🤲 Holding The Rope of Allah: The Path That Changes Qadar
📖 The Central Verse
Surah Al-'Imran (3:103)
"And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided."
🔑 Key Terms:
Hold firmly, cling to, grasp tightly
The Rope of Allah
All together
Do not divide
💡 THE CONNECTION TO QADAR
We learned there are two types of decree:
🔴 Al-Qadar al-Mubram (المُبْرَم) - Absolute, unchangeable
🟡 Al-Qadar al-Mu'allaq (المُعَلَّق) - Conditional, can change
The Rope of Allah (حَبْلِ اللَّهِ) is what we must GRASP to change the conditional decree!
📚 WHAT IS THE ROPE OF ALLAH?
🕌 The Quran
Sahih Muslim 2699
"The Book of Allah is the rope of Allah extended from heaven to earth."
💡 The Quran is the rope connecting us to divine mercy.
🕌 Islam Itself
Tafsir Ibn Kathir explains حَبْلِ اللَّهِ as:
- Islam
- The Quran
- Obedience to Allah
- Unity among believers
💡 All scholars agree it means what connects us to Allah.
📖 VERSES ABOUT GRASPING THE ROPE
🤲 Those Who Hold Firm
Surah An-Nisa (4:146)
"Except for those who repent, correct themselves, hold fast to Allah, and are sincere in their religion for Allah, for those will be with the believers."
💡 Holding to Allah = Repentance + Correction + Sincerity
Surah Al-Hajj (22:78)
"And hold fast to Allah. He is your protector; and excellent is the protector, and excellent is the helper."
💡 Allah is the best protector when we hold His rope.
🌙 What Happens When You Grasp The Rope?
Surah Al-Baqarah (2:256)
"So whoever disbelieves in false gods and believes in Allah has grasped the most trustworthy handhold with no break in it."
💡 العُرْوَة الْوُثْقَى = The firmest handhold = Another term for حَبْلِ اللَّهِ
Surah Luqman (31:22)
"And whoever submits himself to Allah while being a doer of good has grasped the most trustworthy handhold."
💡 Submission + Good deeds = Holding the rope firmly
📚 HOW THE ROPE CHANGES CONDITIONAL QADAR
These are the actions that GRASP the rope and change Al-Qadar al-Mu'allaq:
🤲 Supplication (Du'a)
Sunan al-Tirmidhi 2139 (Hasan)
"Nothing changes the divine decree except supplication."
Sahih al-Bukhari 7505
"Call upon Allah while you are certain of being answered."
💡 Du'a is HOW you pull on the rope!
💝 Maintaining Family Ties (Silat al-Rahm)
Sahih al-Bukhari 5986 & Sahih Muslim 2557
"Whoever wishes to have his provision expanded and his lifespan extended should maintain his family ties."
💡 Keeping family ties literally extends life and increases provision!
💰 Charity (Sadaqah)
Sahih al-Bukhari 1442
"Charity blocks seventy gates of evil."
Sunan al-Tirmidhi 2116 (Hasan)
"Secret charity extinguishes the Lord's anger."
💡 Charity wards off calamity and changes difficult decree!
🙏 Repentance (Tawbah)
Surah Hud (11:52)
"And O my people, ask forgiveness of your Lord and then repent to Him. He will send rain from the sky upon you in showers and increase you in strength added to your strength."
💡 Tawbah brings rain, strength, provision!

