Hearing to Compel Testimony From Wisconsin Mayors Set for April, Special Counsel Gableman Clarifies He Was Not Seeking to Jail Officials for Noncompliance

The mayors of Green Bay and Madison, Wisconsin have refused to be deposed by Special Counsel Mike Gableman for his investigation into the 2020 election.

Gableman filed a lawsuit in November seeking a “writ of attachment on the person” for Green Bay Mayor Eric Genrich and Madison Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway and asked “the Waukesha County Sheriff to execute such commitment until [the mayors] fulfilled [their] legal duties in responding to said subpoena.”

In a letter to Waukesha County Circuit Judge Ralph Ramirez, Gableman’s attorney Kevin Scott clarified that the former state Supreme Court Justice did not intend to jail Mayors Rhodes-Conway and Genrich for noncooperation. The intent of the court order was to “induce compliance with the subpoenas at issue, not to seek the incarceration of two elected officials,” the Cap Times reported.

On Friday, Judge Ramirez said he needed more facts before deciding whether to compel the mayors to testify, asking both sides to submit their arguments over the next 10 weeks and set a hearing for April 22, according to an AP News article.

“The investigation was supposed to be done in December, but the legal battles will prolong it past the end of the legislative session in March when Republicans hoped to act on recommendations,” the article continued.

“The latest twists come in a multi-faceted legal battle over the Republican-ordered investigation that involves multiple lawsuits in different counties before several judges. Most, if not all, of the cases are expected to make their way to the conservative-controlled Wisconsin Supreme Court,” AP News concluded.

Earlier this month, Dane County Circuit Judge Rhonda Lanford rejected AG Kaul’s attempt to block Gableman’s Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) subpoena. Lanford’s ruling allows Gableman to move forward with his deposition of the state’s chief elections administrator, Meagan Wolfe, and obtain election-related documents and data.

Who’s ‘Cleaning’ Our Voter Rolls? Soros Funded ERIC Is Now Used in 31 States

After decades of fighting to keep voter rolls dirty, Democrats put themselves in charge of the “clean up.” In 2012 they founded the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC), a left wing voter registration drive disguised as voter roll “accuracy” management. Funded by a grant from the Soros Open Society, ERIC is now controls the voter logs in 31 States, plus D.C.

The database tracks everything a bad actor would need to influence the outcome of an election. For example TGP explains:

“Member states must not only submit all details on inactive and active voters to ERIC every 60 days. But they must also provide every individual in their states Motor Vehicle Department database, both licensed and ID recipients. This combo of data is breathtaking. It’s everyone who could generate a legal ballot… This data includes names, addresses, DOB, License #, last 4 of social security #, voter activity, phone, email, type of citizenship documentation, and much more!” (See Exhibit A, B)

In addition ERIC accumulates direct voting data for federal elections. The database records: “the total number of provisional ballots cast; the total number of provisional ballots counted; the total number of provisional ballots uncounted, by reason (if available); the number of new voters who registered and voted on the same day; and the number of updates to a voter’s existing registration submitted on the same day on which they voted.” (See Exhibit A, C)

Just about the only thing that ERIC does NOT want to know is who is voting illegally. Their rules explain that “under no circumstances shall the members transmit any record indicating an individual is a non-citizen of the U.S.” (See Exhibit A, 2b)

In 2020, ERIC managed to add 17 million new voters to the rolls in time for the November election, three times the 5.7 million they found for Obama’s 2012 re-election when they only had 7 member states.

Handing over the management of our voter rolls and all of our election data to Soros & comrades is a recipe for perennial election sabotage. Ask your state representatives what they’re doing about ERIC. These are the 31 states currently ensnared in the Soros system:

Wisconsin Decertification Resolution Moves to Assembly Rules Committee

In a stealth procedural maneuver, Rep. Timothy Ramthun was able to move his resolution to withdraw Wisconsin’s 10 electors to the Assembly Committee on Rules, as @MDExposure reported earlier tonight.

