Corporate Media’s Top Trending Ukraine Stories Turn Out to Be Complete Fakes | National Pulse and ZeroHedge

A number of popular stories chronicling Ukraine’s resistance against Russia’s ongoing invasion – including those promoted by U.S. Congressmen, media outlets, and even conservatives online – have turned out to be false, despite garnering millions of shares and likes.

The viral, fake images and videos come amidst social media platforms rolling out robust “fact-checking” operations, often used to swiftly censor stories counter to establishment narratives or critical of the Democratic Party. These programs, however, have routinely failed to flag the phony Ukraine posts with the same tenacity.

Noted YouTube "scambuster" Kitboga, who has 2.2 million subscribers, has posted a video showing several examples of viral TikTok and YouTube videos purporting to be scenes of war in Ukraine. In fact, these clips were from video games, movies, or other wars, and the authors are using the content to raise money for fake charities.

Flashback: Vladimir Putin's Adviser Says U.S. Is Developing Biological Weapons Near Russia

In April 2021, Newsweek cited Russian reports of U.S. biolabs near the Russian and Chinese borders:

Russian President Vladimir Putin's chief security adviser has said Moscow has "good reason to believe" the U.S. is developing biological weapons along the borders of Russia and China.

Nikolai Patrushev, who is the secretary of Russia's Security Council, made the comments during an interview with the newspaper Kommersant, in which journalist Elena Chernenko asked him about claims that China had "deliberately caused" the coronavirus pandemic.

Defending Beijing, Patrushev replied: "I suggest that you look at how more and more biological laboratories under U.S. control are growing considerably in the world and by a strange coincidence, mainly by the Russian and Chinese borders."

"We and our Chinese partners have questions. We are told that there are peaceful sanitary and epidemiological stations near our borders, but for some reason, they are more more reminiscent of Fort Detrick in Maryland, where Americans have been working in the field of military biology for decades."

He added that the authorities in those jurisdictions had "no real idea of what is happening within their walls," and that there were outbreaks "uncharacteristic for these regions" in neighboring areas—although he did not specify any disease.

When asked directly if he believed the Americans are developing biological weapons there, Patrushev said: "We have good reason to believe that this is exactly the case."

Ukraine War Videos Debunked

Hill TV sets the record straight about the “endless” heart-wrenching and heroic videos that have catapulted Ukraine into international icon status. They’re fake news.

1. Snake Island

“It was being reported that 13 heroic Ukrainian soldiers were confronted by a Russian warship on Snake Island. They told the Russians, ‘Go f*ck yourself!’ and fought valiantly until they were all killed.

It turns out, there were 82 men, and there was no battle; they all survived,” @VigilantFox posted on Telegram.

2. Tank Running Over Civilian Car

This was a Ukrainian tank, not a Russian tank. It lost control and accidentally ran over a car.

3. Father Saying Tearful Goodbye

It turns out, this was a Ukrainian man fighting for the Russians, against Ukrainian forces, in the Donbass region of Eastern Ukraine.

4. The Ghost of Kyiv

The fighter jet clip was pilfered from a video game and the alleged pilot photos are from 2019.

It’s Game Day in Texas

Texas will hold its 2022 primary elections today, March 1. Here are all of the candidates who have filed for the Republican primary elections, according to the Secretary of State. Each party will choose its candidate for seven statewide seats — governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general, land commissioner, agriculture commissioner, comptroller and one of three seats on the Railroad Commission. Republicans and Democrats will also choose their candidates to face off in November for district-based congressional and legislative offices, the State Board of Education and judicial seats.

Polls close at 7PM. You can find your poll location here: https://teamrv-mvp.sos.texas.gov/MVP/mvp.do.

Scott Pressler reported that in blue Harris County (Houston area), Republicans outnumbered Dems in early voting:

“In Harris County, 96,055 voters (voting by mail + in person) chose a democrat ballot.

At the same time, 106,123 voters chose a Republican ballot.

Harris County is historically blue & democrats usually lead in early voting.”

Why Vote if 2020 Isn’t Fixed

A troubling question we frequently see in the chat is: Why vote if 2020 isn’t fixed? For those on the fence about voting in upcoming and future elections, here are a few points to consider:

1) Virginia

Virginia was the first election in 40 years where we actually had a full slate of GOP poll watchers and workers. We also had an army of attorneys on the ground, dropbox surveillance, ballot and voter scrutiny, and a fraud hotline.