Surah Hud (11:52)
"And O my people, ask forgiveness of your Lord and then repent to Him. He will send rain from the sky upon you in showers and increase you in strength added to your strength."
💡 Tawbah brings rain, strength, provision!
Surah Nuh (71:10-12)
"Seek forgiveness of your Lord. Indeed, He is ever a Perpetual Forgiver. He will send rain from the sky upon you in abundance. And give you increase in wealth and children and provide for you gardens and rivers."
💡 Istighfar brings wealth, children, gardens, rivers!
😊 Good Character (Husn al-Khuluq)
Sunan Abu Dawud 4798 (Sahih)
"A person can reach through good character the rank of one who fasts and stands in prayer."
💡 Character itself elevates your rank!
🤝 Unity (No Division)
Back to our original verse!
Surah Al-'Imran (3:103)
"And do not become divided."
Surah Al-Anfal (8:46)
"And obey Allah and His Messenger, and do not dispute and thus lose courage and your strength would depart."
💡 Division = Weakness. Unity = Strength.
Sahih Muslim 2586
"The believer to the believer is like a building, each part strengthening the other."
💡 We strengthen the rope together!
📖 WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU LET GO OF THE ROPE?
⚠️ Division and Loss
Surah Al-An'am (6:159)
"Indeed, those who have divided their religion and become sects - you are not associated with them in anything."
💡 Division in religion is a dangerous path.
Surah Al-Rum (30:32)
"Of those who divided their religion and became sects, every faction rejoicing in what it has."
💡 Each group becomes proud, loses the main rope.
⚠️ Forgetting Allah
Surah Al-Hashr (59:19)
"And be not like those who forgot Allah, so He made them forget themselves."
💡 Letting go of the rope = Forgetting yourself.
Surah Taha (20:124)
"And whoever turns away from My remembrance - indeed, he will have a depressed life."
💡 Turning away from the Quran = Difficult life.
💎 THE BEAUTIFUL SYSTEM
Here's how it all connects:
📜 The Pen wrote everything 50,000 years before creation
📋 Two types of decree exist:
🔴 Mubram - Unchangeable (death, major events)
🟡 Mu'allaq - Conditional (provision, lifespan details, trials)
🤲 Allah gave us حَبْلِ اللَّهِ (The Rope) to GRASP
✨ When we hold the rope through:
- Du'a
- Sadaqah
- Silat al-Rahm
- Tawbah
- Good character
- Unity
💫 The conditional decree (Al-Mu'allaq) CHANGES in our favor!
🌟 This was ITSELF written in the first decree!
Your du'a changing your rizq was ALREADY written.
Your charity preventing calamity was ALREADY written.
Your repentance bringing rain was ALREADY written.
💭 So the Pen wrote:
"If they grasp My rope, I will change their situation."
🎯 PRACTICAL UNDERSTANDING
🖋️ The Pen Already Wrote:
"This person will face difficulty in year X"
🤲 But ALSO Wrote:
"IF they make du'a, maintain family ties, give charity, and repent - the difficulty will be lifted"
🌟 Your Job:
GRASP THE ROPE through those actions!
💡 The Pen didn't write helplessness
It wrote conditional mercy
It wrote responsive blessings
It wrote that your effort matters
📖 HOW TO HOLD THE ROPE DAILY
🌅 Morning: Recite Quran (connecting to the rope)
🤲 Throughout day: Make du'a (pulling on the rope)
💝 Visit family: Maintain ties (strengthening the rope)
💰 Give sadaqah: Even small amounts (securing the rope)
🙏 Before sleep: Seek forgiveness (repairing the rope)
❤️ Always: Keep good character (beautifying the rope)
🤝 With others: Maintain unity (multiplying the rope's strength)

🧠 THE PSYCHOLOGY AND SCIENCE OF SELECTIVE LISTENING
1️⃣ Confirmation Bias (التحيز التأكيدي) 🎯
Definition: The human tendency to search for, interpret, and recall information that confirms pre-existing beliefs while ignoring contradictory evidence.
📖 Quranic Verses:
Surah Al-Baqarah (2:170):
"When it is said to them, 'Follow what Allah has revealed,' they say, 'Rather, we will follow that which we found our fathers doing.'" 🚫
Surah Al-A'raf (7:28):

