‘Who’s Counting’? Cleta Mitchell Is Building an Election Integrity Army
Trump attorney Cleta Mitchell spoke with John Fredericks Friday morning about her nationwide campaign to “secure the legality of every American vote”: WhosCounting.us. Mitchell’s goal is to build election integrity task forces in every U.S. county. “We want to be in the election offices all year round, not just at election time,” she explained. “And we want people at election time to be poll workers, we want them inside the polling places as the workers counting the ballots.”
Mitchell’s Election Integrity Network and Who’s Counting teach citizens how to become poll workers and poll watchers, clean voter rolls, start local task forces, and protect our most vulnerable voters in nursing homes, shelters, and group homes. “Because the left preys upon those people,” Mitchell said. “We’ve learned what they did to them, particularly in Wisconsin and Michigan in 2020, where they literally stole the votes of the greatest generation.”
“It’s just like the school boards,” she noted. “You can’t just send your child to school and expect them to do the right thing. If parents aren’t engaged in the schools and overseeing the school board, look what has happened. And that’s what’s happened as well with the election offices. The left is very dedicated. They take over the election offices. They created hundreds of entities that do business with the election offices. And it’s pretty startling that this has all gone on and we haven’t known about it.“
“But we have millions of patriotic Americans who are not going down without a fight,” Mitchell continued. WhosCounting.us is building “a volunteer army of citizens who are going to make sure our election systems, our election offices, our election processes are conducted in accordance with law.” And that absolutely terrifies the left, she added. “Because they have to cheat in order to win.”
Mitchell’s group was instrumental in crafting the fraud defense system for Virginia’s 2021 election, which delivered a sweeping red wave in a state that had been blue for more than a decade. “We had thousands, literally thousands, of [poll worker and poll watcher] slots that were filled in Virginia last year... It made a difference!… We have 36 local task forces in Virginia now, in 36 counties. We want to replicate that in every state.”

Kari Lake, who is running for governor of Arizona, and Senator Mark Finchem, who is running for Arizona Secretary of State, filed “a civil rights action for declaratory and injunctive relief to prohibit the use of electronic voting machines in the State of Arizona in the upcoming 2022 Midterm Election, slated to be held on November 8, 2022.”
The complaint, submitted on Friday by attorneys Andrew Parker, Alan Dershowitz, and Kurt Olsen, lists Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, and the Pima County Board of Supervisors as Defendants.
The 55-page filing documents decades of evidence of election system vulnerabilities, knowledge of the security flaws by state and federal lawmakers, and the pathological lack of transparency by the voting machine companies. “For two decades, experts and policymakers from across the political spectrum have raised glaring failures with electronic voting systems. Indeed, just three months ago, a computer science expert in Curling v. Raffensperger, Case No. 1:17-cv-02989-AT (U.S. Dist. Ct., N.D. Ga.), identified catastrophic failures in electronic voting machines used in sixteen states, including Arizona,” the petition began.
Not only are the machines susceptible to hacking, the complaint notes that “only three companies collectively provide voting machines and software for 90% of all eligible voters in the United States.”
The technical management of our elections has been farmed out to this vendor triad. “Jurisdictions throughout the nation, including Arizona, have functionally outsourced all election operations to these private companies. In the upcoming Midterm Election, over three thousand counties across the United States will have delegated the governmental responsibility for programming and administering elections to private contractors,” the complaint continued.
“This includes all counties in Arizona, most of which have contracted with Dominion or ES&S to provide machines, software, and services for the Midterm Election. For example, in Defendant Maricopa County, officials do not possess credentials necessary to validate tabulator configurations and independently validate the voting system prior to an election. Dominion maintains those credentials.”
The Plaintiffs are seeking “an Order that Defendants collect and count votes through a constitutionally acceptable process, which relies on tried and true precepts that mandates integrity and transparency. This includes votes cast by hand on verifiable paper ballots that maintains voter anonymity; votes counted by human beings, not by machines; and votes counted with transparency, and in a fashion observable to the public.”

