Video Captures Pennsylvania Ballot Trafficker Stuffing Fat Pile of Harvested Ballots Into Drop Box

A video obtained by the Montgomery County Republican Committee through a right-to-know request shows a single person placing what appears to be at least a dozen ballots into a ballot drop box at the Upper Dublin Library on November 2, 2021.

PA voters are only allowed to place their own ballot in drop boxes.

Earlier in the week during a Montgomery County Commissioners meeting, Liz Havey, Chair of the Montgomery County Republican Committee, said the full video obtained of the Upper Dublin dropbox shows over 100 people dropping off more than one ballot in just a few hours. Havey also claims that the county would not place security at the drop boxes and did not review the video.

PA residents can file an election fraud complaint here.

Maricopa County Ignores Arizona Attorney General’s Repeated Requests for Election Records

Looks like Maricopa BOS doesn’t want to comply with AG’s request for documents. What are they hiding now?”

- Karen Fann Twitter

On March 9th, the Arizona Attorney General’s office sent the Maricopa County Recorder’s office and the Board of Supervisors (BOS) a “THIRD REQUEST FOR RECORDS OR INFORMATION Voter Registration Records, Ballot Affidavit Signature Batching, & Renewed Request.”

This third round added a demand for signature records based on Dr. Shiva’s two signature verification reviews:

The Elections Integrity Unit of the Arizona Attorney General's Office (“EIU”) is in receipt of two pilot studies conducted by Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, MIT Ph.D that reviewed over 2,000 ballot affidavits of voters who cast ballots in Maricopa County for the 2020 Statewide General Election. In the study, it is alleged that over 250 [11.3%] of those sampled ballot affidavits contained signatures that did not appear to match the voter's signature. Notably, the pilot study compared the ballot affidavit signatures with signatures found on publicly accessible and notarized deeds available through the Maricopa County Recorder Office's (MCRO) website, not against the signatures used by elections officials as contained in the voter's registration records…

The EIU hereby requests copies of the voter registration records of the people listed in the attached confidential exhibit who are purported to have signatures that did not match publicly available records
…”

The letter goes on to identify Runbeck as a potential source for Maricopa County signature verification. The AG asks the MCRO and BOS to provide:

[Information on whether] confidence levels are generated at any point by a computerized system, such as Runbeck's “Versus ProTM Automated Signature Verification” system (or any prior branded systems or technology employed for signature verification through Runbeck or any other vendor contracted for signature verification systems), please provide all related technical specifications, including any contracts or agreements between MCRO and Runbeck regarding signature verification, including any agreed upon specifications regarding the signature matching sensitivity; Emails or other written communications between Runbeckand any past or current employee, volunteer, or elected official acting on behalf of MCRO that discusses use of electronic signature validation systems from the period of January 1, 2018 through present…”

Finally the letter renews the October 2021 “Public Records in the EIU's October 7th Second Request for Information,” which asked for:

All written procedures, policies, guidelines, and manualsused by Maricopa County to conduct the 2020 General Election, whether official or unofficial, whether issued or written by Maricopa County or another county, agency, vendor, or third-party, including the original and subsequent updates to those documents…”

The October letter also requests information related to curing ballots: “The document entitled “VR-001 Voters Unable to Make a Mark - Final.pdf references ballot curing procedures designated as policy EV-001. The EIU was unable to find Policy EV-001 within the document set In fact, no documents describe policies on how to cure inconsistent or missing signatures, instead, there are technical documents on how to use the signature verification program, scripts for calling individuals whose ballots were identified as having signatures that were inconsistent with the signature on file, and signature verification training materials. But there are no policies that resemble the policy referenced in VR-001, nor any policy number EV-001…

Maricopa County sent approximately 25,000 (a minuscule 1.3%) of the county’s 1.9M absentee ballots for signature review, a process known as “curing.”

True the Vote Update: Georgia State Elections Board Approves Subpoena for Ballot Harvesting Investigation | Just the News

Action allows Secretary of State investigators to compel testimony, delivery of evidence

The Georgia Elections Board has approved a subpoena to secure evidence and testimony in an ongoing investigation into whether third-party liberal activists illegally gathered thousands of absentee ballots in the 2020 general election and a subsequent runoff that determined Democrat control of the U.S. Senate.