When we have high turnout and fraud counter-measures in place we can overcome cheating. Despite mass mail-in voting, Virginia’s 2021 election was truly a red wave. Republicans not only won the governor’s race for the first time in a decade, we won Lt. Governor Winsome Sears, Attorney General Miyares, and a majority in the House.

https://t.iss.one/LibertyOverwatchChannel/5852

https://t.iss.one/LibertyOverwatchChannel/5825

https://t.iss.one/LibertyOverwatchChannel/6315

2) Edward Durr

Even in deep Dem NJ, without any fraud defense system in place, an unknown conservative truck driver, who spent $153 on his campaign, unseated the long-serving, entrenched Senate president:

https://t.iss.one/LibertyOverwatchChannel/5854

3) Ghost Voter Capacity Constraints

As the NJ example demonstrates, it’s possible to overcome cheating with mass turnout. A candidate may have to win by 10 points, but they can win with turnout alone. Furthermore, our voter rolls are being systematically scrubbed, which means ghost votes will be harder to manufacture:

https://t.iss.one/LibertyOverwatchChannel/6023

https://t.iss.one/LibertyOverwatchChannel/6494

4) Record Election Integrity Legislation

A December 2021 voting laws roundup article by the communist Brennan Center describes the Dem tailspin as a record amount of election integrity legislation threatens to smother their ability to cheat in future elections.

At least 19 states have passed 34 laws to improve election integrity. More than 440 bills with provisions that fortify voting access were introduced in 49 states in the 2021 legislative sessions. These numbers are extraordinary: state legislatures enacted far more voting security laws in 2021 than in any year since the Brennan Center began tracking voting legislation in 2011.

https://t.iss.one/LibertyOverwatchChannel/6320

5) Cheating Won’t Win Every Race

Despite our losses to fraud in 2020, we still won races. And those wins are the reason the Freedom to Cheat Dem election fraud enshrinement bill has been blocked, mass amnesty has been filibustered, vax mandates are being fought at the state level, etc. If 10% of the GOP had stayed home in 2020, Dems would be in power permanently.

6) New Reps Needed to Fix 2020

We need to put representatives in place who will help us repair the corrupted system, add audit, chain of custody, and voter roll accounting safeguards, and improve and enforce the laws. Too many of our current elected officials are ignoring us and the law. Replacing those politicians in 2022 is part of fixing 2020.

7) Probability 101

By not voting, you are trading chance for certainty. If you stay home, the Great Reset Socialist Dem Party wins 💯%.

Gableman Calls for Decertification of 2020 Wisconsin Election

At the Wisconsin Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections hearing this morning, Special Counsel Mike Gableman began his presentation with a recommendation for election nullification:

"I believe the legislature ought to take a very hard look at the option of decertification of the 2020 Wisconsin presidential election."

Wisconsin Voting Probe Chief Urges Legislature to Consider Decertifying 2020 Election | Just the News

The former judge named to investigate Wisconsin's 2020 election declared Tuesday there is enough evidence of voting irregularities for the Legislature to consider decertifying the state's final results declaring Joe Biden the winner.

Retired Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Mike Gableman presented a 136-page report outlining the preliminary results of his probe to the state Assembly, offering evidence of several irregularities including that "most vulnerable" nursing home residents had been defrauded of their votes.

His conclusions followed two major court rulings that declared election rules changes enacted in 2020 — which allowed for ballot drop boxes to be used and voters to skip ID requirements by declaring themselves "indefinitely confined" by COVID — were illegal. Those rulings call into question tens of thousands of ballots cast in a state where Biden won by less than 21,000 votes.

"I believe the Legislature should take a very hard look at the option of decertification of the 2020 Wisconsin presidential election," Gableman testified to lawmakers.

In his report and testimony, Gableman listed many concerns, including the potentially corrupting influence of donations from a group funded by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, which gave $8.8 million to election judges👀 and administrators in the five large Democrat-run cities of Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, Racine and Wisconsin.

He also cited evidence that some of the state's "most vulnerable citizens" in nursing homes had their voting rights trampled by workers who voted on their behalf.

A parallel audit by Thomas Moore Society found 100% voting rates in over 90 nursing homes across the state. The group said the suspicious outcome occurred because the Wisconsin Election Commission gave an "illegal directive prohibiting municipal clerks from sending legally required special voting deputies into those homes."

Gableman also called for the "elimination and dismantling" of the Wisconsin Election Commission, an administrative office whose decisions were overturned by the courts after the election. Gableman called the commission "at best, hopelessly incompetent."

