I'm not gonna push any sleep to iOS devs. Stuff like that can land you in serious trouble with boss man.

We've lost two members during the night. Something horrible crept out of the well and dragged them both in.

On the other hand, I only have the member count: was 68, is 66 now. It could have well been that the well thing dragged a full dozen away – and then a fresh party of ten joined us in the morning.

Anyhow, I'm glad the rest of you are alive and kicking.

I wonder now, how long could this thing survive and how popular can it get without a decent photo. I don't exactly mind the letter M, but some of the backgrounds it gets every now and then... Green and blue are fine. But pink, really?

Don't you ever use pink in your profile pictures, you brutal people.

...Posting without feedback is like dropping messages into a well. The only difference is that they don't make a splash, save for the view counters maybe.

Luckily, this is just the beginning.

...I've just realized that a well had been mentioned here before. Better not drop anything down THAT one — judging by the member count today, the thing is still sleeping after yesterday's meal.

And while it's asleep, we can safely usher in a few new members. Bring your friends, you'll need them when it wakes up.

Street musicians play their irritating drums right by my windows, so whenever there's something big to be done, I put on my headphones and turn on something like this thing:

A nice and angry mix that goes on non-stop for 72 minutes, so I don't have to listen to the dudes outside — not even between the songs.

We are now safely back to 68 members. The city goes to sleep. Let's see how many of us are still here by morning.

It is always extremely surprising to see interfaces improve on other apps and websites. Somehow you don't expect them to change, especially for the better (but maybe it's just a decade of watching Facebook grow unnecessary extra feet speaking).

Getting to the point, I happen to like the evolution of Google Play's review system over the last few months, as seen from the admins' side. Reviews that were updated by the users now get a bright UPDATED label. You can see how other users have rated this or that particular review right away. And there are even links to individual reviews that you can share with others on your team.

The user in me wants to say something like, 'Oh, you got it finally, really? You didn't have something as simple as permalinks for reviews as far as 2015? Bravo, geniuses!'

But as a person who gets to read reviews now and then, I know better. People are improving stuff while most of the others are either making things worse and more cluttered or merely letting their products decay. So it doesn't matter how long the changes took them, and it matters little how much they still have to do. They're doing it!