The vote was a major win for Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, who announced the investigation into alleged ballot harvesting in January and was seeking the subpoena authority to move forward with the probe.

The subpoena power will allow Raffensperger's team to secure evidence from the election integrity group True the Vote, which filed a complaint in November saying it had acquired videotapes, a whistleblower's admission, and cell phone location records showing what appeared to be a widespread ballot harvesting operation during the November 2020 general election and January 2021 election runoff.

The group's complaint said surveillance camera footage showed ballot traffickers delivering stacks of ballots to drop boxes between midnight and 5AM and cell phone records showed that as many as 240 activist “mules” made these deliveries.

True the Vote also reported that a cooperating whistleblower, to whom it granted John Doe anonymity, admitted he was paid $10 for each ballot he collected and delivered and that scores of others were involved in the operation.

John Doe described a network of non-governmental organizations that worked together to facilitate a ballot trafficking scheme in Georgia," True the Vote wrote in its complaint. "John Doe claimed to have been one of many individuals paid to collect and deliver absentee ballots during the early voting periods of the November 2020 General Election and the January 2021 Runoff Election."

Raffensperger, who in 2019 led an effort to update state law to explicitly outlaw harvesting, told Just the News earlier this month that his investigators want to secure the identity and cooperation of the whistleblower and to follow the money to who funded the operation.

"We need to get a subpoena for the fella who this John Doe is," Raffensperger explained. "Was he paid? How much was he paid? And then who paid him. And we're going to follow the money, and we're going get to the bottom of it. And we're going to prosecute this, if we find that there's substance to it."

Georgia law expressly prohibits third parties from collecting, gathering or delivering absentee ballots, except in the case of immediate relatives.

The Georgia investigation comes as other states have begun turning up evidence of ballot harvesting during the 2020 election. True the Vote is testifying before a Wisconsin election integrity committee on Thursday, March 24th at 10AM. The group says it has evidence of organized ballot trafficking operations in 6 states (Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Arizona, and Texas).

Are Biden’s Handlers Preparing to Eject Him (and Kamala)? | American Greatness

Why do you suppose that the New York Times has decided, finally, at this late date, to acknowledge that the story that the New York Post broke about Hunter’s laptop was true?

Many people seem to think that the reason that the story of Hunter’s laptop — which is just as much about Joe Biden’s perfidy as it is about Hunter’s perversion — has emerged now is because it can no longer do any serious damage. The election is over, Biden won — at least, he was declared the winner, which is not quite the same thing, although it does mean that he gets to live at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

But I wonder if there isn’t something else going on. The news is full not only of stories about the New York Times fessing up, sort of, about the contents of Hunter’s laptop, but also of stories about how Hunter is likely to be indicted for tax fraud. In one sense, that is not news. I wrote about it at the end of 2020 when Hunter announced, sotto voce, that he had been informed that he was being investigated by the tax authorities. But in another sense, I suspect, that news, like the revelation from the New York Times that, what do you know, all that stuff about Hunter’s laptop was on the level, like Joe Biden’s bizarre suggestion a couple of days ago that “everybody knows somebody” who has taken nude pictures of some lover and then used them to “blackmail” the person — all that has a different valence now that the Biden Administration is seriously underwater and there are no lifelines in evidence.

The conundrum that Joe Biden presents to The Committee that keeps him in power is comparable to the challenge that Richard Nixon presented to the elites of his day. Nixon was hated by all the beautiful people, but before he could be disposed of the elites had to address the problem of Spiro Agnew, who in his own way was nearly as preposterous as Kamala Harris. Fortunately for the anti-Nixon forces, Agnew was also corrupt in a pedestrian, easy-to-demonstrate sort of way.

Kamala Harris is more of a problem. She is at least as appallingly incompetent as her boss, and no less challenged rhetorically, as her alarming performance in Poland and Romania a week or two back demonstrated. But Harris will not be as easy to shift as was Agnew.