Of all his findings, the recommendation for a decertification captured the most attention. Gableman acknowledged in his report that the action would be mostly symbolic, saying such a vote “would not, on its own, have any other legal consequence under state or federal law” such as altering "who the current president is.”

He said his probe is far from complete and will continue. “I had no other goal in mind to find the truth. And while we don't have it entirely yet, we're getting there," Gableman told the lawmakers.

Trump-Endorsed Candidates on Fire in Texas Primaries

Every candidate endorsed by former President Donald Trump in Texas’s Republican primaries have either won or are substantially leading their races as of 11PM ET, potentially solidifying Trump’s kingmaker status in the first primaries of 2022.

The 45th president gave his stamp of approval — a much coveted prize among Republican hopefuls — to 33 candidates. Polling out of Texas has already shown that GOP voters are more likely to support candidates who have passed Trump’s muster.

The former president released a statement celebrating his late night victory:

Big night in Texas! All 33 candidates that were Trump endorsed have either won their primary election or are substantially leading in the case of a runoff. Governor Abbott and Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick have won in a landslide. Thank you, and congratulations to all!

Trump’s endorsement secured the nomination of incumbent Gov. Greg Abbott (R), who faced fierce primary opposition from former State Sen. Don Huffines and former State Party Chairman Allen West. He also lifted two of House Republicans’ top recruits to the nomination without a runoff: Monica De La Cruz and Wesley Hunt, who are both at 56 percent with well over half the votes counted.

However, incumbent Republican Attorney General Ken Paxton is expected by CNN to proceed to a runoff election.

Paxton must receive more than 50% of the vote in order to avoid the runoff election scheduled in May.

The Republican AG has 42% of votes with just of half of all precints in around 10:30 PM local time, Politico reported. George P. Bush, child of former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, is second to Paxton with 22%.

Nearly 1.2M voters (1,196,243) showed up for the Republican primary in Texas versus 648,049 Dem voters.

Georgia Elections Chief Vows to 'Follow the Money' in Harvesting Probe, Prosecute if Warranted | Just the News | Just the News

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger sought to dispel whispers in conservative circles that he is slow-walking the probe he announced in January, explaining to Just the News that the only delays are related to administrative changes on the State Elections Board. That panel possesses the power to issue subpoenas Raffensperger says his investigators need to solve the case.

"Right now we're waiting for the State Election Board to pick their new chair, so that we can ask for a subpoena," he told the "Just the News" television show Tuesday night on Real America's Voice.

Raffensperger says his investigative team wants to use the subpoena to secure the identity of a John Doe witness/whistleblower who told the election watchdog group True the Vote last year that he was paid thousands of dollars to collect third-party ballots during Georgia's November 2020 general election and Jan. 5, 2021 runoff election that gave Democrats control of the U.S. Senate.

"We outlawed ballot harvesting as soon as I took office," Raffensperger said. "We think that's a serious violation of state law. The only person that should touch your ballot ever is you, the voter, or the election official when they receive your absentee ballot.

"So we're going to do a thorough investigation, but we need to get a subpoena for the fella who this John Doe is. Was he paid? How much was he paid? And then who paid him. And we're going to follow the money, and we're gonna get to the bottom of it. And we're gonna prosecute this, if we find that there's substance to it."

Captain Keshel on the Texas Primaries

Texas Primaries, a brief postlude:

Very few of the candidates I backed won. Steve Toth won, and so did Julie Clark for GOP Chair in Medina County.

I don’t regret backing candidates who didn’t win - Toth was the only incumbent I endorsed. We have a state run by the GOP now for 2 decades in the chambers and 3 in the mansion, yet a sinking feeling of despair about being taken over. There are few Dems to blame for that.

The governor has fumbled COVID, elections, and the border. He is indeed popular with moderates and suburban voters. People are generally not political and often back the ones they know rather than the uncertain. I don’t agree with this.

Alas, I have at this point no claims of foul play, but I maintain that all states should have closed primary systems and register voters by party. Too many close races can be decided by organized rings of one party’s voters lining up to vote in the other party’s primaries.

I am utterly astounded not only that there were no high profile upsets, but that most challenges were beat back by landslide margins. Still, I don’t regret being anti-incumbent and consider it insanity to return the same people to office over and over.

Congrats to those who ran against a powerful political establishment, win, lose, or draw.”

