Trump Sues Hillary Clinton, the DNC, and Every Person Involved with the Russia Hoax: ‘Watergate Pales in Comparison’ | The Blaze

Former President Donald Trump has filed a lawsuit against failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and others for purportedly conspiring to overthrow his presidency and cripple his presidential campaign.

What are the details?

The massive 108-page complaint accuses the former secretary of state and Democratic allies — including Clinton campaign aides, former FBI Director James Comey, the Democratic National Convention, and others — of engaging in an "unthinkable plot" to falsely accuse him of colluding with Russia during the 2016 presidential cycle and subsequent election.

A portion of the petition states, "In the run-up to the 2016 Presidential Election, Hillary Clinton and her cohorts orchestrated an unthinkable plot – one that shocks the conscience and is an affront to this nation’s democracy. Acting in concert, the Defendants maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald J. Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty.”

Others named in the suit include former DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, former Clinton campaign head John Podesta, and former FBI officials Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, and Lisa Page.

The Trump suit alleges that Clinton and her Democratic cohorts crafted a falsified link between the former president's campaign and Russia, which ultimately triggered an "unfounded federal investigation" as well as a "media frenzy."

"Under the guise of 'opposition research,' 'data analytics,' and other political stratagems, the Defendants nefariously sought to sway the public's trust," another portion of the lawsuit says. "They worked together with a single, self-serving purpose: to vilify Donald J. Trump."

The suit adds that Clinton and others are guilty of obstructing justice and more, including hacking into the former president's private communications.

The actions taken in furtherance of their scheme — falsifying evidence, deceiving law enforcement, and exploiting access to highly-sensitive data sources — are so outrageous, subversive and incendiary that even the events of Watergate pale in comparison,” the complaint continues.

The suit adds, “When their gambit failed, and Donald J. Trump was elected, the Defendants’ efforts continued unabated, merely shifting their focus to undermining his presidential administration.”

The former president's suit claims that the Defendants' conduct violates the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, making those named in the suit guilty of conspiracy, injurious falsehood, malicious prosecution, computer fraud and abuse, theft of trade secrets, and more.

Trump filed the suit on Thursday in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in Fort Pierce, where, during his term, he appointed 7 of the 16 current judges. The former president's suit requests a trial by jury and seeks at least $72 million in damages — a sum reported to be legal fees and other associated costs.

“For years, Hillary Clinton and her cohorts attempted to shield themselves from culpability by directing others to do their dirty work for them. This lawsuit seeks to hold all parties accountable for their heinous acts and uphold the principles of our sacred democracy,” Trump’s lawyer, Alina Habba, told CNBC in an emailed statement on the suit.

Insights on Trump’s Russia Hoax Lawsuit From The Washington Pundit

The Washington Pundit Assistant Editor Adam Carter made an interesting connection between Trump’s lawsuit against Hilary and the Russia hoax colluders and Alan Dershowitz’s RICO case against Dominion. Referencing a discussion by attorneys Robert Barnes and Viva Frei, Carter writes:

“At the 2:20 min mark, Robert Barnes talks about civil RICO lawsuits and how they differ from criminal RICO cases.

It is useful to listen to understand the lawsuit President Trump filed against Hillary Clinton, the Clinton campaign, FusionGPS, former FBI/DOJ officials, and others for their roles in the Russia Collusion Hoax.”

In a second Telegram post, Carter elaborates:

“Unlike criminal RICO cases, civil RICO lawsuits almost never get past the motion to dismiss. I hate to say it, but the chances of President Trump succeeding in the suit are very low. He probably knows this however and is bringing the case for other reasons.

By filing the lawsuit, Trump is shielding himself from defamation claims. Allegations in legal filings are mostly immune from defamation. It allows him to put out the facts about what happened without fear countersuits being filed in hostile jurisdictions. It also allows Pro-Trump (or honest) media to report on the allegations because reporting on what is contained in legal filings gives journalists immunity from libel. The Mueller team used this tactic ALL THE TIME as did Little Binger in the Rittenhouse trial to relentlessly smear the kid, and allowed hacks like Morning Joe and CNN to just run with it.

