South Dakota Governor Signs Bill Banning Outside Funding for Elections, Citing Mark Zuckerberg’s Spree | Epoch Times

South Dakota’s governor on March 16 signed legislation into law that bans government entities from accepting outside funding to run elections.

Gov. Kristi Noem, a Republican, said the bill was necessary because of how Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife donated some $350 million ahead of the 2020 election to various organizations, which funneled the money to state and local officials to run the election in certain ways.

Wisconsin Special Counsel Michael Gableman asserted in a recent report that what unfolded in his state amounted to “election bribery” because cities that accepted the grants were forced to abide by conditions set by the grantee, an intermediary for Zuckerberg’s money called the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL).

South Dakota Senate Bill 122 takes aim at such outside spending, mandating all costs relating to an election be paid by the county through appropriated funds that come only from the government, except for gifts of a “nominal and intrinsic value.”

The legislation bans “situations like we saw with ‘Zuck Bucks’ that came in, and a billionaire gave millions of dollars into our election system, which we believe tainted the integrity of it,” Noem said after signing the bill.

South Dakota is the 12th state to sign anti-Zuck legislation into law, following Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Mississippi, North Dakota, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, and Georgia* (the ban in Georgia is currently at risk of being removed). Ten more states have bills to ban private funding under consideration.

Meet Variant BA.2 - Just in Time for the November Primaries

With the Democrat Party facing an extinction-level event in November, Fauci has re-emerged from his Covid con lab to pump new pandemic panic porn — just in time to campaign for another round of mass mail-in ballots. Scariant BA.2 “will become the dominant strain over the next few weeks and erase many of the gains we’ve fought for,” Fraudxi warned the propaganda press, ravenous for another hit of Covid hysteria heroin. Up next, the Dem chorus will regurgitate the March 2020 “No one should have to choose between voting and dying” slogan. Right on cue.

Local Action Led to the Nye County ‘Amish’ Voting Victory

Nevada Secretary of State candidate Jim Marchant explains how the "County Commissioner Strategy" led to Nye County’s decision to return to paper ballot voting.

Marchant said that his team avoided discussions of outright fraud. “We just showed them how vulnerable these machines are and how uncertifiable they are.”

“I’ve got some other counties lined up to go in a week or two,” Marchant added. Washoe and Clark are going to be the hardest. “We’ll have to think outside the box to limit the amount of manipulation that goes on in [Clark] County.” But Marchant thinks he can get the other 15-16 counties to come around to “Amish” voting.

“They can’t cheat enough in Clark and Washoe to pull it off. So they have to siphon votes off of the red counties… So if we pull the machines out, it’s going to be even more glaring what they do in these liberal counties,” Marchant said.

Dems Newest Strategy to Block Republican Poll Workers: Tucson Requiring Election Workers to Be Vaccinated | AZ Free News

The city of Tucson will require proof of vaccination for individuals wishing to serve as election workers for the upcoming special election in May. According to emails obtained by AZ Free News, individuals are required to bring their COVID-19 vaccination cards along with their social security cards and contact information if they would like to be a paid election worker.

Multiple studies on the demographics of the vaccinated show that the majority of vaccinated individuals self-identify as Democrats.

According to Johns Hopkins Medicine, the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines’ protection wanes after five months, while the Johnson & Johnson version wanes after two months.

AZ Free News reached out to the city of Tucson for comment, and to ask whether they would grant exemptions to individuals who can’t get the COVID-19 vaccine. They didn’t respond by press time.

Halderman Declaration Reveals ‘Extreme Risk’ That Hackers Could ‘Alter Election Outcomes’ in at Least 16 States | Emerald Robinson

Election integrity groups commissioned a report by a computer science professor at the University of Michigan, J. Alex Halderman, who is an election security expert. Halderman produced a 25K-word report that’s so explosive neither the federal judge in charge of the case nor the U.S. federal government wants it released to the public.

Halderman asserts that Georgia’s electronic voting machines “suffer from specific, highly exploitable vulnerabilities that allow attackers to change votes despite the state’s purported defenses.” Who owns and operates those electronic voting machines in Georgia? Dominion Voting Systems.

Halderman was given 12 weeks of access to an unused Dominion ICX voting machine — the same machines used in Georgia and 16 other states. His conclusions completely destroy the false narrative about the 2020 election being “the most secure election in history.” In fact, Halderman claims that “Georgia voters face an extreme risk that [voting machine]-based attacks could manipulate their individual votes and alter election outcomes.” Since Halderman is a well known election security expert who has testified before Congress, the usual attempts to discredit him as either a conspiracy theorist or an amateur have not been successful.