Nevertheless, I suspect that Joe Biden is being prepped for ejection. Exactly how it will happen I do not yet know. But he is on the threshold, or possibly has even passed the threshold, where he could appear to govern. His minders understand this. They must be the ones to replace him, otherwise they themselves risk being replaced, which would be intolerable. As I say, it’s not entirely clear yet how the defenestration will take place. Obviously, Kamala will have to be dealt with first, and she will be. Look for some ground softening stories such as the Times just served up about the laptop. They won’t be long in coming.

People Overestimate The US War Machine And Underestimate The US Propaganda Machine

Twitter's algorithm has promoted a Ukrainian news channel called the "The Kyiv Independent", which has allowed it to gain two million followers since it was formed in November 2021 by the European Endowment for Democracy, a spin-off of a CIA-front organization called the National Endowment for Democracy.

The co-founder of NED famously said, "A lot of what we do today was done covertly 25 years ago by the CIA".

The channel promotes highly biased content in favor of Zelensky and the western powers that want to escalate the war between Russia and Ukraine to include NATO and U.S. forces.

The outlet is being so loudly amplified by Twitter that one of its reporters (who calls the neo-Nazi Azov Battalion his “brothers in arms“) has gained a million followers since the start of the Russian invasion.

Do you see how sophisticated just that one tiny component of the US-centralized empire‘s propaganda campaign is?

How many seemingly disparate and unrelated elements it has?

Multiple countries, NGOs, an ostensibly independent social media platform, an ostensibly independent news outlet.

Truly, one of the most under-appreciated and overwhelmingly powerful forces on this earth is the US propaganda machine.

The ability to manipulate public thought, not just within the United States but across vast swaths of nations, has allowed it to manufacture international consensus for whatever agendas it wishes to advance in a way that eclipses the collective organizing power of official international bodies like the United Nations.

Another Senate Subpoena Issued for Arizona 2020 Election Documents

An Arizona Senate committee chair is ordering Maricopa County officials to show up next week on Monday, March 28 and explain why they aren’t providing 2020 election documents demanded by the attorney general.

Senate Government Committee Chair Kelly Townsend, R-Apache Junction, noted it has been several weeks since an assistant to Republican Attorney General Mark Brnovich sent a third request for public information to Maricopa County officials. To date, Townsend said, there has been no response.

So Townsend, who has questioned the results of the 2020 election, is using the legislative right of subpoena to tell the supervisors or their representatives to show up Monday “and explain to us why they are not producing the information requested by the attorney general.’’

She made it clear she also wants that information turned over to her and the Republican-controlled committee she chairs.

The Government Committee was also hearing testimony late Monday about whether to make changes in existing election laws, ranging from outlawing unmonitored drop boxes for ballots, to eliminating virtually all early voting in future elections, to requiring ballots be counted by hand.

The subpoena, however, is different.

And it specifically raises questions about how Maricopa County verified the signatures on envelopes for early ballots cast in the 2020 general election and how election workers decided which match and can be counted and which do not.

U.S. Supreme Court Delivers Redistricting Win for Republicans Decision Could Nuke ‘Cheat Code’ the Left Uses to Retain Power in Urban Areas

The U.S. Supreme Court just sidelined Wisconsin’s highest court and delivered a significant win for Wisconsin Republicans, who were trying to throw out a state legislative map that included a new majority-Black district.

SCOTUS issued a 7-2 decision reversing the Wisconsin Supreme Court’s selection of Governor Tony Evers’s legislative maps. The per curiam decision said, “We agree that the court committed legal error in its application of decisions of this Court regarding the relationship between the constitutional guarantee of equal protection and the VRA.”

The Wisconsin voters represented by the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL) joined the Wisconsin Legislature in an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court on March 7. The appeal argued the maps submitted by Governor Tony Evers and selected by a majority on the Wisconsin Supreme Court are a racial gerrymander that violates the Constitution’s equal protection guarantees. The U.S. Constitution makes clear that any government action based on race is subject to strict scrutiny.

Red State explains the significance of the ruling:

This decision is just the latest step by the Supreme Court to limit the ability of the Voting Rights Act to serve as a partisan tool for Democrats to racially gerrymander for their own political gain. For decades, Democrat officeholders have used the VRA test of proportionality to ensure they retain power in predominately urban areas while ignoring all other factors. The conservatives on the Supreme Court are not keen to let that continue and have been chipping away at such practices for several years now.