Things to watch for:

A. Does Trump survive the motion to dismiss? Clearing that hurdle alone would be a huge win as we've seen in some of the Project Veritas cases.

B. President Trump was very smart to bring the case in the Southern District of Florida (SDFL) where he at least has a chance of being assigned an honest, impartial, and fair judge. The defendants will probably attempt to get the case transferred from SDFL to either DC or New York (SDNY). If that happens, it's just a matter of time before it gets dismissed.”

The Reset of the ‘Great Reset’ | Victor Davis Hanson

President Joe Biden believes the Ukraine war will mark the start of a “new world order.” In the middle of the COVID global pandemic, Klaus Schwab and global elites likewise announced a “great reset.”

Accordingly, the nations of the world would have to surrender their sovereignty to an international body of experts. They would enlighten us on taxes, diversity and green policies.

In normal times progressives worry that they do not have public support for their policies. Only in crises do they feel that the political Left and media can merge to use apocalyptic times to ram through usually unpopular approaches to foreign and domestic problems.

We saw that last year: fleeing from Afghanistan, the embrace of critical race theory, trying to end the filibuster, pack the court, junk the Electoral College and nationalize voting laws.

These “new orders” and “resets” always entail far bigger government and more unelected, powerful bureaucracies. Elites assume that their radical changes in energy use, media reporting, voting, sovereignty, and racial and ethnic quotas will never quite apply to themselves, the architects of such top-down changes.

So we common folk must quit fossil fuels, but not those who need to use corporate jets. Walls will not mar our borders but will protect the homes of Nancy Pelosi, Mark Zuckerberg and Bill Gates.

Hunter Biden’s lost laptop will be declared, by fiat, not news. In contrast, the fake Alfa Bank “collusion” narrative will be national headline news for weeks.

Middle class lifestyles will be curbed as we are instructed to strive for sustainability and transition to apartment living and mass transit. But the Obamas will still keep their three mansions, and Silicon Valley futurists will insist on exemptions for their yachts.

In truth, we are about to see a radical reset – of the current reset. It will be a different sort of transformation than the elites are expecting and one that Biden and the Davos set should greatly fear.

In the November 2022 midterms, we are likely to see a historic “No!” to the orthodox left-wing agenda that has resulted in unsustainable inflation, unaffordable energy, war, and humiliation abroad, spiraling crime, racial hostility – as well as arrogant defiance from those who deliberately enacted these disastrous policies.

The prophets of the new world order sowed the wind and they will soon reap the whirlwind of an angry public worn out by elite incompetence, arrogance, and ignorance.

More Maricopa County Word Games | Patrick Colbeck

The Maricopa County Special Master router and Splunk logs report is remarkable in its lack of details. It appears that they are attempting to play the same word games in this report that are used by vendors to convince election officials that their systems are “air gapped.” The authors of the report appear to be focused upon assuaging the letter of the questions asked as opposed to assuaging the security concerns behind the questions.

The report authors concluded that since there were no BTC routers or managed devices, there was no “public internet” connection and therefore no information worth capturing related to Splunk logs.

Their use of these terms begs a few follow-up questions. For example:

• How do you define “public internet”?

• How do you define “air gapped”? Many technology vendors assert that there is equipment is “air gapped” merely because they use a VPN or firewall. These security measures are still vulnerable to intrusion by interested third parties.

• How did the BTC equipment receive election results from the precincts? Is there verified log data or other evidence which validates this assertion.

• Was the EMS server connected to any other devices? If so, what devices? How were they connected?

• How did the EMS server receive software updates? Who administered these updates and when?

• Were any wireless devices installed on the EMS server? In Mesa County, CO, 36 wireless devices were found connected to the EMS server.