In August 2021, Halderman made a sworn declaration to the court regarding the vulnerabilites of the Dominion machine that he inspected. The following are excerpts from that declaration:

“In my report — a 25K-word document that is the product of 12 weeks of intensive testing of the Dominion equipment provided by Fulton County, I find that Georgia's BMDs (ballot marking devices) contain multiple severe security flaws. Attackers could exploit these flaws to install malicious software, either with temporary physical access (such as that of voters in the polling place) or remotely from election management systems. I explain in detail how such malware, once installed, could alter voters' votes while subverting all the procedural protections practiced by the State, including acceptance testing, hash validation, logic and accuracy testing, external firmware validation, and risk-limiting audits…

My report concludes, inter alia, that Georgia's BMDs are not sufficiently secured against technical compromise to withstand vote-altering attacks by bad actors who are likely to target future elections in the state; that the BMDs’ vulnerabilities compromise the auditability of Georgia's paper ballots; that the BMDs can be compromised to the same extent as or more easily than the DREs (direct-recording electronic voting machines) they replaced; and that using these vulnerable BMDs for all in-person voters, as Georgia does, greatly magnifies the level of security risk compared to using hand-marked paper ballots…

Suppose for the sake of argument that the Presidential election outcome in Georgia had been altered by hacking the BMDs, and there were complaints from the 832 voters that Dr. Gilbert has calculated. What then? It seems all but certain that these complaints would have been dismissed or drowned out in the cacophonous aftermath of the election or simply disregarded by election workers at the polling sites as voter errors. Yet the official count, the risk-limiting audit, and the recount would all have found the wrong winner, and there would be no way to recover any altered vote or correct the election outcome short of rerunning the election. With a mere 832 complaints among 5 million participating voters (amidst a sea of other complaints, real and imagined), it is unlikely that poll workers or election officials, including State Defendants, would realize or even suspect there was a systemic problem with the BMDs, and it is completely implausible that they would take the drastic but necessary step of asking Georgians to vote again.”

Election Bribery Complaint Filed Against Madison Mayor & City Clerk | Thomas More Society

“The evidence in this complaint is overwhelming and condemning.”

-
Attorney Erick Kaardal

The mayor and city clerk of Madison, Wisconsin, are being accused of election bribery in a complaint filed March 17, 2022, in the State of Wisconsin before the Elections Commission.

Thomas More Society attorneys acted on behalf of a Madison, Wisconsin, voter to levy allegations against Madison Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway and Madison City Clerk Maribeth Witzel-Behl, stating that these officials acted in violation of Wisconsin’s election bribery law, Statute § 12.11, by accepting private money from the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) in order to facilitate in-person and absentee voting.

The complaint filing comes on the heels of a trend, in which 16 states have now passed legislation to ban or regulate the acceptance and use of private funds by public election officers. Thomas More Society attorneys have litigated this issue successfully in eight states. In Wisconsin, several counties, including Walworth County and Brown County, have passed, or are considering, bans of so-labeled “dark money” in elections.

This latest complaint before the commission follows a previous complaint against Kenosha, which asserted violations of election law and bribery of election officials by CTCL. Additionally, the first round of Wisconsin Election Commission complaints filed by Thomas More Society attorneys representing groups of private citizens also included allegations against Kenosha, Racine, Green Bay, and Milwaukee.

Attorney Erick Kaardal, Thomas More Society Special Counsel, explained that the complaint details a massive scheme on the part of CTCL, to usurp the administration of the election, a core traditional governmental function. Under the guise of COVID-19 prevention and via the illegal dumping of private money into the municipal process, CTCL handed control of the 2020 election in Wisconsin over to private partisan interests.

In Wisconsin, it is illegal for anyone to take money to induce a voter to go to the polls, and according to the complaint, this was the primary reason that Madison, and the other municipalities of the Wisconsin 5, were given these large sums of money by CTCL.

The filed complaint details other irregularities under the illegal agreement, including allowing private, partisan, non-government entities to access to the state’s voter data, redesign voter instruction materials, target selected demographic groups for voter recruitment, promote illegal ballot drop boxes, and even place “voter navigators” to assist individuals with voting. These “voter navigators” would later be “trained and utilized as election inspectors.”