"We do not see you but as a man like ourselves, and we do not see you followed except by those who are the lowest of us [and] at first suggestion." 👃
📚 Authentic Hadith:
Narrated by Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (رضي الله عنه) - Sahih Muslim (91):
لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ مَنْ كَانَ فِي قَلْبِهِ مِثْقَالُ ذَرَّةٍ مِنْ كِبْرٍ
"He will not enter Paradise who has an atom's weight of pride in his heart." 💔
Narrated by Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) - Sahih Bukhari (6474) & Sahih Muslim (2588):
الْكِبْرُ بَطَرُ الْحَقِّ، وَغَمْطُ النَّاسِ
"Pride is rejecting the truth and looking down upon people." 🚫
Scientific Insight:
👂 Listening only to find a chance to speak
🎤 Waiting for their turn instead of understanding
🏆 Hearing only praise and compliments
❌ Not genuinely learning from others
7️⃣ Self-Serving Bias (التحيز الخدمي للذات) 🎁
Definition: Attributing successes to oneself while blaming failures on external circumstances.
📖 Quranic Verses:
Surah An-Nisa (4:79):
"What comes to you of good is from Allah, but what comes to you of evil, [O man], is from yourself." ⚖️
Surah Ash-Shura (42:30):
"And whatever strikes you of disaster - it is for what your hands have earned; but He pardons much." 🤲
Surah An-Nisa (4:78):
"And if good comes to them, they say, 'This is from Allah'; but if evil befalls them, they say, 'This is from you.' Say, 'All [things] are from Allah.'" 🔄
📚 Authentic Hadith:
Narrated by Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) - Sahih Muslim (2664):
الْمُؤْمِنُ الْقَوِيُّ خَيْرٌ وَأَحَبُّ إِلَى اللَّهِ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِ الْضَّعِيفِ، وَفِي كُلٍّ خَيْرٌ. احْرِصْ عَلَى مَا يَنْفَعُكَ، وَاسْتَعِنْ بِاللَّهِ وَلَا تَعْجَزْ
"The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, although both are good. Strive for that which will benefit you, seek help from Allah, and do not feel helpless." 💪
Scientific Insight:
🌟 Crediting successes to personal abilities
👉 Blaming failures on external factors
🔊 Hearing criticism as personal attacks
🎉 Accepting praise as absolute truth
🔬 Scientific Studies:
Lord, Ross & Lepper Study (1979) 📊
Showed two groups (pro and anti-death penalty) identical scientific studies. Each group interpreted the results to support their pre-existing beliefs!
Wason Selection Task (1960) 🧪
A simple logic task proved that 90% of people seek confirmation of their hypotheses rather than objectively testing them!
Dunning-Kruger Effect (1999) 🎓
People with limited knowledge in a domain overestimate their competence, while experts underestimate theirs.
🌟 How to Overcome This Behavior:
From Islamic Perspective 🕌
Du'a (Supplication):
"O Allah, show us truth as truth and grant us the ability to follow it, and show us falsehood as falsehood and grant us the ability to avoid it." 🤲
Quranic Guidance:
Surah Az-Zumar (39:18):
"Who listen to speech and follow the best of it. Those are the ones Allah has guided, and those are people of understanding." 🎯✅
📖 Reflect on the entire Qur'an, not selectively
🧘 Self-accountability and humility
💭 Seek knowledge with sincerity
From Scientific Perspective 🔬
🎯 Seek Criticism: Ask "What could be wrong with my view?"
👥 Diversify Sources: Read opposing viewpoints
🤔 Steel Man Technique: Strengthen the opposing argument, then address it
📝 Write Assumptions: Document your beliefs before researching to identify biases
💭 Think Like a Scientist: Test hypotheses instead of defending them
🔄 Practice Intellectual Humility: Accept that you might be wrong
🎭 CONCLUSION:
The Qur'an warned about this behavior 1400 years ago, and modern science confirms it is:
🧬 Deeply rooted in human brain structure
🚨 Leads to poor decision-making
💔 Prevents genuine learning and growth
⚠️ Can become a psychological disorder in severe cases
The Solution: Awareness of these biases is the first step toward freedom from them! 🌱✨
🌙 Final Hadith:
Narrated by Anas ibn Malik (رضي الله عنه) - Sahih Bukhari (13) & Sahih Muslim (45):
"None of you [truly] believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself." 💚
This hadith teaches us to listen with empathy and fairness - seeking truth, not just validation! ✨