• Were any TCP/IP connections evident for election equipment in the BTC?

• The Dominion D-Suite is installed on a Windows-based platform. Did anyone review Windows logs such as the event log or resource monitor for evidence of TCP/IP connections?

• Was any equipment in the BTC connected to any other equipment in the BTC? If so, how?

• Was any equipment in the BTC connected to equipment in the MCTEC? This equipment does not have to be election equipment. It could be a printer or scanner or even a thermostat as evidenced in Georgia.

• What are the names of the County personnel who continually monitored the access to electronic equipment in the OET?

• How do the authors’ claims reconcile with evidence provided by forensic experts such as Ben Cotton which provided evidence of internet connections?

…and that’s just for starters.

Lead AZ auditor Doug Logan compared AZ Senate President Karen Fann’s Special Master agreement to “playing blind chess.” It was a losing arrangement designed to deliver no meaningful information, Nick Moseder explained in a recent Rumble cast.

“Without receiving answers to the recommended follow-up questions, I do not believe it is reasonable to conclude that there were no connections to the internet – public or private,” Colbeck concludes.

Election Integrity Progress Report | Wendi Strauch Mahoney UncoverDC

UncoverDC’s Wendi Strauch Mahoney has corralled the major election integrity efforts by state legislatures into an impressive progress report:

Eight states enacted laws in 2021 and 2022 that impose new or stricter voter ID requirements: AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, MT, TX, and WY.

Thirteen states put legislation in place to restrict mail-in voting: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, KS, LA, MT, ND, OK, and TX. Iowa appears to be the only state to restrict early voting so far. Every Democrat opposed it.

• Five states have legislation under consideration that would ban or restrict drop boxes. SC’s H3444 and WI’s S939 have each passed both House and Senate. Drop box related bills have passed the first chamber in GA, AZ, and ID. None have yet been signed into law.

Five states tightened voter registration laws and requirements: IA, MT, NH, TX, and UT. Arizona’s House and Senate recently passed a law requiring proof of citizenship when registering to vote. That bill is heading to Gov. Ducey’s desk for final approval.

Eighteen states created or expanded legislation regardingelection-related crimes”: AZ, AR, CA, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ND, NV, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, and WY. In addition, NJ prohibited certain electioneering activities, and HI increased the maximum fine for providing false information to $10K.

Eleven states have either banned or severely restricted the acceptance and use of private funds for state and local elections: AZ, AK, FL, GA, ID, KS, MS, ND, OH, TN, and TX. Another 5 states have passed anti-Zuckerbucks legislation that is awaiting a Republican governor’s signature: AL, IN, OK, SD and VA.

Ten states strengthened processes related toballot return, verification, and curing” that “restrict voter access”: AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, KS, LA, MT, TX, and UT.

Two counties have passed resolutions to eliminate voting machines: Nye County, NV and Rio Blanco County, CO. “Just over 3,100 [counties] to go,” Seth Keshel posted.

• Texas and Arizona have been two of the most active states in terms of strengthening election integrity laws. Arkansas, Montana, North Dakota, Georgia, and Florida have also made a good showing.

• Michigan and Pennsylvania have made the least progress - they “stand out as two states that have done very little legislatively to advance public trust in elections through legislation,” Wendi noted.

The Gaffe Machine Just Moved Us Closer to World War III

“Never underestimate Joe Biden’s ability to f*ck things up,” Obama famously said of his then-VP.

On a trip to the Ukrainian border this weekend, Joe Biden lost no time living up to that low standard, telling an audience in Poland, “For God’s sake, this man [Putin] cannot remain in power.”

Richard Haass, the Council on Foreign Relations president, tweeted his concerns that Biden had “just expanded US war aims, calling for regime change,” the Daily Mail reported.

“It is not within our power to accomplish - plus runs risk it will increase Putin's inclination to see this as a fight to the finish, raising odds he will reject compromise, escalate, or both,” wrote Haass.

