Senators Corman and Dush File Petition to Compel Compliance with Election Investigation Subpoena

The Pennsylvania Senate Intergovernmental Operations Committee has been attempting to audit the state’s voter rolls since September of last year. Meanwhile, Democrat AG Josh Shapiro has done everything in his power to obstruct that investigation. In January, a Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania upheld the Senate’s authority to issue subpoenas for detailed voter roll information. Despite that ruling, the Pennsylvania Department of State has still not complied with the Senate’s subpoena.

Yesterday, Senate President Pro Tempore Jake Corman announced on Twitter that the committee has filed a petition “to compel the Department of State to comply with a subpoena for information necessary to conduct a thorough investigation of recent elections.”

Senator Corman and Senate Intergovernmental Operations Committee Chair Cris Dush commented on the move in a statement yesterday:

“Throughout the past several months since our investigation began, the Wolf Administration, Senate Democrats, and Attorney General Shapiro have unfairly denied a co-equal branch of government the tools necessary to repair the vulnerabilities of our election system. Today’s legal action is intended to finally bring their needless delays and continued obstruction to an end.

“It is an embarrassment to our Commonwealth that the Department of State still refuses to comply with a legal, legitimate subpoena from a co-equal branch of government. The fact that the Department wouldn’t even turn over basic information included in the subpoena without pages upon pages of unexplained redactions shows they have no respect for the legislature or the courts. They should not be allowed to thumb their nose at the other two branches of government with impunity.

“Millions of Pennsylvanians have lost confidence in our elections. They deserve an election system they can believe in, and that can only happen with full transparency. We will not stop fighting to improve our voting system and repair the public’s faith in our elections – no matter how much our opponents try to obstruct, obfuscate and deceive the public about the intent of the investigation.”

Expanded Study Confirms More Than 200K Mail-In Ballots w/ Mismatched Signatures Were Counted in the Maricopa County, AZ 2020 Election

Dr. Shiva conducted an expanded review of Maricopa County absentee ballot signatures that confirmed the results of his February pilot study.

Key Points

• At minimum, 215,856 early voting mail ballots (EVBs) in the Maricopa County 2020 election should have been subjected to review based on questionable signatures. In contrast, the County only reviewed or “cured” ~25,000 EVBs.

• Dr. Shiva’s follow-up study examined 2,770 envelopes and the results had a 99% confidence interval with a +/- 2% margin of error (the pilot study examined 499 envelopes and had a 95% confidence interval with a +/- 4% margin of error).

• One limitation of the study was that it relied on publicly available information from the deeds repository in the Maricopa County recorder’s database. While deed signatures require the presence of a notary for authentication, the study could be improved if the recorder’s office would allow access to Maricopa County’s signature files.

• To account for the discrepancy in signature reference files and the risk of faulty signatures, Dr. Shiva’s team threw out the worst signatures in the study. They removed 290 EVBs in which reviewers unanimously agreed the signatures were a mismatch and 101 EVBs where the publicly available information did not include a middle initial. This left a new sample of 2,379 EVBs.

• When Dr. Shiva and team re-ran the study on the more conservative sub-sample, the forensic document experts (FDEs) found a mismatch rate of 41% (786K ballots), the novices reported a mismatch rate of 18% (344K ballots), and the combined mismatch rate among FDEs and novices was calculated to be 11.3% or 215,861 ballots.

• Maricopa County rejected about 567 of the 25,000 ballots it “cured.” If this minuscule “disallow rate” was applied to Dr. Shiva’s pool of 216K - 786K questionable ballots, it would mean that between 5K and 18K ballots would have been tossed out in Maricopa County. Biden’s alleged margin in Arizona was 10,457.

New Reconciliation Rule Catches 10K Vote Discrepancy in Texas’ Largest County, Forces Harris County Election Chief to Resign

The elections commissioner in Texas' largest county has resigned after revelations that 10,000 ballots were not counted in the Houston area in last week’s primary election.