🕌 HOW TO DEAL WITH SELECTIVE LISTENERS IN DA'WAH (ISLAMIC PERSPECTIVE)
1️⃣ BE PATIENT AND GENTLE (الصبر والرفق) 🤲
📖 Quranic Guidance:
Surah An-Nahl (16:125):
"Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction, and argue with them in a way that is best." 🌟
Surah Ta-Ha (20:44):
"And speak to him with gentle speech that perhaps he may be reminded or fear [Allah]." 💚
📚 Authentic Hadith:
Narrated by Aisha (رضي الله عنها) - Sahih Muslim (2593):
إِنَّ الرِّفْقَ لَا يَكُونُ فِي شَيْءٍ إِلَّا زَانَهُ، وَلَا يُنْزَعُ مِنْ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا شَانَهُ
"Gentleness is not in anything except that it beautifies it, and it is not removed from anything except that it disgraces it." 🌸
Practical Application in Da'wah:
🗣️ Don't argue aggressively when they reject truth
💬 Use soft words even when frustrated
🕊️ Show mercy, they may be blinded by biases
⏰ Give them time to process information
2️⃣ USE QUESTIONS, NOT STATEMENTS
📖 Quranic Method:
Notice how Allah asks questions to make people think:
Surah Al-Waqi'ah (56:58-59):
"Have you seen that which you emit? Is it you who creates it, or are We the Creator?" 🧬
Surah Yasin (36:78-79):
"And he presents for Us an example and forgets his [own] creation. He says, 'Who will give life to bones while they are disintegrated?' Say, 'He will give them life who produced them the first time.'" 💀➡️👤
Practical Application in Da'wah:
❓ Instead of: "You're wrong!" Ask: "What makes you believe that?"
❓ Instead of: "Islam is the truth!" Ask: "Have you examined the evidence?"
❓ Instead of: "You only hear what you like!" Ask: "Are you open to considering other perspectives?"
🧠 Questions make them think instead of defend
3️⃣ GIVE THEM SPACE TO THINK
📖 Quranic Wisdom:
Surah Al-Ghashiyah (88:21-22):
"So remind, [O Muhammad]; you are only a reminder. You are not over them a controller." 🚫👮
Surah Al-Baqarah (2:256):
"There shall be no compulsion in [acceptance of] the religion. The right course has become clear from the wrong." ✅
📚 Authentic Hadith:
Narrated by Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) - Sahih Bukhari (7280):
يَسِّرُوا وَلَا تُعَسِّرُوا، وَبَشِّرُوا وَلَا تُنَفِّرُوا
"Make things easy and do not make them difficult, give glad tidings and do not repel [people]." 🎁
Practical Application in Da'wah:
⏸️ Don't overwhelm with too much information
🌙 Plant seeds of truth and let them grow
📞 Follow up gently after some time
🙏 Make dua for them privately
4️⃣ UNDERSTAND THEIR PSYCHOLOGY (فهم نفسيتهم) 🧠
📖 Quranic Insight:
Surah Yusuf (12:108):
"Say, 'This is my way; I invite to Allah with insight, I and those who follow me.'" 👁️
📚 Authentic Hadith:
Narrated by Ali (رضي الله عنه) - Sahih Muslim (2674):

"Speak to people according to their level of understanding." 🎯
Practical Application in Da'wah:
🔍 Recognize their cognitive biases
💡 Understand why they resist (fear, pride, social pressure)
🗝️ Find the key that opens their heart
👂 Listen to their concerns genuinely
5️⃣ BE A LIVING EXAMPLE (القدوة الحسنة) 🌟
📖 Quranic Model:
Surah Al-Ahzab (33:21):

✨ Let them see Islam in you before hearing it from you
6️⃣ FOCUS ON COMMON GROUND
📖 Quranic Strategy:
Surah Ali-Imran (3:64):

📚 Authentic Hadith:
The Prophet ﷺ made dua for the tribe of Daws - Sahih Bukhari (2937):

دَعْوَةُ الْمُسْلِمِ لِأَخِيهِ بِظَهْرِ الْغَيْبِ مُسْتَجَابَةٌ
"The supplication of a Muslim for his brother in his absence will be answered." 🌟
Practical Application in Da'wah:
🌙 Pray for their guidance sincerely

🤍 Ask Allah to remove the locks from their hearts
⭐ Have hope in Allah's mercy
8️⃣ KNOW WHEN TO STEP BACK