There have been some confusing headlines claiming that the Wisconsin Assembly passed Ramthun’s decertification resolution. This is not correct. Robert Glisczinski explains it well on @Praying_Medic’s channel:

“Sorry Jim but you got this wrong. The vote was on AB743. Rep Ramthun used assembly rule 43 to get his resolution on the floor. His resolution is AJR120, and after a short discussion, the leadership referred AJR 120 to the Assembly rules committee. It will likely die there as Rep Steineke chairs and Vos is a memeber of that committee. Assembly rule 43 allows ‘privileged resolutions’ to be brought up during any normal business so Ramthun used that rule to get it heard. RINO Rep. Steineke made it clear where he stands on Ramthun’s resolution, tweeting:

“Rep Ramthun just attempted to pass an Assembly resolution to recall WI’s presidential electors. Not only is it illegal, it’s just plain unconstitutional. As chair of the Rules Committee, there is ZERO chance I will advance this illegal resolution. #EndofStory”

However, in a livestream discussion, Marcus Dee pointed out that if Ramthun’s resolution fails to get traction in Committee, he may be able to introduce an amended version of the bill to the Assembly and call for a floor vote. “We’d need 13 RINOs to change their minds,” Marcus says. “But at least we’d know where everyone stands,” Behizy added.

Whistleblowers Share DOD Medical Data That Blows Vaccine Safety Debate Wide Open | Daniel Horowitz The Blaze

Data, transparency, and surveillance. That is what has been missing from the greatest experiment on humans of all time throughout this pandemic. Now, military medical whistleblowers have come forward with what they claim is perhaps the most accurate and revealing data set on vaccine safety one could possibly find.

On Monday, during Sen. Ron Johnson’s five-hour hearing on a “COVID-19: Second Opinion,” Ohio attorney Thomas Renz, who has been representing clients suing the vaccine mandates, presented DOD medical billing data from the Defense Medical Epidemiology Database (DMED) that paints a shockingly disturbing picture of the health of our service members in 2021:

• Neurological issues: a 1,000% increase, from a baseline average of 82,000 to 863,000

• Cancer: an almost 300% increase in cancer diagnoses (from a five-year average of 38,700 per year to 114,645 in the first 11 months of 2021)

• Pulmonary embolisms: a 467% increase

• Myocardial infarction: a 269% increase

• Bell’s palsy: a 291% increase

• Miscarriages: a 300% increase in 2021 over the five-year average. The five-year average was 1,499 codes for miscarriages per year. During the first 10 months of 2021, it was 4,182.

• Congenital malformations (for children of military personnel): a 156% increase

• Female infertility: a 471% increase

DMED is quite literally an epidemiological surveillance program designed for the express purpose of detecting surges in illness and injury to make sure the military is combat-ready. It’s about national security even more than public health. Why would the military not have blown the whistle and warned the CDC right away about this data? On the military health system website, the Armed Forces Health Surveillance Division (AFHSD) is described as “the central epidemiologic resource for the U.S. Armed Forces, conducting medical surveillance to protect those who serve our nation in uniform and allies who are critical to our national security interests.”

ICYMI: Savage Election Fraud Lawsuit Filed Against Delaware County, PA and Former SOS Kathy Boockvar

Seventh Circuit law clerk Professor Margot Cleveland shared several shocking videos in mid November documenting premeditated, felony election evidence destruction in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, (the fifth most populous county in PA).

On November 17th, a lawsuit was filed against county election officials and former Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar. The suit begins🔥:

“Defendants intentionally and fraudulently conspired to destroy, delete, secrete, and hide November 3, 2020, election data, materials, and equipment to prevent discovery of election fraud and election law violations in Delaware County, which the Defendants also conspired to commit and did commit while carrying out the November 3, 2020, election…

Moreover, when a May 21, 2021 Right to Know (RTK) request for election information and data was made with respect to information that is by federal and state law to be kept and preserved, the Defendants fraudulently and intentionally deleted, changed, adulterated, manipulated and/or obscured the information, data, and materials produced in response to the RTK request in order to hide their fraud and election code violations because they knew that they could not reconcile the previously fraudulently reported November 3, 2020 election results with the actual responsive information that they had in their possession and which they were required to preserve and produce in response to the Right to Know request.