Robert Epstein has been researching and looking at how the biggest tech companies influence human behavior, and conducting extensive monitoring projects of bias in these companies’ products, with a particular focus on Google.
Epstein, a senior research psychologist at the American Institute for Behavioral Research and Technology in California, called his findings “frightening” because of the tech companies’ ability to manipulate behavior on a global level.
“They hold in their hands the power to change thinking behavior on a massive scale, the power in close elections anyway, to pick the winner in the country after country after country,” Epstein told Epoch TV’s “American Thought Leaders” host Jan Jekielek during a recent interview.
Epstein said that Google’s search engine shifted 2.6 million to 10.4 million votes to Hillary Clinton over a period of months before the 2016 election, and later shifted at least 6 million votes to Joe Biden and other Democrats.
“We calculated at one point that as of 2015, upwards of 25 percent of the national elections in the world were being controlled, being determined, by Google’s search algorithm,” he said.
Epstein is making these comments after conducting rigorous studies, spanning almost a decade, and managing to document ephemeral experiences of manipulation on Google and other companies’ platforms.
He said fleeting experiences, such as a flashing newsfeed, a search result, or a suggested video, are the ideal form of brainwashing because they aren’t recorded and are hard to document.
“They affect us, they disappear, they’re stored nowhere, and they’re gone,” Epstein said. “People have no idea they’re being manipulated, number one, and number two, authorities can’t go back in time to see what people were being shown, in other words, how they were being manipulated.”
One of his team’s recent experiments includes randomly assigning people to groups, with search results favoring candidate A in one group and favoring candidate B in the other. The idea was to shift the participants’ voting preference, which Epstein thought would be for about three percent of the participants.
“Very first experiment we ever ran on this, we shifted voting preferences by more than 40 percent. So I thought that’s impossible, that can’t be repeated. The experiment with another group got a shift of more than 60 percent. So I realized, wait a minute, maybe I’ve stumbled on something here.”
These findings are the greatest discovery in the behavioral and social sciences in over 100 years, according to Epstein, who said his next step is to track the influence operation on a much larger scale. He believes systematic unmasking of their mind-control techniques will neuter their ability to interfere with our democracy, our lives, and our children.
“This is the solution, which is permanent, large-scale monitoring 24 hours a day in all 50 states, doing to them what they do to us and our kids. If we do it to them, if we monitor, we capture, we archive and we expose, OK, then they will stay out of our lives.”

Subpoenas Finally Issued for Evidence in Georgia Ballot Trafficking Case Ahead of 2,000 Mules Premier | Just the News
Subpoenas have finally formally been issued for evidence in the True the Vote Georgia ballot trafficking case one month after the Georgia State Elections Board approved the investigation.
Delivered late last week, the subpoenas ask True the Vote and its researchers to turn over the identities of the 242 ballot harvesters, the John Doe whistleblower who was paid $10 per ballot, and suspected funding arms for the 2020 ballot trafficking operation, according to documents obtained by Just the News under a state open records request.
Signed by acting State Elections Board chairman Matt Mashburn, the subpoenas seek “The identity and contact information of the ‘several individuals regarding personal knowledge, methods, and organizations involved in ballot trafficking in Georgia’ referenced in the Complaint and any recordings, transcripts, summaries, testimony, statements, witness interviews, notes or other documents describing what those individuals said.”
In addition to requesting all evidence relating to the John Doe whistleblower and his mother, the subpoenas also ask for the identities of the "network of non-governmental organizations that worked together to facilitate a ballot trafficking scheme in Georgia" as well as details about the “ten hubs” in Atlanta that allegedly coordinated the harvesting operation.
Strangely, the subpoenas also request “any receipts, invoices, bills, or other documents evidencing any medical payments” True the Vote made for any of the Georgia ballot mules.
Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger told Just the News in a January interview that he believes the probe could lead to criminal charges and identify the funding streams for the operation. Raffensperger is now pushing for a nationwide ban on ballot harvesting.