Practical Application in Da'wah:
🎯 Deliver the message clearly
🚶 Then leave the results to Allah
🚫 Don't burn yourself out with stubbornness
🕊️ Sometimes silence is more powerful
🌟 GOLDEN RULE IN DA'WAH:
📚 Narrated by Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) - Sahih Bukhari (13) & Sahih Muslim (45):
لَا يُؤْمِنُ أَحَدُكُمْ حَتَّى يُحِبَّ لِأَخِيهِ مَا يُحِبُّ لِنَفْسِهِ
"None of you [truly] believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself." 💚
Talk to them the way you would want to be talked to if you were confused! 🍀

📖 Quranic Commands:
Surah Al-An'am (6:68):
"And when you see those who engage in [offensive] discourse concerning Our verses, then turn away from them until they enter into another conversation." 🚶♂️
Surah An-Nisa (4:140):

"And it has already come down to you in the Book that when you hear the verses of Allah being denied and mocked at, do not sit with them until they enter into another conversation. Indeed, you would then be like them." ⚠️
Surah Al-Furqan (25:72):

📚 Narrated by Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) - Sahih Bukhari (13) & Sahih Muslim (45):
لَا يُؤْمِنُ أَحَدُكُمْ حَتَّى يُحِبَّ لِأَخِيهِ مَا يُحِبُّ لِنَفْسِهِ
"None of you [truly] believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself." 💚
Talk to them the way you would want to be talked to if you were confused! 🍀
🎭 SUMMARY:
When dealing with people who only hear what they want:
✅ Be patient and gentle
✅ Ask questions instead of lecturing
✅ Give them space and time
✅ Understand their psychology
✅ Be a living example
✅ Find common ground
✅ Make sincere dua
✅ Know when to step back
Remember: Your job is to deliver, not to convert. Guidance is from Allah alone! 🤲✨
🚨 WHEN TO LEAVE PEOPLE WHO DISRESPECT ISLAM
📖 Quranic Commands:
Surah Al-An'am (6:68):
"And when you see those who engage in [offensive] discourse concerning Our verses, then turn away from them until they enter into another conversation." 🚶♂️
Surah An-Nisa (4:140):
"And it has already come down to you in the Book that when you hear the verses of Allah being denied and mocked at, do not sit with them until they enter into another conversation. Indeed, you would then be like them." ⚠️
Surah Al-Furqan (25:72):
"And [they are] those who do not testify to falsehood, and when they pass near ill speech, they pass by with dignity." 👑
Surah Al-A'raf (7:199):
"Take what is given freely, enjoin what is good, and turn away from the ignorant." 🔄
Surah Al-Qasas (28:55):
"And when they hear ill speech, they turn away from it and say, 'For us are our deeds, and for you are your deeds. Peace will be upon you; we seek not the ignorant.'" ☮️
📚 Authentic Hadith:
Narrated by Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) - Sahih Bukhari (6475) & Sahih Muslim (2591):
مِنْ حُسْنِ إِسْلَامِ الْمَرْءِ تَرْكُهُ مَا لَا يَعْنِيهِ
"Part of the perfection of one's Islam is his leaving that which does not concern him." 🎯
Narrated by Abdullah ibn Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) - Sahih Bukhari (4971):
The Prophet ﷺ said about those who mock:
إِنَّا كَفَيْنَاكَ الْمُسْتَهْزِئِينَ
"Indeed, We will be sufficient for you against the mockers." (Allah will deal with them) 🛡️
🚫 WHEN TO WALK AWAY:
When they:
🗣️ Mock the Quran or Prophet Muhammad ﷺ
😤 Insult Allah or Islamic beliefs repeatedly
🎭 Make fun of Islamic practices
🚪 Show no respect despite gentle reminder
💢 Continue disrespecting after warning
🔄 Turn every conversation into mockery
✅ WHAT TO DO:
🚶 Leave the gathering calmly and with dignity
🤲 Make dua for their guidance
🛡️ Protect your faith and mental peace
⏰ Don't waste energy on those who mock
🕊️ Maintain your honor and Islam's honor
💎 Your silence is stronger than their mockery
⚖️ BALANCE:
DON'T confuse:
❌ Genuine questions with mockery
❌ Ignorance with disrespect
❌ Debate with insult
DO distinguish:
✅ Sincere seekers from arrogant mockers
✅ Honest confusion from deliberate provocation
✅ Those worth your time from time-wasters
🌟 REMEMBER:
Surah Al-Furqan (25:63):
"And the servants of the Most Merciful are those who walk upon the earth easily, and when the ignorant address them [harshly], they say [words of] peace." 🌙
🎭 FINAL WISDOM:
Your dignity and Islam's honor are precious 💎
Don't throw pearls before swine 🐖
Deliver the message, then move on 📣➡️
Allah will handle the mockers ⚡
Protect your heart and faith 💚