“That means the very people who assisted voters in casting their ballots were the ones responsible for safeguarding those ballots – that’s equivalent of sending the foxes to guard the henhouse,” exclaimed Kaardal.

“The evidence in this complaint is overwhelming and condemning,” stated Kaardal. “Even on the surface, given all benefit of doubt, there is no question that Mayor Rhodes-Conway and Clerk Witzel-Behl accepted private money from CTCL to facilitate in-person and absentee voting in Madison. This is in violation of Wisconsin election law.”

Tucker Skewers the Biden Crime Family

On Hunter Biden’s laptop there is “extensive evidence of the Biden family’s long-term overseas influence-peddling operation,” Tucker’s Thurs. night monologue began. “How do they live in those big houses? Because they’re getting paid off by foreign governments in exchange for favors.”

Joe Biden joined a chorus of censorship media and BigTech “fact-checkers” in disparaging the laptop story as “Russian disinformation,” citing “50 former intelligence officials (all of them liars)” as proof.

“Foreign interference in our elections,” Tucker mocked. “Of course the irony is the laptop showed that foreign companies and governments had been paying the Biden family in exchange for changing US policy toward those countries. Selling out our nation for cash. The Ukrainians most famously.”

“Biden is now President so the NYT can admit what we all knew all along: the laptop is totally real - it’s not Russian disinformation.”

Mollie Hemingway: The Coverup of the Biden Family Business ‘Rigged’ the 2020 Election

“Just this story alone shows how problematic the 2020 election was,” Rigged author Mollie Hemingway explained.

“Nobody can doubt that this was the most important story of the 2020 election: The Biden Family business, which… involves getting a lot of money and other gifts from shady foreign characters in exchange for proximity to Joe Biden. There are multiple family members involved. We have reams of evidence about the corruption. And yet the media went out of their way to suppress this, and tech companies colluded to [help].

They hid it from the American people. In an election that came down to 43K votes across 3 states you know this had a huge impact,” Hemingway said.

“That alone means the election was rigged,”Watters concluded.

Given the truth, surveys suggest 10% of Biden voters would have abandoned ship. And it would have been difficult for Dems to ballot stuff their way out of that void.

Petition for a Grand Jury Investigation Into the CDC and FDA for ‘Willful Misconduct’ Is Accepted by 9th Circuit Court | Just the News and CHD

Oregon State Senators Kim Thatcher and Dennis Linthicum jointly filed a formal petition for a federal grand jury investigation into both the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)  and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on August 16th, Children’s Health Defense reported last September.

On War Room today, Dr. Naomi Wolf announced that the 9th Circuit Court has accepted the Oregon lawmakers petition to formally investigate the agencies for willful misconduct. The complaint alleges the CDC and FDA fraudulently inflated COVID fatalities and infection rates and suppressed life-saving therapeutics.

The CDC adopted a "double-standard exclusively for COVID-19 data collection" that inflated cases and deaths starting early in the pandemic, violating multiple federal laws and distorting mitigation policies, Senators Thatcher and Linthicum told U.S. Attorney Scott Asphaug in their Synopsis of Evidence.

Linthicum said the "incessant case counts" for COVID jumped out at him early, explaining that his service on the legislative health committee led him to recognize "confusion, or inaccuracies, or kind of manipulation" of statistics on influenza-like illnesses versus COVID, according to Just the News.

"It didn't take long to actually see that the data was being scrubbed or sculpted to fit a narrative," he said.

The CDC's National Vital Statistics System told mortality data compilers to emphasize COVID-19 as the "cause" of death in a March 2020 alert, departing from a 2003 federal manual on recording infectious disease as a "contributing factor to death" in the presence of preexisting conditions, the petition letter said.

Regarding COVID diagnosis via RT-PCR tests, the CDC and FDA recommended a high cycle threshold (40) that is widely known to produce false positives by finding insignificant viral loads, Thatcher and Linthicum told Asphaug.

Public health experts raised the same concerns more than a year ago with The New York Times, recommending cycle thresholds of 35 or lower. The newspaper discovered viral loads were too small to be infectious in up to 90% of "positives" in Massachusetts, New York and Nevada.

Vaccinated people, by contrast, are tested using a cycle threshold of 28, removing false positives and making it "virtually impossible for the public to trust the data they are being presented and the public health policies based upon this data," the senators wrote.

The lawmakers' petition also accuses the FDA of withholding "safe and effective evidence-based treatments" just as the Tuskegee study withheld penicillin from black men with syphilis.