The White House immediately shifted to damage control after Biden called for regime change in Russia, stating that the Commander in Thief’s “comments are not official US policy,” and later back-pedaling:

“The President's point was that Putin cannot be allowed to exercise power over his neighbors or the region. He was not discussing Putin's power in Russia, or regime change,” a White House circus ring official said.

Russia Regime Change Always the Plan?

Jack Posobiec believes dethroning Putin may have always been part of the New World Order oligarchs’ plan. On Saturday, he tweeted:

“The regime’s goal was to use Ukraine as a launching pad for regime change operations against Russia.

This was always the plan, only you don’t usually hear the president openly admitting it.”

Posobiec pointed out that the “Director of the CIA straight up admitted the agenda publicly” back in October 2020:

“Imagine prospects for world peace, prosperity, & security if Joe Biden were President of the United States & Alexei Navalny the President of Russia. We’ll soon be halfway there,” John Brennan tweeted.

Responding to Posobiec, David Avocado Wolfe commented:

“The CIA believes they are invincible now. They’ve gotten away with 70+ years of toppling regime after regime including the Trump Presidency. Is Putin going to end their winning streak?”

WSJ: ‘The President Should Avoid Public Speaking’

“Some issues are just too important to be left to an unscripted Joe Biden,” a WSJ op-ed began today. “These are dangerous times and we would all be much safer if Mr. Biden would make greater use of prepared statements on subjects such as, for example, weapons of mass destruction.”

The article continues, “Two months after a bumbling press conference in which Mr. Biden implied that a ‘minor incursion’ by Russia into Ukraine might be tolerable to the U.S. and its allies, the President flew to Europe this week and somehow ended up taking questions from reporters

[Biden] does not appear to be up to the task. While we consider the implications, Mr. Biden should try to say as little as possible in public during an international crisis.”

Michael Morell, Obama’s Deputy Director of the CIA, seems to agree, calling Biden’s imbecilic Russia regime change blunder “an unforced error,” on Face the Nation today. Watch: https://t.iss.one/realKarliBonne/82225

Washington Is Delirious With War Fever | David Stockman

Economic, social and political dangers abound. That’s because Washington and its subservient mainstream media are delirious with war fever like at no time in the last seven decades.

The resulting reckless pursuit of an unhinged Sanctions War against Russia poses a dire threat to the global economy and domestic prosperity and does so for no good reason of homeland security whatsoever.

With respect to the latter, the sheer facts are overwhelming. To wit, the economic might of NATO is 29X that of Russia and its combined defense budgets are 18X greater, which tells you all you need to know about the “Russian threat.”

Given these realities, why should Washington care about an intramural battle among contiguous peoples and territories that have been joined at the hip for most of the last 1300 years?
The implicit answer is because it’s the world’s self-appointed policeman and Spanker-in-Chief.

Beyond that, it’s apparently due to a putative aggrandizement syndrome. That is, Putin’s Russia may be puny in the economic and military scheme of things today, but once it is permitted to acquire a taste for conquest it is certain to grow into a Hitlerian monster.

Needless to say, the former reason is based on Washington’s institutionalized arrogance and has no place at all in realistic thinking about national security, while the latter is based on sheer ignorance about the actual history of Hitler’s conquests.

The truth is, there was nothing inexorable about it. To the contrary, Hitler was a product of a specific, unique and unfortunate history that bears no resemblance to current circumstances on the Ukrainian/Russian line of conflict. In fact, Hitler’s original expansion was rooted in deep German grievances about its territorial, industrial and financial (i.e. onerous reparations) decapitation by the vengeful winners at Versailles. Stated differently, Hitler was the metastasized residue of history gone wrong, not the inexorable product of annexing.