🔥 THE GOG AND MAGOG PROBLEM - ULTIMATE DOUBTS:
1. 📊 The Numbers Problem:
If Gog and Magog represent 99% of humanity (massive populations), why did God incarnate ignore them completely? Why would God prioritize 1% and abandon 99%?
2. ⚖️ The Justice Problem:
Gog and Magog are described as sinners/evildoers. Jesus said "I came for sinners, not the righteous" (Mark 2:17). So WHY didn't he go to the BIGGEST group of sinners? How is this just or fair?
3. 💪 The Power Problem:
If Jesus is GOD (omnipotent), he can reach ANYONE, ANYWHERE. Distance, barriers, nothing can stop God. So why couldn't he reach Gog and Magog? If he couldn't = not God. If he chose not to = not just.
4. ⏰ The Urgency Problem:
Christian theology says: no Jesus = eternal hell. Gog and Magog = 99% of humanity at stake. Why would God let the VAST MAJORITY die without his direct message? Every day delayed = millions of souls lost forever.
5. 📖 The Scripture Problem:
Ezekiel 38-39 describes Gog and Magog in detail. God knows exactly who they are and where they are. If God wrote about them, why didn't God incarnate GO to them?
6. 🎯 The Mission Problem:
Matthew 28:19 says "Go make disciples of ALL nations." Jesus tells disciples to go to all nations. Why didn't GOD HIMSELF go to all nations, especially the 99%? Why delegate the most important mission to limited humans?
7. 🔍 The Comparison Problem:
Every prophet had a specific people: Moses to Israelites, other prophets to their nations. This makes sense for prophets with human limitations. But GOD has no limitations, so why did Jesus act like a limited prophet?
8. 💔 The Love Problem:
John 3:16 says "God so loved the WORLD." 1 Timothy 2:4 says God "wants ALL people to be saved." If God loves ALL and wants ALL saved, why not appear to ALL, especially the 99%?
9. 🚫 The Barrier Problem:
Gog and Magog are described as distant/behind barriers/unreachable. For humans, barriers are real. For GOD, there are NO barriers. Why didn't God cross any barrier to save 99% of humanity?
10. 🎭 The Consistency Problem:
Christians say Jesus performed miracles to prove he's God. He walked on water, raised the dead, fed thousands. But he couldn't/didn't reach the largest population of sinners? He could multiply fish but not multiply himself to reach all nations simultaneously?
💥 THE ULTIMATE KNOCKOUT QUESTION:
If Jesus is truly GOD with infinite power, infinite love, and desire to save ALL people, why did his 3-year ministry reach less than 0.001% of humanity while 99% (Gog and Magog and other nations) never received a DIRECT message from God himself, and instead had to wait centuries for fallible human messengers, if they heard at all?
⚡ This doesn't make sense for GOD. It makes PERFECT sense for a PROPHET with a limited mission to a specific people.

