCloud, the Photos app utilizes the iCloud for Windows app. Also, you need to sign in to it with your Apple account. After that, your iCloud Photos content will appear automatically in your Photos app.

References to Windows 11 “Moment 3” update found in Beta build 22623.885
Just recently Microsoft released the first wave of features as a "Moment 1" update to the public, which includes tabs in File Explorer, iCloud support in the Photos app, task manager in the taskbar context menu, and several other features.
Windows enthusiast @PhantomOfEarth has discovered a new identification number in Windows 11 Beta build 22623.885 in the component store of the OS. It has name similar to what Microsoft used for "Moments 1/2"
🔹 Moment 1 = 39145991 (NWMTest1)
🔹 Moment 2 = 39281392 (MTestUx13)
🔹 Moment 3 = 41655236 (MTestUx14)
It's surprising to see any references to the Moment 3 feature set as its predecessor is in development and Microsoft hasn't revealed a release date for it. The Redmond-based firm has yet to announce Moment 2 features, so don't expect them to let you know what's coming in Moment 3 anytime soon.

Microsoft ends extended support for Windows 8.1 in January 2023. The company recommends its users to upgrade to newer versions of the Windows family of operating systems now. In their opinion, a new Windows 11 PC is the best thing you can get.
Microsoft points that Windows 8.1 devices are now roughly 10 years old. When you move to a new PC, many aspects of Windows will feel familiar, but at the same time there will be important software and hardware innovations and features that weren't available ten years ago.
Windows 11 is designed with security in mind, and offers end-to-end protection that covers antivirus, firewall, internet safety and so on.
Finally, Microsoft's own products including Office 365 and the Store app will stop working on Windows 8.1.

The Dark Mode quick action may be coming to Windows 11
Dark mode in Windows 11 is implemented via a couple of options in Settings > Personalization. Also, to simplify the process and reduce number of clicks, Microsoft has added a dedicated theme. To switch the appearance, you can either select Windows Light or Windows Dark themes.
Microsoft is internally testing a new quick action that allows you to toggle enable the dark theme with literally two clicks. All you need to do is to open Action Center with Win + A or click on the network/sound icon in the taskbar, and then click the

Dark mode button.Windows 11 may soon allow ungrouping taskbar buttons. A new hidden feature suggests that the feature is already in the works. It even has its own velocity ID, which one could use with ViveTool. However, it is at its early development stage, so it remains force disabled.
With extra patches, the code runs and shows what is already implemented. As you can see, it no longer features window titles like in Windows 10. It simply shows an individual icon per each open window. I do believe that is because of the early implementation, and lately it will get the ability to show the text labels as well.

Windows 11 Settings now includes a “Trade-in or recycle your PC” section
Microsoft has restored the same section that you could see in build 22557. A bit redesigned page contains links to the Microsoft's website with information on what to do before selling or recycling your computer. Earlier, after a brief appearance in the Dev channel, they got removed in build 22581. As the company noted, they intend to re-add these options in the near future.
It is now hidden, but if you want it to appear, use the following ViveTool command.

Microsoft didn't even provide what is new in the newest version. On the consumer side, you will find no changes.
Its predecessor, version 21H2, will reach its end of support on December 13, 2022.