They name vitamin D and ivermectin, which have "extensive clinical histories of safety following the administration of billions of doses." Doctors who prescribe these for COVID may face loss of license, fines and imprisonment, Thatcher and Linthicum said.

“Federal agencies like the CDC have committed atrocities in the name of ‘public health,’ resulting in extensive collateral damage that transformed society in ways that we are still grappling to understand,” Senator Thatcher in an official statement.

The CDC’s unlawful and questionable changes to death certificates related to COVID, the use of false-positive PCR tests and their callous indifference to individual rights — or science, for that matter — led to fraudulent data that was used to justify sweeping policy changes, not only in Oregon but across the country,” Thatcher continued.

“Grand jury petitions are a way for any elected officials or individual to help drive forward an investigation into the widespread willful misconduct surrounding the response to COVID-19,” explained attorney Leah Wilson, Co-Founder of Stand for Health Freedom, the holistic medicine and legal nonprofit behind the petition effort.

Otero, New Mexico Audit Progresses Despite Federal Threats

David and Erin Clements recently spoke to Nick Moseder (video here) about the excellent progress being made in a forensic audit of the 2020 election in rural and strongly-Republican Otero County, New Mexico.

Last year, the audit team published a detailed 261-page report highlighting the many disturbing anomalies with voter rolls, mismatched ballot counts, machine vulnerabilities and other areas of concern. See the executive summary or read the full report.

Since then, the grassroots team consisting of engineers, technical experts, legal experts and other willing volunteers were able to gain the legal means and permission of the county commissioners and clerk to audit the ballots, machines, and canvass the voters themselves. The county Sherriff and District Attorneys have also provided willing assistance and helped ensure the process is legal, well-grounded and will result in the necessary evidence for further action.

Dr Shiva—MIT PhD and inventor of email—and his organization EchoMail is currently performing an analysis of ballot images and envelope signatures, while volunteer canvassers are surveying county residents to verify whether the election records match with how the voter says how they voted. The canvass is already discovering a large number of incorrect and non-existent addresses and voters (see the interim stats).

The chairs of the federal US Congress Committee on Oversight and Reform sent a threatening letter to Dr Shiva and a copy to the US Attorney General—although when an official federal committee references The Daily Beast and other legacy propaganda outlets as the source of their concerns it reveals how little objective grounds they have for interfering. The committee’s letter is riddled with inaccuracies, slander, partisan bias, and projects onto the auditors that they are undermining democracy by doing a thorough investigation. A rebuttal of several of the points is available here.

Threats have also been made that the electronic machines will be forcibly decertified if they are opened for forensic inspection—although many residents would gladly welcome that consequence, provided they are not replaced with new ones.

The auditors believe that the county clerk has done her best to run the election correctly, but being forced to outsource management of the complex Dominion machines that involve 400 customizable settings opens their elections to manipulation.

The audit is due to conclude within the next couple of weeks and we’ll be sure to share the results.

Arizona’s Secretary of State Is Facing a Class 6 Felony for Violating Election Law That Could Affect the 2022 Midterms | Nick Moseder Rumble

Attorney General Mark Brnovich is asking Arizona voters to file an election complaint with his office.

Soros-backed Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs has violated Arizona election law by closing down the online system candidates rely on to gather signatures to get on the 2022 ballot.

In January, Attorney General Mark Brnovich’s office threatened Hobbs with a class 6 felony if she proceeded with her plans to shut down the E-Qual system. Arizona statute requires the Secretary of State to provide a secure internet portal for candidate petitions. Hobbs contends that the system requires a lengthy update and her hands are tied.

On March 17th, Hobbs, who is running for Governor of Arizona, went ahead with the E-Qual closure and announced the system will be down for the remainder of the filing period. However, only legislative and congressional candidates are affected — statewide candidates, like Hobbs, continue to have access to E-Qual for signature collection.

Talonya Adams, a former Democratic staffer in the Arizona Senate who successfully sued Hobbs’ office for racial discrimination last year, pointed out the clear conflict of interest in a tweet yesterday:

“Funny how E-Qual is available to sign for @SecretaryHobbs, but not a single #azleg candidate. Seems like an undeclared conflict of interest for an #azgov candidate struggling to meet the signature nomination threshold.”

TGP concluded, “Hobbs is rigging another election because she got away with it last time.”

On Friday, AG Brnovich urged Arizona voters and candidates to file a criminal complaint against Katie Hobbs for disregarding the state’s election law, citizen journalist and digital soldier Nick Moseder reported on Rumble today.