“The buck stops with me to address issues for voters, and I did not meet my own standard or the standard set by commissioners,” Harris County Elections Commissioner Isabel Longoria said Tuesday in announcing her resignation during a meeting of the county commission.

In addition to the missing ballots, Longoria’s county was plagued with other problems including a shortage of poll workers and issues with the new voting machines, which include a paper trail for audits.

Longoria claimed that her office reported the votes immediately upon discovery, but Harris County Commissioner Tom Ramsey disputed that claim, according to the New York Post.

“We know about them because of the protocol… the Secretary of State was able to call us and say, ‘Hey, you’re short the 10,000,'” Ramsey said, according to the Post.

Election workers filled out a new reconciliation form that counties are now required to post at the end of election day vote counting to indicate any differences between the number of voters and the number of ballots counted.

In Harris County, it showed 10,072 more voters than votes counted. The Texas Secretary of State’s office noted the 10,000-vote discrepancy Friday when it began reviewing reconciliation forms and reached out to Harris County election officials, a spokesperson for the office said. The next day, Harris County announced the missed votes.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, who signed tougher election laws that led to thousands (17%) of mail-in votes being disqualified ahead of the primary election due to lack of ID, according to The Hill and AP News, was incensed that Longoria botched the election in her county:

“Republicans & Democrats agree: Harris County elections chief bungled the election.

Bad staff & inadequate voting machines were just part of it. They ‘found’ 10,000 more votes a week AFTER the election,” the Republican governor tweeted Tuesday.

Virginia Assembly Passes Bill Banning Zuckerbucks in State Elections | The Federalist

Despite a 2-seat Democrat majority in the State Senate, the General Assembly of Virginia successfully passed a series of bills this week that would prohibit state and local election officials from accepting certain gifts and funding from private individuals or nongovernmental entities that would impact how elections are conducted within the Commonwealth.

Passed by both the state’s House of Delegates (Republican majority as of 11/2021) and Senate (Democrat majority 21 - 18), HB 205 (and its companion SB 80) would mandate that “The State Board, the Department, each local electoral board, and all offices of the general registrar shall not solicit, accept, use, or dispose of any money, grants, property, or services given by a private individual or nongovernmental entity for the purpose of funding voter education and outreach programs, voter registration programs, or any other expense incurred in the conduct of elections.”

Having officially cleared the General Assembly, the bills now head to the desk of Gov. Glenn Youngkin, who previously said during Virginia’s Republican gubernatorial primary last year that he would make election integrity a “top priority.”

In addition to Virginia, numerous battleground states across the country saw Zuckbucks infiltrate their election systems during the 2020 election cycle. As detailed by Federalist Editor in Chief Mollie Hemingway in her New York Times bestselling book, “Rigged: How the Media, Big Tech, and the Democrats Seized Our Elections,” Zuckerberg “didn’t just help Democrats by censoring their political opponents,” his financing of “liberal groups running partisan get-out-the-vote operations” was ultimately “the means by which [Democrat] activists achieved their ‘revolution’ and changed the course of the 2020 election.”

“It was a genius plan,” writes Hemingway. “And because no one ever imagined that a coordinated operation could pull off the privatization of the election system, laws were not built to combat it.”

As of March 2022, 16 states have either banned or severely restricted the use and acceptance of private funds for state and local elections.

As of March 2022, Capital Research Center reports that nearly two dozen states have drafted and/or signed laws to prohibit private funding of government offices and future Zuckerbuck-financed “selections”:

In a propaganda drenched WaPo interview, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla explains that his firm had no “mastery” of mRNA vaccines and he made the decision to use the “risky” technology because of speed and the opportunity for a booster treadmill.

Going the mRNA route “was counterintuitive because… mRNA was a technology that we had less experience - only 2 years working on this - and mRNA was a technology that never delivered a single product until that day, not a vaccine, not any other medicine… I was surprised when they suggested to me that this is the way to go, and I questioned it,” Bourla said.

Bourla goes on the explain that speed was an important factor in his decision and “the 2nd thing is that we wanted to be able to use a technology that will not limit abilities to boost immune responses with addt’l injections… So, for this… we selected to go with something that was clearly more risky.”

