A new financial firm backed by Peter Thiel and Bill Ackman aims to take the 'woke' out of corporate America - and is taking aim at BlackRock's push for 'stakeholder capitalism' ESG purity tests with several new funds that instead promote "Excellence Capitalism."

Vivek Ramaswamy, author of "Woke, Inc," has raised $20 million to launch "Strive Asset Management," an activist fund which will urge  companies to drop unprofitable social justice issues pushed by BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street, which Ramaswamy refers to as the "ideological cartel."

Virginia: Democrat County Supervisor Indicted on 82 Felonies in Election Fraud Scheme | National File

A Democrat County Supervisor in Buchanan County, Virginia has been indicted on 82 felony counts stemming from an alleged election fraud and corruption scheme following a 2-year state police investigation. Included in the charges filed against Trey Adkins, of the county’s Knox District, are 34 counts of false statements related to election fraud and 11 counts of absentee voting violations.

A grand jury handed down the indictments and the case will be prosecuted by the Commonwealth’s Attorney from nearby Russell County, Zack Stoots. According to the grand jury’s report, Adkins has relied on an illegal absentee vote harvesting scheme since he was first elected to public office in 2011, repeating the process in his 2015 and 2019 bids for re-election.

Investigations have shown that the scheme included hundreds of absentee ballots per election cycle and Adkins, with the help of his aunt, is said to have personally run the operation, showing up at the homes of voters himself with absentee applications and ballots to ensure he would have their vote. As Buchanan County is a small community, the margin of victory in Adkins’ election was only within a couple of hundred votes, giving his scheme all the more impact.

Yuma County Voting Fraud | Press Release

The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office (YCSO) and the Yuma County Recorder’s Office (YCRO) are working together to actively examine cases of voting fraud from the 2020 General Election and now a recent pattern of fraudulent voter registration forms leading up to the 2022 Primary Election.

As of March 2022, YCSO has 16 voting/registration open cases. All relevant evidence is being formally documented by the Yuma County Recorder’s Office and further investigated by the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office.

Some examples of voter fraud Yuma County is currently seeing are the following:

• Impersonation fraud: Voting in the name of other legitimate voters and voters who have died or moved away.

• False registrations: Falsifying voter registrations by either using a real or fake name, birth date, or address. This is being done by outreach groups who are paid for each registration form they submit, therefore, are out soliciting voters into unnecessarily re-registering or falsifying forms with Yuma County resident’s identities.

• Duplicate voting: Submitting multiple votes or registering in multiple locations and voting in the same election in more than one jurisdiction or state.

• Fraudulent use of absentee ballots: Requesting absentee ballots and voting without the knowledge of the actual voter; or obtaining the absentee ballot from a voter and either filling it in directly and forging the voter’s signature or illegally telling the voter who to vote for.

Under Arizona law, illegal voting is a class 5 or class 6 felony. A person found guilty faces up to 2 or 2.5 years in prison, fines, restitution, loss of voting rights, and/or probation.

Court Revives Texas Law Against Banning Social Media Users for Political Views | Reuters

A federal appeals court on Wednesday allowed a Texas law prohibiting large social media platforms from banning users based on their political views to go into effect while the state appeals a lower court order that had blocked it.

The lawsuit by internet lobbying groups NetChoice and the Computer & Communications Industry Association (CCIA), whose members include Twitter, Facebook and Google, challenges a law, signed by Texas' Republican Governor Greg Abbott in September, forbidding social media companies with more than 50 million active users per month from banning members based on their political views and requiring them to publicly disclose how they moderate content.

Abbott at the time said the law was in response to "a dangerous movement by social media companies to silence conservative viewpoints and ideas."

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton celebrated the victory on Twitter, “My office just secured another BIG WIN against BIG TECH.

#Texas's HB20 is back in effect. The 5th Circuit made the right call here, and I look forward to continuing to defend the constitutionality of #HB20.”

“A quick update on drop boxes. I have pushed to get rid of them all together, however we find ourselves with a one seat majority and an obstinate Paul Boyer. I am not satisfied with failure and having to use 2020 rules for the 2022 election. Therefore, I also have a plan B. I have created an invention and asked for a pilot program regarding a “smart” drop box.

This smart drop box does not tally your vote, it only logs in that your envelope has been received. Much like an ATM machine, there will be chain of custody and an inability to stuff a dropbox like people can now. It will have a camera like an ATM machine and it will limit one ballot per deposit.

We trust our cash and checks to an ATM machine. The machine with a camera, chain of custody, and the ability to deposit the cash into our own account and not someone else’s. If we can’t get rid of the boxes, then I demand a secure box to do so until we have enough Republicans to get rid of them all together. We cannot go back to 2020 rules.

Missouri Passes Legislation to Prevent Ballot Trafficking, Fortify Elections

Senator Bob Onder announced on Facebook that the new election legislation bans drop boxes, ballot harvesting, and Zuckerbucks, and mandates cyber security audits and voter photo ID. Onder said “the Missouri Senate has always been the problem” when it comes to election integrity. He expects the bill to pass in the House and head to the Governor’s desk to be signed into law.

Georgia Patriot Fights Back Against Dirty Voter Rolls: Challenges Eligibility of 8% of Voters in Forsyth County | AJC

With early voting already underway in the state’s May 24 primary, a Georgia man has challenged the eligibility of 13,609 voters in Forsyth County — about 8% of those registered to vote in the county.

The challenge appears to be the largest so far under the state’s new elections law.