This is the first time since November 3rd that an official may face a consequence for election manipulation, Nick noted. “Flood his office with complaints.”

❗️If you’re an Arizona voter, you can file an election complaint with the Arizona AG’s office here: https://www.azag.gov/complaints/election

Video Captures Pennsylvania Ballot Trafficker Stuffing Fat Pile of Harvested Ballots Into Drop Box

A video obtained by the Montgomery County Republican Committee through a right-to-know request shows a single person placing what appears to be at least a dozen ballots into a ballot drop box at the Upper Dublin Library on November 2, 2021.

PA voters are only allowed to place their own ballot in drop boxes.

Earlier in the week during a Montgomery County Commissioners meeting, Liz Havey, Chair of the Montgomery County Republican Committee, said the full video obtained of the Upper Dublin dropbox shows over 100 people dropping off more than one ballot in just a few hours. Havey also claims that the county would not place security at the drop boxes and did not review the video.

PA residents can file an election fraud complaint here.

Maricopa County Ignores Arizona Attorney General’s Repeated Requests for Election Records

Looks like Maricopa BOS doesn’t want to comply with AG’s request for documents. What are they hiding now?”

- Karen Fann Twitter

On March 9th, the Arizona Attorney General’s office sent the Maricopa County Recorder’s office and the Board of Supervisors (BOS) a “THIRD REQUEST FOR RECORDS OR INFORMATION Voter Registration Records, Ballot Affidavit Signature Batching, & Renewed Request.”

This third round added a demand for signature records based on Dr. Shiva’s two signature verification reviews:

The Elections Integrity Unit of the Arizona Attorney General's Office (“EIU”) is in receipt of two pilot studies conducted by Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, MIT Ph.D that reviewed over 2,000 ballot affidavits of voters who cast ballots in Maricopa County for the 2020 Statewide General Election. In the study, it is alleged that over 250 [11.3%] of those sampled ballot affidavits contained signatures that did not appear to match the voter's signature. Notably, the pilot study compared the ballot affidavit signatures with signatures found on publicly accessible and notarized deeds available through the Maricopa County Recorder Office's (MCRO) website, not against the signatures used by elections officials as contained in the voter's registration records…

The EIU hereby requests copies of the voter registration records of the people listed in the attached confidential exhibit who are purported to have signatures that did not match publicly available records
…”

The letter goes on to identify Runbeck as a potential source for Maricopa County signature verification. The AG asks the MCRO and BOS to provide:

[Information on whether] confidence levels are generated at any point by a computerized system, such as Runbeck's “Versus ProTM Automated Signature Verification” system (or any prior branded systems or technology employed for signature verification through Runbeck or any other vendor contracted for signature verification systems), please provide all related technical specifications, including any contracts or agreements between MCRO and Runbeck regarding signature verification, including any agreed upon specifications regarding the signature matching sensitivity; Emails or other written communications between Runbeckand any past or current employee, volunteer, or elected official acting on behalf of MCRO that discusses use of electronic signature validation systems from the period of January 1, 2018 through present…”

Finally the letter renews the October 2021 “Public Records in the EIU's October 7th Second Request for Information,” which asked for:

All written procedures, policies, guidelines, and manualsused by Maricopa County to conduct the 2020 General Election, whether official or unofficial, whether issued or written by Maricopa County or another county, agency, vendor, or third-party, including the original and subsequent updates to those documents…”

The October letter also requests information related to curing ballots: “The document entitled “VR-001 Voters Unable to Make a Mark - Final.pdf references ballot curing procedures designated as policy EV-001. The EIU was unable to find Policy EV-001 within the document set In fact, no documents describe policies on how to cure inconsistent or missing signatures, instead, there are technical documents on how to use the signature verification program, scripts for calling individuals whose ballots were identified as having signatures that were inconsistent with the signature on file, and signature verification training materials. But there are no policies that resemble the policy referenced in VR-001, nor any policy number EV-001…

Maricopa County sent approximately 25,000 (a minuscule 1.3%) of the county’s 1.9M absentee ballots for signature review, a process known as “curing.”

True the Vote Update: Georgia State Elections Board Approves Subpoena for Ballot Harvesting Investigation | Just the News

Action allows Secretary of State investigators to compel testimony, delivery of evidence

The Georgia Elections Board has approved a subpoena to secure evidence and testimony in an ongoing investigation into whether third-party liberal activists illegally gathered thousands of absentee ballots in the 2020 general election and a subsequent runoff that determined Democrat control of the U.S. Senate.