In the end, Democrats aren’t freaking out because of the possibility of losing a single, state-level district in Wisconsin. No one, including Justices Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor, actually cares about that. Rather, they are freaking out because this decision is much farther reaching and could completely nuke the left’s ‘cheat code’ regarding redistricting in the future.”

Pfizer’s Own Informed Consent Documents Undermine FDA and CDC’s Cries of “Safe and Effective” | ICAN

Pfizer’s own informed consent documents, recently obtained by the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN), show it discloses potential concerns, including myocarditis, original antigenic sin, and birth defects, while the FDA & CDC whitewash these concerns to declare these products are safe and effective.

ICAN has now obtained the materials used by the Cincinnati’s Children’s Hospital in conducting its studies of the Pfizer booster vaccine, including in children. The documents prepared in consultation with Pfizer tell us a lot about how Pfizer understands the risks of its products.

Pfizer is clearly worried about the risks of myocarditis (heart inflammation) in kids. Pfizer’s own informed consent documents reveal that the risk of myocarditis may be as high as 1 in 1,000 (see page 4).

But the FDA and CDC blithely ignored this risk in approving the Pfizer mRNA shot in kids. Only after rushing this product through the approval process did the CDC begrudgingly admit that “Myocarditis and pericarditis have rarely been reported, especially in adolescents and young adult males within several days after COVID-19 vaccination.”

Pfizer is also aware of the possibility of original antigenic sin and pathogenic priming (unwanted immune responses that leave one worse off in response to a virus than if one had done nothing). Pfizer warns parents of clinical trial participants that “it cannot yet be ruled out that the study vaccine could make a later COVID-19 illness more severe” (emphasis added). The FDA and CDC go to great lengths to hide that information while proclaiming “safe and effective” over and over again like a mantra.

Pfizer appears very worried about the potential of the teratogenesis (harm to a developing fetus) and even possibly mutagenesis (harm to DNA). So even though this is a trial in children, Pfizer disclosed to the parents of these children that “the effects of the COVID-19 vaccine on sperm, a pregnancy, a fetus, or a nursing child are not known.”

But then Pfizer goes even further to state that:

• If your daughter is pregnant, planning to become pregnant or is breast feeding a baby, she cannot be in the study as there may be risks to the unborn baby or nursing baby.Nobody knows what these risks are right now.”

• “If your daughter becomes pregnant, she will have to leave the study.”

• “If your child is a boy, and he thinks he may have gotten a girl pregnant, he or you must tell your child’s study doctor immediately. The study doctor may ask for information about the pregnancy and the birth of the baby. The study doctor may share this information with others who are working on this study.”

• “If your son is taking part in this study, he is not allowed to donate sperm for at least 28 days after his last vaccination.”

Let’s just pause to acknowledge just how deeply unsettling this language is. But it just goes to show that Pfizer wanted to make sure that they had no data at all on pregnancy outcomes.

Given that, the CDC’s recommendation to pregnant women to get vaccinated is scientifically unsound to say the least.

The FDA and CDC have a job to do – evaluate the evidence without bias to keep the public safe. Instead, the FDA and CDC have turned themselves into a marketing department on behalf of the pharmaceutical industry.

What a Surprise: Maricopa County Special Master Router Review Finds… Nothing

The “Special Master” and his hand-picked, 3-person team have released the results of their review of Maricopa County’s routers and Splunk logs. The report found “no routers or managed switches or Splunk logs in the Ballot Tabulation Center (BTC),” and “no evidence of data deletion, data purging, data overwriting, or other destruction of evidence or obstruction of the audit.”

Per the dodgy agreement orchestrated by Arizona Senate President Karen Fann last September, the Arizona audit technical team submitted questions to the Special Master — they were not allowed to be present during the investigation, nor were they allowed to view any of the data directly.

Many of the questions could not be answered due to the length of time that had elapsed. A version of the following answer was given to nearly half of the 5 dozen questions submitted to the Special Master: “Specific data not available for the timeframe scoped. This is a dynamic command and results change over time pending regular maintenance.”