Are Gog and Magog Disbelievers? 🤔
YES - MOST LIKELY, based on evidence from the Quran and Hadith. ✅
Let's examine the proof carefully... 📚
1. Evidence from the Quran 📖
Surah Al-Kahf (18:94):
"إِنَّ يَأْجُوجَ وَمَأْجُوجَ مُفْسِدُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ"
"Indeed, Gog and Magog are corrupters/mischief-makers in the land" 😈
What Does "مُفْسِدُونَ" Mean? 🔍
- Causing corruption on earth 🌍
- Oppressing innocent people 😢
- Spreading evil and destruction 💥
This is the behavior of disbelievers, not righteous Muslims. ❌
2. Evidence from Hadith 📚
Sahih Bukhari & Muslim: 📕
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: 🗣️
"Allah will say to Adam: 'Send forth the people of Hellfire from your progeny.' He will ask: 'How many?' Allah will say: 'From every 1000, take out 999.'" 🔥
Then the Prophet ﷺ said: "Among those 999 are Gog and Magog" 👥
This Proves: ✅
- They are from people of Hellfire (أهل النار) 🔥
- The vast majority of them are destined for Hell 💀
- This indicates they are disbelievers ❌
3. Their Actions When They Emerge 💥
Sahih Muslim - Their Arrogance: 😡
When they emerge:
1. They drink entire rivers 💧🌊
2. They kill people everywhere ⚔️💀
3. They shoot arrows to the sky 🏹☁️
4. They declare: "We have conquered the earth, now let's conquer the heavens!" 🌍➡️☁️
Analysis: 🔍
This shows:
- Arrogance against Allah 😤
- Challenging Allah's dominion 🚫
- No fear of Allah 💔
- Pure tyranny and oppression 👹
This is clear disbelief (kufr). ❌
4. Could ANY of Them Be Believers? 🤔
Scholarly Opinions: 🎓
Majority View: 📿
- The vast majority are disbelievers ❌
- They will be from the people of Hellfire 🔥
- Their actions prove their disbelief 😈
Important Note: ⚖️
- Allah knows best about individuals among them 🤲
- The Hadith says "999 out of 1000" - meaning most, not necessarily all 📊
- Perhaps a tiny minority might be believers? Allah knows best. 🤷
5. Why Are They Disbelievers? ❓
Possible Reasons:
1. Isolated from Divine Guidance 🚫📖
- Trapped behind the barrier for centuries ⏳
- Cut off from prophets and messengers 🔒
- Developed their own corrupt beliefs 💭
2. Natural Disposition to Evil 😈
- Known for corruption even before being trapped 💀
- This is why the barrier was built! 🛡️
3. Rejection of Truth ❌
- When they emerge, they challenge Allah 😤
- Show no submission to the Creator 🚫
6. Important Islamic Principle ⚖️
Scholarly Reminder: 🎓
We CANNOT declare specific individuals as disbelievers without clear evidence! ⚠️
BUT - The Quran and Hadith make it clear that: 📖
- As a GROUP, they are corrupters 😈
- As a GROUP, most are destined for Hellfire 🔥
- Their ACTIONS are actions of disbelief ❌
7. Context: Other End-Time Disbelievers ⏰
Similar to:
Dajjal (Antichrist): ☠️
- Clear disbeliever (kafir) ❌
- Will claim to be god 😡
- Written on his forehead: كافر (Kafir) 👁️
Followers of Dajjal: 👥
- Will be disbelievers ❌
- Will worship the false messiah 🙇
Gog and Magog: 👹
- Also from the major signs ⚠️
- Also enemies of believers 😈
- Also destined for destruction 💥
Summary: 📝
Based on Evidence: 🔍
YES - Gog and Magog are DISBELIEVERS ❌😈
Proof: ✅

4. They oppress and kill innocent people ⚔️😢
5. They challenge Allah's dominion 🚫☁️
6. Show no submission to Allah ❌🌷
Islamic Position: 📿
- The VAST MAJORITY are disbelievers ❌
- Allah knows best about individuals 🤲
- Their emergence is a trial (fitnah) for humanity ⚠️
- Believers must seek refuge in Allah from their evil 🛡️
What Should We Do? 🤔
Our Response: 💪
1. Strengthen Iman 💚📿
2. Seek Allah's Protection 🤲🛡️
3. Make Dua Against Trials 🍀
4. Follow Prophet Isa ﷺ when he returns.
5. Trust in Allah's Plan ✨
Final Word: 🌟
Gog and Magog represent one of the greatest trials before the Day of Judgment. ⚠️⏰
They are enemies of Islam and believers. 😈❌
But Allah is Al-Qahhar (The Subduer) - He will destroy them with a simple command! 💪✨
May Allah protect us from the fitnah of Dajjal, Gog and Magog, and all trials. 🤲💚