The fact is, Ukraine is the Poland and Czechoslovakia of the present time – an artificial state loaded with Russians and with no reason for existence in its present form and girth. Well, still again, other than Washington’s fanatical insistence that the happenstance map of administrative units which fell out of the Soviet Union’s collapse constitute sacred borders that must be preserved at all hazards.

What Putin wants, ironically, is the pre-communist status quo ante. That is, he wants Crimea, where Ukrainians constitute but a tiny minority and which had been Russian since 1783. And, more crucially, which hosts the greatest strategic military asset possessed by Russia thereafter — the great Naval base at the headwaters of the Black Sea in Sevastopol.

Likewise, the Donbas and territories east of the Dnieper River and along the northern edge of the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov have been Russian for upwards of 300 years. By all facts of pre-1922 history, these territories amounted to Novorossiya (“New Russia”) as shown in the map from 1897.

As it happened, they became “Ukrainian” only by writ of two of history’s greatest evil monsters – Vladimir Lenin and Joseph Stalin – who placed them in the administrative unit of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic for reasons that have no historic validity whatsoever.

Yet a devastating war goes on there today – a war which is careening to the precipice of WWIII – because Washington encourages Kiev to insist on retention of “every inch” of a map put together by Lenin, Stalin and Khrushchev.

The violation of Ukraine’s putative borders is only the excuse for Washington hegemonic determination to call the shots in the former Soviet Union – just like it has attempted to do elsewhere on the planet during the last 70 years. [And it has the added benefit of] making it easy as pie for Biden and his national security minions to distract the American public from the abysmal failure of their domestic policies.

New Peer-Reviewed Research Finds Evidence of at Least 220K Excess Biden Votes in 6 Key Swing States | Real Clear Politics

A new study by John R. Lott forthcoming in the peer-reviewed economics journal Public Choice finds evidence of at least 255,000 excess votes (possibly as many as 368,000) for Joe Biden in six swing states where Donald Trump lodged accusations of fraud. Biden only carried these states – Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin – by a total of 313,253 votes. Excluding Michigan, the gap was 159,065.

Lott notes that while some judges have agreed that irregularities occurred in 2020, they were unwilling to grant discovery in the absence of evidence that fraud could reverse the election results. Republicans thus faced a Catch-22 situation.

Recounts haven’t been useful in resolving fraud concerns, as they merely involve recounting the same potentially fraudulent ballots.

Signature verification is “ripe for error,” and amidst unprecedented numbers of mail-in ballots in the 2020 election, many states didn’t even try to authenticate signatures. If someone mailed in multiple ballots, there was virtually no way to catch them. Without tamper-resistant photo ID requirements, absentee voting fraud is difficult to prove.

Lott’s research provides three tests of election fraud:

1) First, he compared precincts in a county with alleged fraud to adjacent, similar precincts in neighboring counties with no fraud allegations. Precincts tend to be small, homogeneous areas, and many consist of fewer than a thousand registered voters.

We can try to detect absentee or mail-in ballot fraud by comparing the results in bordering precincts that happen to fall on opposite sides of a county line. These precincts will tend to be virtually identical to each other – voters may simply be on the other side of the street from their precinct neighbors.

In 2016, there was no unexplained gap in absentee ballot counts. But 2020 was a different story. Just in Fulton County, Georgia, Lott’s test yielded an unexplained 17,000 votes – 32% more than Biden’s margin over Trump in the entire state.

With the focus on winning the state, there is no apparent reason why Democrats would get out the absentee ballot vote more in one precinct than in a neighboring precinct with similar political and demographic characteristics.

2) Next Lott applied the same method to provisional ballots in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Contrary to state law, voters were allegedly allowed to correct defects in absentee ballots by submitting provisional ballots on Election Day. His analysis found that such permissions in Allegheny County alone contributed to a statistically significant 6,700 additional votes for Biden – in a state decided by fewer than 81,000 votes.

3) Finally, artificially large voter turnouts can also be a sign of vote fraud. This fraud could come in the form of filling out absentee ballots for people who didn’t vote, voting by ineligible people, or bribing people for their votes.