The Special Master’s “expert team” did note that unauthorized access to registration information had occurred before the 2020 election:

“An unauthorized member of the public used a PowerShell script with sequential low egress parameters for harvesting information from the voter registration database. The individual was taking 'screenshots' of voter registration information. County staff remediated to restrict website access and referred case to State Attorney General. Arrest was made December 5th, 2020. Case No. 20-3262MB.”

True the Vote WI Assembly Hearing: An Estimated 138K Ballots Were Trafficked in Wisconsin’s 2020 Election

Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips of True the Vote presented testimony about their investigation into ballot trafficking in Wisconsin’s 2020 election.

“It was not the most secure election ever. It was quite possibly one of the least,” Engelbrecht began.

“We’ve watched the mass mail-out of paper ballots to highly inaccurate voter records,” she continued. “The harried installation of by-mail absentee ballot drop boxes, privately funded by billionaire tech magnates. And the hundreds of legislative changes, lawsuits, consent decrees, all that fundamentally altered election processes. And all of this came together in 2020 under the fog of COVID. It’s hard not to look at the confluence of events and come away with any conclusion other than that it was planned.”

True the Vote “formed a working hypothesis, in part, from informant testimonies across the country,” Engelbrecht explained. “It went something like this: If non-profit groups, being funded by CTCL and others, were going to exploit weaknesses in our election process, then the exploitation would likely involve mail ballots (which are notoriously insecure) and the newly introduced and highly unregulated absentee ballot drop boxes.”

It turns out that WEC did not follow through with its stated commitment to CISA’s guidelines for drop box security. Open records requests confirmed there was no drop box surveillance video available for review in any municipality in Wisconsin except Brown Deer. So True the Vote shifted to commercially available cell phone data.

The group used cutting edge “geofence” technology able to track cell phones to within “a few inches.” To put the sophistication of the technology into perspective, Phillips quoted Georgetown law professor Paul Ohm, who said, “DNA is the only thing harder to anonymize than precise geolocation data.”

True the Vote purchased 10 trillion cell signals in Arizona, Georgia, Texas, Wisconsin, Detroit, Michigan, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

In Wisconsin, the group looked at 1.1 trillion signals (representing 421K unique devices, 20TB of data) between 10/1 and 11/8, a period which encompassed several weeks before early voting began. This allowed True the Vote to build a pre-election “pattern of life” to help identify the ballot trafficking mules.

The team then narrowed down the surveillance to individuals that visited at least 5 NGO offices and 26 drop boxes during the early voting period (a pattern that was contrary to their previous daily activity); 138 people in Milwaukee, Racine, and Green Bay fit that profile. These individuals made 3,568 visits to drop boxes during the 2020 election. Philips noted that 14 of these alleged traffickers also participated in one or more of the violent riots in Wisconsin in 2020.

There are 5 key components to the ballot trafficking hypothesis, Philips summarized: “inaccurate voter rolls, mass mail ballots, NGOs, privately funded drop boxes, and money.”

By “following the money,” Phillips said, True the Vote has uncovered a “nationwide grift around voting” in which not-for-profits orchestrated a paid ballot collection, ballot preparation, and harvested ballot delivery operation.

The group estimates that at least 7% of all mail-in ballots (138K in Wisconsin, 4.8 million nationwide) were trafficked during the 2020 election. “This was an organized crime that was perpetrated on Americans,” Phillips emphasized.

During the Q&A session, Phillips mentioned that while True the Vote has the names of the 5 NGOs, they are unable to release that information due to an active legal investigation.

Engelbrecht concluded by reiterating that ballot drop boxes, mass mail-in ballots, and “dirty voter rolls are the gateway to fraud” in our elections. States must commit to eliminating these sources of fraud, and the penalties for cheating must be severe, she said.

Trump Sues Hillary Clinton, the DNC, and Every Person Involved with the Russia Hoax: ‘Watergate Pales in Comparison’ | The Blaze

Former President Donald Trump has filed a lawsuit against failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and others for purportedly conspiring to overthrow his presidency and cripple his presidential campaign.

What are the details?

