Federal Government Intervenes to Block Release of Expert Report on Dominion Voting System Vulnerabilities
“The Federal Gov’s Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) has filed a brief in a federal lawsuit to keep an expert report that exposes exploitable vulnerabilities in Dominion voting machines from the public, over concerns bad actors could obtain the information,” RAV’s Heather Mullins tweeted.
The petition notes that “CISA is particularly concerned about dissemination of potential vulnerabilities — even in redacted form — before CISA and the vendor have been able to address them through appropriate mitigation action. Such premature disclosure increases the risk that malicious actors may be able to exploit any vulnerabilities and threaten election security.”
The 25,000 word report was authored by University of Michigan Professor Alex Halderman. Referencing his Dominion study, Halderman told the Daily Beast, “Georgia voters face an extreme risk that ballot marking device-based attacks could manipulate their individual votes and alter election outcomes.”
Mullins added, “Former CISA Direct Chris Krebs told members of Congress this was the most secure election in U.S. history. The expert report by Professor Alex Halderman indicates otherwise. The equipment/software in question is reportedly in as many as 16 different states. So the risk is not limited to Georgia’s voting machines.”

Wisconsin: Dirty Voter Rolls, the ERIC Scam, and WEC the Fraud Enabler
The Wisconsin Assembly on Campaigns and Elections held an informational hearing on Wednesday in which Peter Bernegger presented compelling red flag analysis of Wisconsin’s voter rolls and voter registration system.
Bernegger’s team, comprised of 1,500 (soon to be 5,500) volunteers across the state, purchased $60K worth of Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) statewide and county voter registration lists spanning 4 different dates and secured access to a “super computer” to help analyze the data. Here’s what they’ve found so far:
• The Wis Vote database has 7.1M registrants despite the fact that the state only has 4M adults (Jeff O’Donnell reported the same shocking finding in December).
• The Wis Vote statewide voter database has never been audited in its 16-year existence.
• There are “625K dead people on the voter rolls statewide and that number grows weekly.”
• There are 1M voters with a 1918 registration date (Jeff O’Donnell also noticed this “glitch”).
• The city of Milwaukee alone has 264K voters with a 1918 registration date, 66K deceased voters, and 20K voters at an undeliverable address.
• “You can switch an inactive person to active with 2 clicks. It opens the door to fraud. You can flip 100K people, vote them, and flip them back and no one would ever know. We’ve seen how easy it is to do.” (Jeff O’Donnell also noted this capability in his December testimony).
• There are tens of thousands of addresses with large excess registrations, including 45K single family homes (for example, 26 people registered to a 2 bedroom apartment).
• There are thousands of voters with missing or inaccurate key information. For example some have no last name, others are missing a first name or an address, or they have a fake voter ID (a symbol or a word), or an address that doesn’t exist (like 0 Airport Rd).
• The Department of Transportation (DOT aka DMV) could not verify 46K voters who voted in the 2020 election (this issue was also identified by the LAB audit, which released its findings in October).
• The team found 1.5M illegally registered voters in the the state, 155K suspected fake voters, and 50K illegally cast ballots “that can be proven.”
Bernegger then addressed the ERIC voter registration “scam.”
ERIC, the false flag “voter roll accuracy system” used by 30 states, was funded by a Soros Open Society grant and founded by David Becker, who also founded CEIR, which received $70M from Zuckerberg to help Democrats “fortify” the 2020 election.
ERIC’s bylaws effectively require the WEC and election clerks to function as ERIC voter registration drive volunteers. ERIC identifies “eligible residents who are not registered to vote,” and Wisconsin is required “at a minimum to initiate contact [with those] citizens and inform them how to register to vote.”
Who is ERIC registering?
ERIC recently lost a lawsuit in DC that ruled the conditions imposed by its bylaws are illegal, Bernegger pointed out. He also noted that Louisiana has dropped ERIC, Arizona is expected to dump the ERIC system soon, and Florida is pushing to ditch ERIC.
Bernegger concluded by recommending that WEC be gutted and rebuilt. Their illegal “guidance” enabled fraud. For example WEC:
• Told clerks to stop counting on election night
• Declared that drop boxes were legal
• Decided that clerks could cure ballots
• Encouraged machine vendors to wipe system logs clean
• Overruled the requirement for Special Voting Deputies at nursing homes, which protects against ballot harvesting
• And permitted 46K voters without DOT verification to vote.
Bernegger’s team is also investigating: “human mules,” drop boxes, indefinitely confined voters, National Vote at Home, and Zuckerberg’s CTCL.

Wisconsin Prosecutor Declines to Bring Election Fraud Charges Against WEC Due to ‘Jurisdiction’ Issues
Racine County District Attorney Patricia Hanson, a Republican, said in a letter dated Thursday that she would not file charges against members of the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) because none of them live in her county and she lacks jurisdiction.
The district attorney said she was frustrated by the jurisdiction issue because she believed WEC willfully broke the law when it decided not to send Special Voting Deputies (SVDs) into nursing homes as required by state law.
“Despite knowing that what they were doing was contrary to law and despite being told by the Governor’s Office that they were exceeding their authority, the WEC instructed municipal and county clerks to eliminate the SVD process for elections in 2020,” Hanson wrote. “Proof of this comes directly from the recordings of the WEC meetings that can be found on their website and their recorded meetings.”
“It is appalling to me that an appointed, unelected group of volunteers, has enough authority to change how some of our most vulnerable citizens access voting,” Hanson added. “Residents who did not request ballots voted because someone else made a request for a ballot on their behalf and then voted on their behalf. If even one person’s right to freely choose to vote or not to vote was diminished, then a travesty of justice has occurred.”