The vote was a major win for Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, who announced the investigation into alleged ballot harvesting in January and was seeking the subpoena authority to move forward with the probe.

The subpoena power will allow Raffensperger's team to secure evidence from the election integrity group True the Vote, which filed a complaint in November saying it had acquired videotapes, a whistleblower's admission, and cell phone location records showing what appeared to be a widespread ballot harvesting operation during the November 2020 general election and January 2021 election runoff.

The group's complaint said surveillance camera footage showed ballot traffickers delivering stacks of ballots to drop boxes between midnight and 5AM and cell phone records showed that as many as 240 activist “mules” made these deliveries.

True the Vote also reported that a cooperating whistleblower, to whom it granted John Doe anonymity, admitted he was paid $10 for each ballot he collected and delivered and that scores of others were involved in the operation.

John Doe described a network of non-governmental organizations that worked together to facilitate a ballot trafficking scheme in Georgia," True the Vote wrote in its complaint. "John Doe claimed to have been one of many individuals paid to collect and deliver absentee ballots during the early voting periods of the November 2020 General Election and the January 2021 Runoff Election."

Raffensperger, who in 2019 led an effort to update state law to explicitly outlaw harvesting, told Just the News earlier this month that his investigators want to secure the identity and cooperation of the whistleblower and to follow the money to who funded the operation.

"We need to get a subpoena for the fella who this John Doe is," Raffensperger explained. "Was he paid? How much was he paid? And then who paid him. And we're going to follow the money, and we're going get to the bottom of it. And we're going to prosecute this, if we find that there's substance to it."

Georgia law expressly prohibits third parties from collecting, gathering or delivering absentee ballots, except in the case of immediate relatives.

The Georgia investigation comes as other states have begun turning up evidence of ballot harvesting during the 2020 election. True the Vote is testifying before a Wisconsin election integrity committee on Thursday, March 24th at 10AM. The group says it has evidence of organized ballot trafficking operations in 6 states (Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Arizona, and Texas).

Are Biden’s Handlers Preparing to Eject Him (and Kamala)? | American Greatness

Why do you suppose that the New York Times has decided, finally, at this late date, to acknowledge that the story that the New York Post broke about Hunter’s laptop was true?

Many people seem to think that the reason that the story of Hunter’s laptop — which is just as much about Joe Biden’s perfidy as it is about Hunter’s perversion — has emerged now is because it can no longer do any serious damage. The election is over, Biden won — at least, he was declared the winner, which is not quite the same thing, although it does mean that he gets to live at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

But I wonder if there isn’t something else going on. The news is full not only of stories about the New York Times fessing up, sort of, about the contents of Hunter’s laptop, but also of stories about how Hunter is likely to be indicted for tax fraud. In one sense, that is not news. I wrote about it at the end of 2020 when Hunter announced, sotto voce, that he had been informed that he was being investigated by the tax authorities. But in another sense, I suspect, that news, like the revelation from the New York Times that, what do you know, all that stuff about Hunter’s laptop was on the level, like Joe Biden’s bizarre suggestion a couple of days ago that “everybody knows somebody” who has taken nude pictures of some lover and then used them to “blackmail” the person — all that has a different valence now that the Biden Administration is seriously underwater and there are no lifelines in evidence.

The conundrum that Joe Biden presents to The Committee that keeps him in power is comparable to the challenge that Richard Nixon presented to the elites of his day. Nixon was hated by all the beautiful people, but before he could be disposed of the elites had to address the problem of Spiro Agnew, who in his own way was nearly as preposterous as Kamala Harris. Fortunately for the anti-Nixon forces, Agnew was also corrupt in a pedestrian, easy-to-demonstrate sort of way.

Kamala Harris is more of a problem. She is at least as appallingly incompetent as her boss, and no less challenged rhetorically, as her alarming performance in Poland and Romania a week or two back demonstrated. But Harris will not be as easy to shift as was Agnew.

Nevertheless, I suspect that Joe Biden is being prepped for ejection. Exactly how it will happen I do not yet know. But he is on the threshold, or possibly has even passed the threshold, where he could appear to govern. His minders understand this. They must be the ones to replace him, otherwise they themselves risk being replaced, which would be intolerable. As I say, it’s not entirely clear yet how the defenestration will take place. Obviously, Kamala will have to be dealt with first, and she will be. Look for some ground softening stories such as the Times just served up about the laptop. They won’t be long in coming.