The massive 108-page complaint accuses the former secretary of state and Democratic allies — including Clinton campaign aides, former FBI Director James Comey, the Democratic National Convention, and others — of engaging in an "unthinkable plot" to falsely accuse him of colluding with Russia during the 2016 presidential cycle and subsequent election.

A portion of the petition states, "In the run-up to the 2016 Presidential Election, Hillary Clinton and her cohorts orchestrated an unthinkable plot – one that shocks the conscience and is an affront to this nation’s democracy. Acting in concert, the Defendants maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald J. Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty.”

Others named in the suit include former DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, former Clinton campaign head John Podesta, and former FBI officials Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, and Lisa Page.

The Trump suit alleges that Clinton and her Democratic cohorts crafted a falsified link between the former president's campaign and Russia, which ultimately triggered an "unfounded federal investigation" as well as a "media frenzy."

"Under the guise of 'opposition research,' 'data analytics,' and other political stratagems, the Defendants nefariously sought to sway the public's trust," another portion of the lawsuit says. "They worked together with a single, self-serving purpose: to vilify Donald J. Trump."

The suit adds that Clinton and others are guilty of obstructing justice and more, including hacking into the former president's private communications.

The actions taken in furtherance of their scheme — falsifying evidence, deceiving law enforcement, and exploiting access to highly-sensitive data sources — are so outrageous, subversive and incendiary that even the events of Watergate pale in comparison,” the complaint continues.

The suit adds, “When their gambit failed, and Donald J. Trump was elected, the Defendants’ efforts continued unabated, merely shifting their focus to undermining his presidential administration.”

The former president's suit claims that the Defendants' conduct violates the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, making those named in the suit guilty of conspiracy, injurious falsehood, malicious prosecution, computer fraud and abuse, theft of trade secrets, and more.

Trump filed the suit on Thursday in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in Fort Pierce, where, during his term, he appointed 7 of the 16 current judges. The former president's suit requests a trial by jury and seeks at least $72 million in damages — a sum reported to be legal fees and other associated costs.

“For years, Hillary Clinton and her cohorts attempted to shield themselves from culpability by directing others to do their dirty work for them. This lawsuit seeks to hold all parties accountable for their heinous acts and uphold the principles of our sacred democracy,” Trump’s lawyer, Alina Habba, told CNBC in an emailed statement on the suit.

Insights on Trump’s Russia Hoax Lawsuit From The Washington Pundit

The Washington Pundit Assistant Editor Adam Carter made an interesting connection between Trump’s lawsuit against Hilary and the Russia hoax colluders and Alan Dershowitz’s RICO case against Dominion. Referencing a discussion by attorneys Robert Barnes and Viva Frei, Carter writes:

“At the 2:20 min mark, Robert Barnes talks about civil RICO lawsuits and how they differ from criminal RICO cases.

It is useful to listen to understand the lawsuit President Trump filed against Hillary Clinton, the Clinton campaign, FusionGPS, former FBI/DOJ officials, and others for their roles in the Russia Collusion Hoax.”

In a second Telegram post, Carter elaborates:

“Unlike criminal RICO cases, civil RICO lawsuits almost never get past the motion to dismiss. I hate to say it, but the chances of President Trump succeeding in the suit are very low. He probably knows this however and is bringing the case for other reasons.

By filing the lawsuit, Trump is shielding himself from defamation claims. Allegations in legal filings are mostly immune from defamation. It allows him to put out the facts about what happened without fear countersuits being filed in hostile jurisdictions. It also allows Pro-Trump (or honest) media to report on the allegations because reporting on what is contained in legal filings gives journalists immunity from libel. The Mueller team used this tactic ALL THE TIME as did Little Binger in the Rittenhouse trial to relentlessly smear the kid, and allowed hacks like Morning Joe and CNN to just run with it.

Things to watch for:

A. Does Trump survive the motion to dismiss? Clearing that hurdle alone would be a huge win as we've seen in some of the Project Veritas cases.

B. President Trump was very smart to bring the case in the Southern District of Florida (SDFL) where he at least has a chance of being assigned an honest, impartial, and fair judge. The defendants will probably attempt to get the case transferred from SDFL to either DC or New York (SDNY). If that happens, it's just a matter of time before it gets dismissed.”