Wisconsin’s state Supreme Court is letting a ban on drop boxes in the state go into effect for the state’s spring local elections, Politico reported.
In a 4-3 decision, the court denied a request from the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) and various liberal groups seeking to extend a previous stay, which permitted the use of drop boxes in the February 15 primary to “avoid confusion.”
The lawsuit seeking to eliminate drop boxes in the state is backed by the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty, which asserts that voting via drop box is not enumerated in state law and therefore the “guidance” from WEC authorizing its use was unconstitutional.
“Friday’s decision to not allow drop boxes for the spring election is not a final ruling on the merits, but it is an ominous sign for the future of drop boxes in the state,” Politico writes. “The liberal justices issued a scathing dissent on Friday chiding the minority as hurting voters.”😊

In a section of the filing titled "Factual Background," Durham claims that Sussman "had assembled and conveyed the allegations to the FBI on behalf of at least two specific clients, including a technology executive (Tech Executive-1 aka Rodney Joffe) at a U.S.-based internet company (Internet Company-1) and the Clinton campaign."
Durham's filing said the "billing records reflect" that Sussman "repeatedly billed the Clinton Campaign for his work on the Russian Bank-1 allegations," referencing fake white papers assembled by Sussman to indicate a connection between Trump and a Russian bank.
The filing also revealed that Sussman and the tech executive met and communicated with liberal activist lawyer Marc Elias.
"Tech Executive-1 tasked… researchers [at a U.S.-based university] to mine Internet data to establish “an inference” and “narrative” tying then-candidate Trump to Russia. In doing so, Tech Executive-1 indicated that he was seeking to please certain “VIPs,” referring to individuals at Law Firm-1 and the Clinton Campaign,” Durham stated.
Durham further claims that the internet company that Tech Executive-1 worked for "had come to access and maintain dedicated servers" for “the Executive Office of the President of the United States (EOP).”
"Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited this arrangement by mining the EOP's DNS traffic and other data for the purpose of gathering derogatory information about Donald Trump," the filing reads.

Wisconsin Voter Alliance Files Election Bribery Complaint Against Green Bay
The Wisconsin Voter Alliance (WVA) filed an “election bribery” complaint with the Wisconsin Elections Commission, citing illegal influence by Zuckerberg’s Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) in five key cities, Green Bay, Milwaukee, Kenosha, Racine, and Madison (“the Wisconsin 5”), which helped Biden allegedly win a narrow margin of approximately 20,000 votes. The respondents are Green Bay Mayor Eric Genrich, former Green Bay Mayor Chief of Staff Celestine Jeffries, and former City Clerk of Green Bay Kris Teske.
WVA “filed a similar complaint two weeks ago in the city of Racine,” and “will be following up with complaints in Kenosha, Madison, and Milwaukee,” the election integrity group’s President Ron Heuer said.
The complaint reads:
“The attached agreement documents violate the election bribery prohibition of Wisconsin Statutes § 12.11 because in the documents the cities and public officials receive private money to facilitate in-person or absentee voting within the city…
Wisconsin Statutes § 12.11 requires three elements for a municipality or its officials to engage in ‘election bribery’: (1) the definition of ‘anything of value’ must be met; (2) the thing of value must be received by a municipality or its election officials; and (3) the municipality must receive the thing of value in order to facilitate electors going to the polls or to facilitate electors voting by absentee ballot.”
The complaint goes on to meticulously record the shocking lengths to which private, Democrat-biased firms appointed by CTCL interfered in Wisconsin’s 2020 election:
“CTCL’s ‘partners’ introduced to the Wisconsin 5 were private corporations to aid or administer the city’s election administration:
• The National Vote At Home Institute (‘VoteAtHome’ or ‘NVAHI’) who was represented as a ‘technical assistance partner’ who could consult about among other things, ‘support outreach around absentee voting,’ voting machines and ‘curing absentee ballots,’ and to even take that duty (curing absentee ballots) off of the city’s hands.
• The Elections Group and Ryan Chew were represented to be able to provide ‘technical assistance partners to support your office’ and ‘will be connecting with you in the coming days regarding drop boxes’… [they also] worked on ‘voter outreach.’
• US Digital Response was suggested to help with and then take over ‘absentee ballot curing,’ and to ‘help streamline the hiring, onboarding, and management’ of Green Bay’s poll workers.
• The Brennan Center which focuses on ‘election integrity’ including ‘post-election audits and cybersecurity.’”
In addition, “in Green Bay, the private corporations [appointed by CTCL] and their employees engaged in the following aspects of election administration”:
“• Vote at Home… offered to ‘lend a hand’ to Central Count stations;
• Offered to connect a municipality to ‘partners like Power the Polls’ to recruit poll workers; to partner with CTCL to send out e-mails to recruit poll workers;
• Advised the City as to using DS200 voting machines;
• Provided a ‘voter navigator’ job description;
• Advised a municipality regarding moving the ‘Central Count’ from City Hall to a different location, which was wired to provide election results directly to private corporate employees;
• The Center for Civic Design offered a municipality to design the absentee voting instructions and the absentee envelopes;
• The Elections Group issued a Guide to Ballot Drop Boxes, a report on Planning Drop Boxes, Voter Outreach, and Communication;
• Provided advice about procedures for challenging an elector’s ballot…”

