Twitter, Inc. today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by an entity wholly owned by Elon Musk, for $54.20 per share in cash in a transaction valued at approximately $44 billion. Upon completion of the transaction, Twitter will become a privately held company.

Subpoenas Finally Issued for Evidence in Georgia Ballot Trafficking Case Ahead of 2,000 Mules Premier | Just the News
Subpoenas have finally formally been issued for evidence in the True the Vote Georgia ballot trafficking case one month after the Georgia State Elections Board approved the investigation.
Delivered late last week, the subpoenas ask True the Vote and its researchers to turn over the identities of the 242 ballot harvesters, the John Doe whistleblower who was paid $10 per ballot, and suspected funding arms for the 2020 ballot trafficking operation, according to documents obtained by Just the News under a state open records request.
Signed by acting State Elections Board chairman Matt Mashburn, the subpoenas seek “The identity and contact information of the ‘several individuals regarding personal knowledge, methods, and organizations involved in ballot trafficking in Georgia’ referenced in the Complaint and any recordings, transcripts, summaries, testimony, statements, witness interviews, notes or other documents describing what those individuals said.”
In addition to requesting all evidence relating to the John Doe whistleblower and his mother, the subpoenas also ask for the identities of the "network of non-governmental organizations that worked together to facilitate a ballot trafficking scheme in Georgia" as well as details about the “ten hubs” in Atlanta that allegedly coordinated the harvesting operation.
Strangely, the subpoenas also request “any receipts, invoices, bills, or other documents evidencing any medical payments” True the Vote made for any of the Georgia ballot mules.
Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger told Just the News in a January interview that he believes the probe could lead to criminal charges and identify the funding streams for the operation. Raffensperger is now pushing for a nationwide ban on ballot harvesting.

In Michigan, at the Detroit TCF Center, at 3:30 AM on November 4th, a black Hyundai Elantra and a white van delivered tens of thousands of ballots seven and a half hours after the 8:00 PM deadline.
Three hours later, at 6:31 AM, a batch of 149,772 votes was added to the count in Michigan with Joe Biden receiving 134,886 of those votes.

Serious Dominion Software Anomaly Discovered in Tennessee, Despite Certification
News is coming out today about a Williamson County, Tennessee election report that describes how erroneous code was present on Dominion voting machines despite having passed through EAC “certification”.
Key quotes:
“On November 3, 2021, the EAC received a report from the Tennessee Secretary of State’s (TN SoS) office that they were planning an investigation into an anomaly observed in Williamson County, Tennessee during a municipal election held on October 26, 2021, regarding Dominion D-Suite 5.5-B ImageCast Precinct (ICP) tabulators. Reports from 7 of the 18 ICP tabulators used during the election did not match the number of ballots scanned. Subsequent tabulation on the jurisdiction’s ICC central count scanner provided the correct tally. The central count tabulation was confirmed via hand count of the paper ballot records on October 27, 2021.”
“Analysis of audit log information revealed entries that coincided with the anomaly; a security error “QR code signature mismatch” and a warning message “Ballot format or id is unrecognizable” indicating a QR code misread occurred. When these events were logged, the ballot was rejected.“
“Further analysis of the anomaly behavior showed that the scanners correctly tabulated all ballots until the anomaly was triggered. Following the anomaly, ballots successfully scanned and tabulated by the ICP were not reflected in the close poll reports on the affected ICP scanners.”
“On February 11, 2022, Dominion submitted a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to the EAC. The report indicates that erroneous code is present in the EAC certified D-Suite 5.5-B and D-Suite 5.5-C systems. If the QR code misread affects a certain part of the QR code, the ICP scanner mistakenly interprets a bit in the code that marks the ballot as provisional. Once that misread happens, the provisional flag is not properly reset after that ballot’s voting session. The result is that every ballot scanned and tabulated by the machine after that misread is marked as provisional and thus, not included in the tabulator’s close poll report totals.”
The report does not appear to indicate how many ballots were affected by the anomaly.

A DHS report issued in March titled, ‘Internal Review of Domestic Violent Extremism,’ offers more insight into their thought process:
A March 2021 unclassified threat assessment prepared by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), Department of Justice, and DHS, noted that domestic violent extremists ‘who are motivated by a range of ideologies and galvanized by recent political and societal events in the United States pose an elevated threat to the Homeland in 2021.’
The assessment pointed to newer ‘sociopolitical developments such as narratives of fraud in the recent general election, the emboldening impact of the violent breach of the U.S. Capitol, conditions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, and conspiracy theories promoting violence’ that ‘will almost certainly spur some [domestic violent extremists] [sic] to try to engage in violence this year.’
“Aha. There it is, what this is all about,” Red State wrote. “If you question an election outcome, which is the right of every American, or are displeased with COVID policies, you might be a ‘violent extremist,’ and this board is certainly going to come after you. This is a scary development for those who believe in free speech, and another ominous overreach of government.”

The Biden administration is abandoning all semblance of Constitutional government by forming a “Disinformation Board” within the Department of Homeland Security to target the Democratic Party’s critics.
The provocative move — carried out in the aftermath of Elon Musk’s stunning purchase of Big Tech platform Twitter — appears to be a desperate attempt to rein in growing discontent at the Biden administration online.
The political intentions behind the maneuver are revealed by the DHS official that has been tapped to lead the administration’s version of the ‘Ministry of Truth.’
“President Biden has set up a toothless ‘disinformation’ board headed-up by [Nina Jankowicz] a woke so-called expert who’s against free speech and tried to pour cold water on the Hunter laptop scandal,” the Daily Mail reported.
In 2020, Jankowicz tweeted: “Back on the ‘laptop from hell,’ apparently Biden notes 50 former natsec officials and 5 former CIA heads that believe the laptop is a Russian influence op. Trump says, ‘Russia, Russia, Russia.’”
She also “once claimed militarized Trump supporters would show up to the polls with weapons to intimidate voters,” Jack Posobiec noted.

New Credit Card Aims to Defund Woke Banks, Support Conservative Causes | The Federalist + Free Beacon
A credit card company, launching this week, will allow cardholders to funnel cash to conservative causes in an attempt to push back on a woke corporate culture that has seen banks funnel billions to causes like Black Lives Matter and the Clinton Foundation.
Rob Collins, a Republican lobbyist and former executive director of the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC), is part of the new venture called “Coign” (pronounced “coin”). He told The Federalist its credit cards will be ready to consumers with no annual fee “within weeks” and ready to facilitate transactions.
“Conservatives are using their cards, and that adds up to billions and billions of dollars in commerce that have been used to undermine the things we believe in,” Collins said. His business partners include high-profile names such as former Colorado Sen. Cory Gardner and Republican strategist Chris Hansen, according to the Washington Examiner. “When we’re all chopped up into different cards and accounts, it’s easy to roll over us.”
The country's top 10 largest credit card issuers, including Chase and Bank of America, gave more than $2.6 billion to Black Lives Matter initiatives in 2020 and tens of millions more to other liberal groups, according to data accessed through Foundation Directory Online.
The corporations also donated more than $29 million to the left-wing immigration group UnidosUS, $2 million to the Clinton Foundation, and $1.2 million to pro-abortion groups. Goldman Sachs, meanwhile, has donated $3.5 million to Chinese universities and $5 million to the Obama Foundation, according to Free Beacon.
Coign card holders will be able to vote for different charities on a regular basis, with options based on non-profits’ transparency and effectiveness.
“We want to do for charities what WinRed has done for political giving, which is allow millions of smaller donors to have an impact,” Collins said about opening a new avenue open for silent conservatives to make their voices heard without a major commitment.
