Note (for some RisingOS Vanilla Builds)

- Since it's vanilla build & has quickswitch, Quickswitch has been selected Pixel Launcher by default. But since it's vanilla (Doesn't have Pixel Launcher or GAPPS) that's why you may have the screen "Phone is starting". In that case, go to settings through Quick Settings Panel then Personalize>toolbox>Quickswitch. Then just select QuickStep (it's default launcher-inbuilt). It will take a reboot and you're good to go.
