Common sense should tell you you can’t stare at a screen 10 hours a day and be a normal functioning individual.

We know endless scrolling of entertaining content damages the brain. Burns dopamine receptors and rewire the brain’s neural pathways. Yet little is known about other side effects of screens overexposure.