Plaintiffs know this to be the case and can document this and demonstrate this by showing, among other things, that November 3, 2020 election data, materials, and equipment [were] destroyed including but not limited to V-Drives, Return Sheets, machine tapes/proof sheets/result tapes, Mail-In Ballots, Ballots Destroyed, voting machines, hard drives, paper documentation, Blue Crest data, correspondence concerning the November 3, 2020 election.”

The lawsuit further alleges that the fraud was outcome-altering:

“61. It appears Delaware County was the last county to submit its presidential vote total in the state potentially changing November 3, 2020 election results in numerous races.

62. It appears prior to Delaware County submitting its vote totals, Donald J. Trump was leading Joseph Biden by 7,515 votes.

63. Delaware County submitted [its] presidential votes total with a difference of 88,070 between the two presidential candidates. [Exhibit G].”

The entire document is a savage, painstakingly detailed account of criminal conspiracy to commit election fraud, backed up by video.

Flashback: GOP Poll Watcher and Fraud Expert Gives Potent Testimony About What He Observed in Delaware County, Pennsylvania

Gregory Stenstrom, a Navy veteran and forensic computer scientist, testified before the State Senate Majority Policy Committee hearing in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, in November 2020 about an unscrupulous, “forensically destructive” election process in Delaware County, Townhall reported last year.

"As as an expert in this, I think it’s impossible to verify the validity of about 100,000 to 120,000 votes. Delaware County has 425,000 registered voters. Approximately 300,000 of them voted… but of that number, over 100,000 are in question in my mind," he added.

According to the November 2021 lawsuit filed against former SOS Kathy Boockvar and county election officials, “Delaware County was the last county to submit its presidential vote total in the state, potentially changing November 3, 2020 election results in numerous races.”

The lawsuit noted that “prior to Delaware County submitting its vote totals, Donald J. Trump was leading Joseph Biden by 7,515 votes. Delaware County submitted [its] presidential votes total with a difference of 88,070 between the two presidential candidates.”

Biden’s alleged margin in PA was 81,660 votes.

New Paper by Dr. Peter McCullough and Colleagues Explains the Abrupt Policy Reversal on Boosters by the WHO and EU Drug Regulators

A January 2022 paper by Stephanie Seneff, Greg Nigh, Anthony Kyriakopoulos, and Peter McCullough, titled, “Innate Immune Suppression by SARS-CoV-2 mRNA Vaccinations,” concludes that Covid mRNA vaccines can cause a negative immune response, which may be associated with a host of other health issues including cancer, neurodegenerative disease, myocarditis, liver disease, and DNA damage.

In December, the EU equivalent of the FDA, the European Medicines Agency (EMA), recommended boosters every 3 months. Less than 5 weeks later, on January 12th, they abruptly reversed course: “We will end up potentially having problems with immune response and immune response may end up not being as good as we would like it to be, so we should be careful in not overloading the immune system with repeated immunization,” Marco Cavaleri, the EMA’s head of vaccines strategy, told a media briefing.

That same day, the WHO released a similar booster back-pedal statement:
“A vaccination strategy based on repeated booster doses of the original vaccine composition is unlikely to be appropriate or sustainable.”

The Seneff et al. paper offers an explanation for the swift booster backtrack:

“The mRNA SARS-CoV-2 vaccines were brought to market in response to the widely perceived public health crises of Covid-19. The utilization of mRNA vaccines in the context of infectious disease had no precedent, but desperate times seemed to call for desperate measures… However, both experimental and observational evidence reveals a very different immune response to the vaccines compared to the response to infection with SARS-CoV-2. As we will show, the genetic modifications introduced by the vaccine are likely the source of these differential responses.