Frank Schneider, who identified himself as a Forsyth County registered voter, filed the challenge with county elections officials late Tuesday. He could not immediately be reached for comment.

In an email to Mandi Smith, director of the Forsyth County Voter Registrations and Elections Department, Schneider said he had compared the county’s voting rolls with the National Change of Address database, maintained by the U.S. Postal Service.

Forsyth County officials have received several other voting challenges this year but none as large as the one filed this week.

Under the state’s 2021 election law, any voter can challenge the eligibility of as many voters in their county or city as they wish. County elections officials must then hold a hearing.

The Georgia-based voting rights group Fair Fight Action decried the challenges in Forsyth as “the latest iteration of the Republicans’ voter suppression tactics.”

What’s next?

The five-member Forsyth County Board of Voter Registrations and Elections will consider a challenge questioning the eligibility of more than 13,000 of the county’s registered voters at a hearing Thursday at 6 p.m. The challenger, Frank Schneider, must be present. The board could vote that there is probable cause to uphold the challenge. That would mean that the voters must answer the grounds of the challenge before voting. If the board finds there is not probable cause, it could dismiss the challenge.

Elon Musk Says Twitter Deal ‘Temporarily on Hold’

The Tesla CEO said Friday his deal to buy Twitter was “temporarily on hold” pending a calculation related to the number of fake accounts on Twitter.

Hours later, Musk tweeted again saying “Still committed to acquisition.”

The original tweet was attached to a Reuters article from May 2 about the number of accounts on the social media platform that were bots and spam accounts. Twitter, in its first-quarter financial filing, said that those type of accounts represented less than 5% of what it calls its mDAU, or monetizable daily active usage.

If fake accounts represent more of Twitter’s registered users than he originally believed, Musk may not want to pay his original offer price of $54.20 a share.

In an interview with The Epoch Times, True the Vote founder Catherine Engelbrecht and election intelligence expert Gregg Philips offer an update on the 2,000 Mules ballot trafficking investigations.

“There are patterns that are developing here that go way way beyond just some local group,” Gregg said. “There are both international and national foundations that have found ways to get money into these communities and then the leaders that run the local insurgency, they’re the ones that decide what works in San Luis or what works in Atlanta… We’re starting to see big money, like billions. And we’re starting to see foundations that have been around for 60 years, foundations that hatched Barak Obama and that are hatching Stacey Abrams.”

“We are involved in a fairly mature counter intelligence effort that’s ongoing right now — some agencies of the U.S. government and some outsiders — and they’re looking hard at [where the money is coming from],” Gregg added.

Catherine reported that they recently received drop box video from Brown County in Green Bay Wisconsin. “We are now working with two local law enforcement agencies [in Wisconsin], so we’re excited about that. They’re making great strides and investigations are ongoing.”

“In Georgia, there are active investigations and we’re very optimistic,” she continued. “In Arizona, they were already in play when we came into it… they are doing some great stuff with their legislation and advancing the investigations… We’re just scratching the surface of Michigan. But there’s a lot to scratch, so we’re hopeful there once we get rolling. In Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia County, they had far and away the most egregious abuses of those drop boxes. We were able to do a very short presentation… There is so much material there — when that ball starts rolling it’s not going to stop.”

“The groundswell is incredibly encouraging,” Catherine said. “It’s all because the people are rising up,” Gregg added. Citizens are getting “more and more confident in their ability to proactively approach legislators and to press law enforcement at the state level — and I think even the judiciary is showing some signs that they are willing to listen… It’s citizens going forward to these legislators and helping them get educated on what’s going on.”

“I think we’re going to see some really interesting things emerge in the next few weeks,” Gregg continued. “And I just have every bit of optimism that American citizen’s rising up for freedom and to save this republic are going to make the difference… The people are regaining the power.”

Hand Counting Ballots In Smaller Counties

M_EDA points out some great facts in his latest post.

There are a lot of small counties that can easily hand count their ballots at a fraction of the cost.

Using machines to count ballots in small counties is expensive and unnecessary.

Here are some 2020 stats to ponder... Out of 3,100+ counties across the nation:

👉 1,345 counties had less than 10,000 total votes

👉 1,178 counties had total votes within the range of 10,000 to 50,000

That is a total of 2,523 counties have less than 50,000 total votes!

🚨 81% of counties across the nation have fewer than 50,000 votes 🚨

Using machines in these counties makes absolutely no sense.

# Hand Counting Assumptions

Hand counting ballots "in and of itself" will not guarantee "safe and secure" elections.

It hinges on the following preconditions:

- No ballot "trafficking", which includes "harvesting" real ballots, as well as, "manufacturing" fake ones

- A secure chain of custody for counting ballots and transferring the tallies

In real terms this means:

- No mail-in ballots

- Each county (or precinct) will be responsible for counting and reporting their tallies to the public directly.

The ballots must be counted in the location they were cast, and the final tallies should be held secret until the end of election night.

# Hand Counting Implications

Do not underestimate the strength with which the "establishment" will push back on these initiatives.

The minute a county puts in place these simple measures; the discrepancies (i.e. the fraud) from previous elections will become blindingly obvious.

They know that, and will do everything in their power to prevent it from happening.

Things will only change when the majority of the electorate demand it.

It all starts by talking about these issues with your family, friends, neighbours and colleagues, by making them aware of the problem and how cheap and effective the "hand counting" solution really is.

Hand counting ballots in larger counties is very doable by creating lots of smaller precincts that will each be responsible for counting and reporting on their tallies.