The Wisconsin Voter Alliance (WVA) filed an “election bribery” complaint with the Wisconsin Elections Commission, citing illegal influence by Zuckerberg’s Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) in five key cities, Green Bay, Milwaukee, Kenosha, Racine, and Madison (“the Wisconsin 5”), which helped Biden allegedly win a narrow margin of approximately 20,000 votes. The respondents are Green Bay Mayor Eric Genrich, former Green Bay Mayor Chief of Staff Celestine Jeffries, and former City Clerk of Green Bay Kris Teske.
WVA “filed a similar complaint two weeks ago in the city of Racine,” and “will be following up with complaints in Kenosha, Madison, and Milwaukee,” the election integrity group’s President Ron Heuer said.
The complaint reads:
“The attached agreement documents violate the election bribery prohibition of Wisconsin Statutes § 12.11 because in the documents the cities and public officials receive private money to facilitate in-person or absentee voting within the city…
Wisconsin Statutes § 12.11 requires three elements for a municipality or its officials to engage in ‘election bribery’: (1) the definition of ‘anything of value’ must be met; (2) the thing of value must be received by a municipality or its election officials; and (3) the municipality must receive the thing of value in order to facilitate electors going to the polls or to facilitate electors voting by absentee ballot.”
The complaint goes on to meticulously record the shocking lengths to which private, Democrat-biased firms appointed by CTCL interfered in Wisconsin’s 2020 election:
“CTCL’s ‘partners’ introduced to the Wisconsin 5 were private corporations to aid or administer the city’s election administration:
• The National Vote At Home Institute (‘VoteAtHome’ or ‘NVAHI’) who was represented as a ‘technical assistance partner’ who could consult about among other things, ‘support outreach around absentee voting,’ voting machines and ‘curing absentee ballots,’ and to even take that duty (curing absentee ballots) off of the city’s hands.
• The Elections Group and Ryan Chew were represented to be able to provide ‘technical assistance partners to support your office’ and ‘will be connecting with you in the coming days regarding drop boxes’… [they also] worked on ‘voter outreach.’
• US Digital Response was suggested to help with and then take over ‘absentee ballot curing,’ and to ‘help streamline the hiring, onboarding, and management’ of Green Bay’s poll workers.
• The Brennan Center which focuses on ‘election integrity’ including ‘post-election audits and cybersecurity.’”
In addition, “in Green Bay, the private corporations [appointed by CTCL] and their employees engaged in the following aspects of election administration”:
“• Vote at Home… offered to ‘lend a hand’ to Central Count stations;
• Offered to connect a municipality to ‘partners like Power the Polls’ to recruit poll workers; to partner with CTCL to send out e-mails to recruit poll workers;
• Advised the City as to using DS200 voting machines;
• Provided a ‘voter navigator’ job description;
• Advised a municipality regarding moving the ‘Central Count’ from City Hall to a different location, which was wired to provide election results directly to private corporate employees;
• The Center for Civic Design offered a municipality to design the absentee voting instructions and the absentee envelopes;
• The Elections Group issued a Guide to Ballot Drop Boxes, a report on Planning Drop Boxes, Voter Outreach, and Communication;
• Provided advice about procedures for challenging an elector’s ballot…”

Sheriff Schmaling, who led an investigation into nursing home ballot harvesting in Racine County, told the press he will be reaching out to other district attorneys to ask them to bring charges against the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) “today, as soon as I’m done talking to you.”
Racine County D.A. Patricia Hanson released a letter last week saying that she was unable to prosecute WEC due to a “jurisdiction” issue.
“More importantly,” Schmaling continued, “we have an AG, who, by the way, is asking for 4 more years… I believe this was a statewide issue… who better to look at this on a statewide level.”
WEC issued the same illegal, fraud-enablement guidance to nursing homes across the state. Schmaling noted that the statute of limitations for WEC’s elder voter abuse crimes is 6 years.

Approximately 11% of the ballots reviewed by team Biden had signatures that were deemed “inconclusive,” meaning the expert could “not testify that the signature on the envelope/ affidavit matched the signature on file.”
Another 100 ballots examined by the plaintiff’s expert, the Trump team, found 6% of the signatures were “inconclusive.”
Were this error rate to hold across 1.7M mail-in ballots in Maricopa County, it would represent roughly 100K - 190K votes or 10x - 20x Biden’s alleged statewide margin.