In this paper, we present the evidence that vaccination, unlike natural infection, induces a profound impairment in type I interferon signaling, which has diverse adverse consequences to human health… We also identify potential profound disturbances in regulatory control of protein synthesis and cancer surveillance. These disturbances are shown to have a potentially direct causal link to neurodegenerative disease, myocarditis, immune thrombocytopenia, Bell’s palsy, liver disease, impaired adaptive immunity, increased tumorigenesis, and DNA damage. We show evidence from adverse event reports in the VAERS database supporting our hypothesis.

We believe a comprehensive risk/benefit assessment of the mRNA vaccines excludes them as positive contributors to public health, even in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic…

We anticipate that implementation of booster vaccinations on a wide scale will make all of these problems only more acute, and it will serve to further erode antiviral immune competence and innate cancer surveillance and protection for the global population subjected to these repeated boosters.”

Voter Roll Victory: Louisiana Withdraws From Soros-Funded ERIC System

Secretary of State Kyle Ardoin has announced that Louisiana will suspend its participation in the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC), effective immediately. The announcement comes amid concerns raised by citizens, government watchdog organizations and media reports about potential questionable funding sources and that possibly partisan actors may have access to ERIC network data for political purposes, potentially undermining voter confidence.

“When Louisiana joined ERIC under my predecessor, we did so under the impression that it would enhance the accuracy of our voter rolls and strengthen Louisiana’s election integrity. After reading about these allegations and speaking with election attorneys and experts, I have determined that it may no longer be in Louisiana’s best interests to participate in this organization,” Secretary Ardoin said. “It is vital that any legitimate allegation of voter fraud or possible misuse of our voters’ personal information is investigated. My job is to ensure that the data voters entrust to my office is protected. I look forward to ERIC’s swift response to these allegations.”

ERIC was founded in 2012 by seven states, including Colorado, Delaware, Maryland, Nevada, Utah, Virginia, Washington and the Pew Charitable Trusts. It has since grown to include 30 states and the District of Columbia. Louisiana joined the organization in 2014.

Court Strikes Down Pennsylvania’s ‘Unconstitutional’ Universal Vote-by-Mail Law | The National Pulse

A Pennsylvania court has ruled that a state law allowing for universal vote-by-mail was unconstitutional.

A January 28th opinion by Judge Mary Leavitt explains why the court struck down Act 77, which allowed all Pennsylvanians to vote via mail-in-ballots during elections:

“As registered voters, Petitioners have a right to vote on a constitutional amendment prior to the implementation of no-excuse mail-in voting in Pennsylvania. As past and likely future candidates for office, Petitioners have been or will be impacted by dilution of votes in every election in which improper mail-in ballots are counted…

In the 2020 general election, 2.7 million ballots were cast as mail-in or absentee ballots; more than 1.38 million Pennsylvania electors have requested to be placed on a permanent mail-in ballot list… Given these numbers, it is obvious that no-excuse mail-in voting impacts a candidate’s campaign strategy. We conclude that Petitioners have standing…

[We] declare Act 77 to violate Article VII, Section 1 of the Pennsylvania Constitution,12 PA. CONST. art. VII, §1.”

The decision follows unprecedented levels of voting irregularities and anomalies in Pennsylvania during the 2020 election, which was overseen by the state’s Democratic leadership.

In Philadelphia, for example, the probability of the city’s voting outcome is as likely as someone flipping a coin 100 times and landing on heads every time.

Per data provided by the state of Pennsylvania, an exorbitant number of individuals cast ballots, only voting for the president. Analysis reveals this phenomenon occurred exponentially more with Biden voters.

“Another way to track down fraudulent votes is to look closely at how many of the votes did little or no down-ticket voting. When manufacturing votes, it is too time consuming to vote for other office holders,” the report notes.

Governor Tom Wolf’s administration announced it will appeal the ruling. The the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, which has a 5-2 Dem majority, dismissed a November 2020 challenge to the Act 77 law on a “laches” technicality.