In Just the First 2 Months of 2022, Cases of VAERS Myocarditis Are Already Half the Number Reported in 2021 | Daniel Horowitz

One of the most criminal aspects of the COVID regime was the decision to pressure low-risk teens into getting a shot that was known to cause cardiac inflammation. Myocarditis used to be a rare disorder discussed mainly in academic literature, but now it is everywhere. What have we done to a generation of young hearts?

Reports of myocarditis and pericarditis are so prevalent now that just in the first 8 weeks of 2022, we’re already at 47% of the total VAERS submissions for 2021. We are over a year into the known safety signals of this vaccine for myocarditis, and yet the shots still have not been pulled, even for younger males. In fact, it’s still a requirement in many colleges.

What is so shocking is that several weeks ago, the CDC recognized the problem and attempted to get ahead of it by suggesting that “an 8-week interval may be optimal for some people ages 12 years and older, especially for males ages 12 to 39 years.” But historically, if we recognized even a fraction of heart problems from a shot, it would have been pulled from the market entirely! Yet here they are still recommending it, despite the fact that the virus poses low risk for this age group, the shot doesn’t stop transmission, and it is now outdated for the current strain of the virus!

It’s not acceptable (and never was) for the media and the pharma-paid “fact checkers” to automatically dismiss VAERS. It is our main pharmaco-surveillance tool and was put in place precisely to serve as the consolation to the public for Congress absolving vaccine manufactures of liability. Also, the data complements what we’ve learned universally from all the myocarditis vaccine studies.

The CDC’s own researchers published a study in JAMA in which they clinically confirmed most of the myocarditis submissions to VAERS. As such, they concluded, “Given the high verification rate of reports of myocarditis to VAERS after mRNA-based COVID-19 vaccination, underreporting is more likely. Therefore, the actual rates of myocarditis per million doses of vaccine are likely higher than estimated.”

Moreover, now we have documents released via FOIA showing that Pfizer admits VAERS is a robust and legitimate safety signal reporting tool. In a document from March 2020 titled, “WAIVER REQUEST FOR FDA-DESIGNATED SUFFIX FOR BIOLOGICS,”
Pfizer recommended against a new adverse event monitoring system, instead touting the “robust” existing methods in place. Pfizer then goes on to cite “The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act which requires Health Care Professionals… to report adverse events to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).”

Pfizer can’t have it both ways. If VAERS was a good enough system to support its licensure agreement, then it must be held accountable for the blaring safety signals emanating from the existing system. We also now know that Pfizer knew of over 1,200 fatalities early on, adverse events in 23% of the trial group, hundreds of categories of severe adverse events, understood the injection does not stay in the injection site, and was aware of the fact that 16% of the lipid nanoparticles are deposited in the liver. Pfizer also lied and stated that the shots provide “Active immunisation to prevent COVID-19 caused by SARS-CoV-2,” as if it were a fully sterilizing vaccine. They also conceded early on in the newly released document that the inflammation increases with the second and third doses.

Ironically, the longer we go on promoting and mandating the shots – despite the dreadful degree of safety problems – the more it acclimates the public to the new normal of “sacrifice” and tolerance for an even greater degree of risk in order to “do the right thing.” Which raises the bar even further so that anything short of proving with the scientific method that 50% of people will die from it will be insufficient for pulling the gene therapy. We are like frogs in boiling water.

Florida Fires Warning Shot at Ballot Traffickers: New Law Will Make Possession of More Than Two Ballots a Felony | Newsweek

Possessing more than two ballots in Florida will become a felony under a bill passed by state lawmakers Wednesday.

The offense was previously a misdemeanor in the state under a 2021 law. But the more serious classification in the new legislation will make it punishable with a fine of up to $50,000 and five years in prison, The Washington Post reported. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has indicated he will sign the bill into law.