Republican-leaning swing state counties had higher turnouts relative to the 2016 election. Democratic-leaning counties had lower turnouts, except for the Democratic counties with alleged vote fraud, which had very high turnouts.

Lott believes his estimates likely understate the true amount of cheating in these states as he did not attempt to ascertain possible in-person voting fraud. There are numerous allegations of ineligible in-person voters in Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. For example, in Fulton County, Georgia, 2,423 voters were not listed as registered on the state’s records, and 2,560 felons voted even though they had not completed their sentences.

Compared to Europe and other developed countries, America is unique in its lax approach to vote fraud. When all demographic and political groups in the U.S. support voter photo IDs and even 46% of Democrats believe that mail-in voting leads to cheating, ignoring Americans’ concerns won’t make the problem go away.

West Virginia, Kentucky Latest States to Block Zuckbucks In Elections | The Federalist

West Virginia and Kentucky have become the latest states to pass legislation that would restrain local and state election officials from accepting certain gifts and other funds from nongovernmental entities to conduct elections.

In West Virginia, HB 4097 received near-unanimous support in the state legislature, with only one House delegate voting against the bill. Signed by Gov. Jim Justice on Wednesday, the law seeks to prohibit “public officials and bodies responsible for elections in West Virginia from directly receiving or accepting money or anything of value for election administration and related expenses from private parties.”

In Kentucky, state legislators passed a similar law, which mandates that “[a]ll costs and expenses related to election administration shall be paid for with public funds” and that “[a]n employee of a governmental body shall not solicit, take, or otherwise accept any private contribution, donation, or anything of value to assist with election administration within this state.”

The legislation passed by both states would largely bar outside funding from left-wing advocacy groups such as the Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL), which received upwards of $350 million from Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg to quietly change state and local election operations during the 2020 election cycle.

As detailed by Federalist Editor in Chief Mollie Hemingway in her New York Times bestselling book, “Rigged: How the Media, Big Tech, and the Democrats Seized Our Elections,” Zuckerberg “didn’t just help Democrats by censoring their political opponents,” his financing of “liberal groups running partisan get-out-the-vote operations” was “the means by which [Democrat] activists achieved their ‘revolution’ and changed the course of the 2020 election.”

“It was a genius plan,” Hemingway writes. “And because no one ever imagined that a coordinated operation could pull off the privatization of the election system, laws were not built to combat it.”

Thirteen states have now passed laws to prevent Zuckerbucks election subversion (AZ, AK, FL, GA, ID, KS, KY, MS, ND, OH, TN, TX, and WV). Another fives states have legislation awaiting a Republican governor’s signature (AL, IN, OK, VA, and SD).

Dave Bossie Teases New Film: ‘Rigged: The Zuckerberg Funded Plot to Defeat Donald Trump’

A new Dave Bossie documentary on the 2020 election scam will premier Tuesday at Mar-a-Lago. The film is focused on Zuckerberg’s nearly half billion dollar election privatization scheme to rig the vote for Joe Biden. Billionaires were not just funding the 2020 election, they were running it, Bossie explained.

“If Zuckerberg doesn’t put his thumb on the scale through this operation, through this funding, Donald Trump wins,” Bossie told the War Room today. In battleground Georgia, the Chan-Zuckerberg initiative spent $45M — 94% of it went to Biden counties — yet basement Joe barely eked out a 12K vote win. In the Zuck-funded Arizona counties, Joe Biden outperformed Hilary Clinton by 700K votes! And yet he only won by 11K votes!

Louisiana AG Jeff Landry currently has the only open case against CTCL, the organization that received the majority ($327M) of the Zuck election bribery bucks. Yesterday, Landry won a case at the appellate court level allowing his investigation to move forward, Bossie reported, emphasizing that more AGs need to follow suit. “This film and this investigation cries out for state and federal investigations,” he said.
