Β« Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than the unsuccessful man with talent. Genius will not; un-rewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not -- the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination are omnipotent. Β»

LET IT FLOW ! Bioenergetics
The psychological and physical plane are interdependent and one can cause alteration in the other. People typically tend to minimize their bodily and emotional experience and overestimate cognition and over-rationalization. According to Alexander Lowen, founder of bioenergetics, our energy is naturally anchored at two poles - the head and the genitals - and flows freely between them. Alterations to this flow will cause disturbances.
We hold as a goal to go back to our optimal physiological state. Solidly grounded in the feet and legs, the belly soft from emotional tensions, optimal self expression and motor skills, a heart open to send and receive, eyes capable of making warm contact, arms ready to reach out for connection as well as to set boundaries, and a head relatively free of regrets from the past and worries about the future.
This process based on simple yet powerful exercices will trigger the release of accumulated tensions and purge both the body and mind.
According to Lowen, spirituality is the state of grace that results from the harmonization of body, mind and emotions as a whole. Peace of mind is not in the mind but the result of an harmonized body.
Children, he says, are all in a state of grace at birth, with their bodies and psyches perfectly attuned. Unfortunately this balance often breaks down in the years that follow. If these ruptures are serious, they cause the child to grow up with physical and psychological disorders of varying degrees of severity.

Four persons found existing in the world
Monks, these four persons are found existing in the world.
What four ?
He who is in darkness and bound for darkness;
He who is in darkness but bound for light;
He who is in light but bound for darkness;
He who is in light and bound for light.

Youβll own nothing and be happy
Destruction of society by design. They want to mass sterilize men and women. They want us to eat grasshoppers and larvas. Even the worst tyrans in history did not hate their people that much. No matter how bad things seem to be, stay positive and donβt be depressed, because itβs a war they can not win.