The ballot felony is just one part of a bill that aims to reform certain elements of Florida elections. Under the new law, election supervisors would have to cull voter rolls (or sift out names) every year rather than every two years. The legislation would also establish a first-of-its-kind elections police force for the U.S. Its staff of 25 will be part of the Department of State, which answers to DeSantis. Both chambers approved its creation by wide margins after debate that had Democrats invoking the name of the late civil rights leader John Lewis and a Republican representative making reference to Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin, according to WaPo.

"I am excited that with this legislation, our state will be able to enforce election violations, combat voter fraud and make sure violators are held accountable," DeSantis said in a statement. "If potential violators know they will be held accountable, they will be much less likely to engage in improper conduct in the first place."

Petrodollar Cracks: Saudi Arabia Considers Accepting Yuan for Chinese Oil Sales

One of the core staples of the past 40 years, and an anchor propping up the dollar's reserve status, has been a global financial system based on the petrodollar — this was a world in which oil producers would sell their product to the US and the rest of the world for dollars, which they would then recycle into dollar-denominated assets. Those dollar-denominated investments in turn explicitly prop up the USD as the world reserve currency, and in the process backstop the standing of the US as the world's undisputed financial superpower.

Those days may be coming to an end.

The WSJ is out today with a blockbuster report, noting that "Saudi Arabia is in active talks with Beijing to price its some of its oil sales to China in yuan," a move aimed squarely at the heart of the US financial system, which has taken advantage of the dollar's reserve status by printing as many dollars as needed to fund government spending for the past decade.

China buys more than 25% of the 6.2 million barrels per day of oil that Saudi Arabia exports, and if priced in yuan, those sales would boost the standing of China’s currency, and set the Chinese currency on a path to becoming a global petroyuan reserve currency.

“The dynamics have dramatically changed. The U.S. relationship with the Saudis has changed, China is the world’s biggest crude importer and they are offering many lucrative incentives to the kingdom,” said a Saudi official familiar with the talks.

“China has been offering everything you could possibly imagine to the kingdom,” the official said.

In retrospect, we now know the reason why MBS wasn't taking Biden's phone calls.

“The oil market, and by extension the entire global commodities market, is the insurance policy of the status of the dollar as reserve currency,” said economist Gal Luft, co-director of the Washington-based Institute for the Analysis of Global Security who co-wrote a book about de-dollarization. “If that block is taken out of the wall, the wall will begin to collapse.”

Nevada County Gives Dominion the Boot, Votes Unanimously to Return to Hand-Counted Paper Ballots

Captain Seth Keshel broke the news on his Telegram tonight, posting, “Nye County, Nevada, first in America to vote (unanimously, today, 5-0) to ban use of electronic voting machines, beginning in primaries. Secure paper ballots with anti-counterfeit measures to be used henceforth. It only takes a spark to start a whole blaze.”

“With the paper ballots, hand-counted at the precinct level, decentralized — we're going against what the forces want,” Jim Marchant, a Republican candidate for secretary of state, told the board. “They want centralized [systems] so they can manipulate it. So if we go against that and get back to decentralized … that's how we're going to guarantee that we have a fair and transparent election,” the deep left Nevada Independent reported.

Lyon County commissioners soon could also be considering similar election changes to those proposed in Nye County. Though no similar items appear on the agenda for the county commission’s Thursday meeting, Republican Commissioner Debra Strickland said she believed Lyon County would be doing the “same thing” on March 17.

Nationwide, Republican lawmakers in at least six states (NH, AZ, CO, MO, WA, and WV) have introduced legislation that would require all election ballots to be counted by hand instead of machine, according to the Associated Press.

Speaker Vos Admits There Was ‘Widespread Fraud,’ But Says the Only Remedy Is a New Governor and New Attorney General

In a brief statement to reporters after his decertification meeting, Speaker Robin Vos said he believes there was “widespread fraud” in the Wisconsin 2020 election but claims there is no retroactive remedy:

“The problem gets down to what’s the remedy? There are some people who think the legislature has the unilateral ability to overturn the election. We do not… They are trying to convince us of the fraud that occurred. I already believe there was fraud that occurred... I think there was widespread fraud.