Gableman Report Lays Out the Case for Decertification of the 2020 Wisconsin Election

“Certification of electors in a state is a quintessentially political act, delegated by the United States Constitution to state legislatures, which may voluntarily adopt revocable and defeasible rules to guide the process. Wisconsin election law does not explicitly authorize the decertification of electors. But neither does it prohibit it. For this reason, the U.S. Constitution and the gap-filling common law against which backdrop the federal and Wisconsin Constitutions were adopted provide the ultimate guidance. And under those two documents, it is clear that the Wisconsin Legislature could lawfully take steps to decertify electors in any Presidential election, for example in light of violations of state election law that did or likely could have affected the outcome of the election. Furthermore, notwithstanding the current debate over amending the federal Electoral Count Act, the supreme responsibility for running state elections in Wisconsin is vested in our state Legislature — not any other state instrumentality, and not the federal government.

The U.S. Constitution provides in relevant respect that “Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress ....” U.S. Const., art. II., § 1, cl. 2. This is a direct delegation to each state legislature. It is not a delegation to the Wisconsin Governor (or WEC) and its Legislature. The Framers knew how to delegate to, respectively, state legislatures or state executives, or to both acting concurrently. Compare, e.g., id. with id. at art. IV, § 4 (“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”) and id. at XVII amend. (“When vacancies happen in the representation of any State in the Senate, the executive authority of such State shall issue writs of election to fill such vacancies: Provided, That the legislature of any State may empower the executive thereof to make temporary appointments until the people fill the vacancies by election as the legislature may direct.”)

The direct constitutional delegation to state legislatures here operates as a “plenary” power. See McPherson v. Blecker, 146 U.S. 1, 35 (1892); see also Bush v. Gore, 531 U.S. 98, 104 (2000) (“The State, of course, after granting the franchise in the special context of Article II, can take back the power to appoint electors.”). Pursuant to that plenary power, it is true that after 1824 most state legislatures began to delegate, in effect, their plenary power to a process of popular selection of the presidential electors carried out under a suite of state law provisions. Yet, as applied here, these delegations and self-imposed statutory processes by the Wisconsin legislature are not irrevocable. An election of presidential electors that violates Wisconsin (or any other state legislature’s relevant laws) is both void and voidable.

This Report has documented not just one, but a great collection of Wisconsin election law violations. As a political matter, the actions of state actors certifying electors in any Presidential election can be reconsidered as the Wisconsin Legislature sees fit using its plenary power under Article II of the federal Constitution, as recognized in McPherson and Bush v. Gore. Indeed, McPherson noted that “there is no doubt of the right of the legislature to resume the power at any time.” McPherson, 146 U.S. at 35…

However, this action would not, on its own, have any other legal consequence under state or federal law. It would not, for example, change who the current President is.”

German Insurance Group Fires Executive Who Warned of the High Vaccine Side-Effect Rate Revealed by Billing Data | Eugyppius

His termination appears timed to prevent his participation in a meeting with German vaccine regulators.

Two weeks ago, BKK ProVita chairman Andreas Schöfbeck caused a small uproar by writing to Germany’s vaccine regulator, the Paul-Ehrlich-Institut, to inquire about the high rate of vaccine side-effects evident from BKK billing data. Schöfbeck has now been fired following an hours-long company meeting this morning, at which he was called upon to defend his letter.

Representatives from the Paul-Ehrlich-Institut, including its president, Klaus Cichutek, had agreed to meet with Schöfbeck and other BKK officials about their concerns this afternoon. Schöfbeck’s termination was obviously timed to prevent his participation at that meeting, which will now go forward without him.

This is the behaviour of people who have deep confidence in the safety and effectiveness of our Corona vaccines.

HHS-Funded Lazarus Study Showed That Vaccine Adverse Events Are Underreported by 99%

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. explains that although there have been more deaths from the Covid vaccines “in the last 8 months than all of the deaths from all of the vaccines combined over the last 30 years,” there is an “epidemic” of underreporting vaccine injuries:

“The VAERS system doesn’t work... It is designed to undercount injuries by as much as 99%. Why do I say that? Because HHS did a study on the system in 2010… It’s called ‘Lazarus et al.’… What they found was that vaccine injuries… were happening in about 1 out of every 40 people per vaccine and that… fewer than 1% of vaccine injuries are reported…

When CDC saw the results, the frightening alarming results, they killed the study and refused to answer the phone calls of Lazarus and his team…The CDC stopped talking to its fellow agency because it didn’t like the news.”