Pennsylvania trucker Jesse Morgan drove approximately 288,000 completed mail-in ballots from Bethpage, New York to the USPS facility in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania where he waited for six hours before being told to drive his cargo to Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
That’s where he unhitched the still-loaded trailer, parked his tractor elsewhere, and went home for the night only to find his trailer gone the next morning.
True the Vote has the unique capability of geofencing the USPS facilities in Bethpage, Harrisburg, and Lancaster, during the week of October 21, 2020, to see if any individual involved in the ballot trafficking ring visited those locations.
They could also investigate who dropped off a quarter million completed mail-in ballots in Bethpage, New York, and who took Jesse Morgan’s trailer during the early morning hours of October 22, 2020, at the USPS facility in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

In Michigan, at the Detroit TCF Center, at 3:30 AM on November 4th, a black Hyundai Elantra and a white van delivered tens of thousands of ballots seven and a half hours after the 8:00 PM deadline.
Three hours later, at 6:31 AM, a batch of 149,772 votes was added to the count in Michigan with Joe Biden receiving 134,886 of those votes.
True the Vote has the capability of identifying the drivers of the white van and black Hyundai Elantra who dropped off those ballots at 3:30 AM at the Detroit TCF Center, and figuring out if those individuals had visited any of the ballot mules, stash houses, or non-profits involved in Michigan’s ballot trafficking ring.

This is truly a bipartisan issue. We look back after the 2016 election and the Democrats were upset — they said the machines were terrible.
I even heard a soundbite from Kamala Harris saying she watched as one of these electronic voting machines was hacked before her very eyes and I got several minutes of Democrats saying the same type of thing. We know these machines are vulnerable, we know they are not secure, and they are certainly not transparent.

Serious Dominion Software Anomaly Discovered in Tennessee, Despite Certification
News is coming out today about a Williamson County, Tennessee election report that describes how erroneous code was present on Dominion voting machines despite having passed through EAC “certification”.
Key quotes:
“On November 3, 2021, the EAC received a report from the Tennessee Secretary of State’s (TN SoS) office that they were planning an investigation into an anomaly observed in Williamson County, Tennessee during a municipal election held on October 26, 2021, regarding Dominion D-Suite 5.5-B ImageCast Precinct (ICP) tabulators. Reports from 7 of the 18 ICP tabulators used during the election did not match the number of ballots scanned. Subsequent tabulation on the jurisdiction’s ICC central count scanner provided the correct tally. The central count tabulation was confirmed via hand count of the paper ballot records on October 27, 2021.”
“Analysis of audit log information revealed entries that coincided with the anomaly; a security error “QR code signature mismatch” and a warning message “Ballot format or id is unrecognizable” indicating a QR code misread occurred. When these events were logged, the ballot was rejected.“
“Further analysis of the anomaly behavior showed that the scanners correctly tabulated all ballots until the anomaly was triggered. Following the anomaly, ballots successfully scanned and tabulated by the ICP were not reflected in the close poll reports on the affected ICP scanners.”
“On February 11, 2022, Dominion submitted a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to the EAC. The report indicates that erroneous code is present in the EAC certified D-Suite 5.5-B and D-Suite 5.5-C systems. The RCA report states that when the anomaly occurs, it’s due to a misread of the QR code. If the QR code misread affects a certain part of the QR code, the ICP scanner mistakenly interprets a bit in the code that marks the ballot as provisional. Once that misread happens, the provisional flag is not properly reset after that ballot’s voting session. The result is that every ballot scanned and tabulated by the machine after that misread is marked as provisional and thus, not included in the tabulator’s close poll report totals.”
The report does not appear to indicate how many ballots were affected by the anomaly.
