Supreme Court Tanks Biden's OSHA Vaccine Mandate but Allows Mandate for Healthcare Workers to Proceed | CBS
The Supreme Court on Thursday blocked the Biden administration's vaccine-or-test rule for businesses with at least 100 workers for now, but granted a separate request from the Biden administration to allow its vaccine mandate for healthcare workers to take effect.
In an unsigned opinion on the vaccine-or-test rule from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the high court said a slew of GOP-led states, businesses and nonprofit organizations that challenged the rule are "likely to prevail" in their challenge to the requirement.
"Although Congress has indisputably given OSHA the power to regulate occupational dangers, it has not given that agency the power to regulate public health more broadly," the court said. "Requiring the vaccination of 84 million Americans, selected simply because they work for employers with more than 100 employees, certainly falls in the latter category."
A lower court opinion from Chief Judge Jeffrey Sutton of the Sixth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals proved important to the dispute. Thursday’s nine-page decision cited Sutton’s opinion four times, the Washington Free Beacon noted.
The three members of the court's liberal wing, Justices Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan dissented.
The high court, though, gave the green-light to the requirement that health care workers in facilities that receive Medicare and Medicaid funding must be vaccinated, siding 5-4 with the Biden administration pending further proceedings.
"Healthcare facilities that wish to participate in Medicare and Medicaid have always been obligated to satisfy a host of conditions that address the safe and effective provision of healthcare," the decision reads.
Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch and Amy Coney Barrett dissented.

Third party organizations have had access to them for a long time. They’re all liberal organizations. Because of that, we have dead people voting, we have people who are underage voting, illegal aliens voting, and…people who no longer live in PA who are still on the voter rolls. This investigation…could show that and allow us to clean up the voter rolls and that’s a win.”
Shuppe also noted that the Senate has subpoenaed the communications between the Board of Elections and former SOS Kathy Boockvar, who illegally changed election laws at the last minute.
While acknowledging the voter roll victory, Shuppe points out that this is not yet a forensic audit, no ballots or envelopes have been subpoenaed, there’s no signature verification review, and the only machines being examined are those in tiny Fulton County (pop. 14K), where an earlier investigation by Wake TSI found unauthorized SQL database tools installed.

In a Telegram post last week, Shuppe asked, “How did our voter rolls in Pennsylvania become so inflated? One possible answer: 3rd party liberal organizations had Web API access.”Groups like the NAACP, AFL-CIO, Tom Wolfe for Governor, Planned Parenthood, and Twitter have the ability to register PA voters, change voter registration information, and request ‘no-excuse’ mail-in ballots.
As part of their investigation into the 2020 election, the ATVPA team has started a canvassing operation. They’ve contacted approximately 10,000 homes in 20 Pennsylvania counties (500 homes per county) and have found discrepancies in 30% of the cases.
They have also analyzed the state voter file and uncovered some interesting anomalies. For example on 8/29/1996, more than 130K people were registered to vote in Montgomery County, PA, which then had a population of approximately 700K. Roughly 18% of the county’s residents were registered on a single day — and more than 100K of them voted in the 2020 election.

A Wisconsin judge has ruled that absentee ballot drop boxes and ballot harvesting are not allowed under state law, a decision that could dramatically impact voting ahead of the swing state's midterm elections, Just the News reports.
Waukesha County Circuit Court Judge Michael Bohren also declared that the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) had overstepped its authority when it issued guidance to election officials on the use of drop boxes in 2020.
The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty (WILL), which brought the lawsuit against the WEC in June 2021, explained in a press release:
“There are just two legal ways in Wisconsin to submit an absentee ballot. When voting by absentee ballot, state law says ‘[t]he envelope [containing the ballot] shall be mailed by the elector, or delivered in person, to the municipal clerk issuing the ballot or ballots.’
An unstaffed, unsupervised absentee ballot drop box does not meet either of these legal options. And it raises significant concerns that elections are not being conducted legally and that Wisconsin voters will not have certainty that their votes will be counted if cast in this manner.
WILL’s recent Review of the 2020 Election found that the widespread adoption of absentee ballot drop boxes, not provided for under Wisconsin law, was correlated with an increase of about 20,000 votes for Joe Biden, while having no significant effect on the vote for Trump.” Biden’s alleged margin in Wisconsin was 20,682 votes.
The ruling means drop boxes will not be allowed in the the February 15 spring primary, the Wisconsin State Journal noted.

We took the liberty of improving the excerpts below by replacing terms like “restrictive voting access” and “the Big Lie” with more accurate phrasing:

At least 19* states passed 34 laws to improve election integrity. More than 440 bills with provisions that fortify voting access were introduced in 49 states in the 2021 legislative sessions. Fortunately, the momentum around this legislation continues. So far, at least 13 election integrity bills have been pre-filed for the 2022 legislative session in four** states. These early indicators — coupled with the ongoing mobilization around the Big Truth — suggest that efforts to secure the integrity of elections will continue to be a serious threat to Dems in 2022.

Dems Sneak Election Fraud Enshrinement Legislation Into Popular NASA Bill
In a tweet last Thursday, Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY) warned that Dems have inserted election federalization legislation into a NASA leasing bill that has broad support:
“Democrats know they can't pass their radical voting rights bills on their own merit, so now they're disguising them as a NASA-related bill. This is just their latest scheme to pass universal mail-in ballots, same-day registration & use $1.2 billion to fund their campaigns.”
Rep. Kat Cammack (R-FL) sounded the alarm in a separate video, the Dems “took 2 dangerous bills, HR1 and HR4 and created a love child… and tucked all of this egregious language into the NASA bill.”
What’s in the bill? Everything the Dems need to stay in power. The legislation:
• Eliminates voter ID (to vote and to register to vote)
• Creates a 3 week Election “Day” - 2 weeks to vote and 1 week to count
• Mandates universal mail-in ballots
• Eliminates signature verification on absentee ballots
• Makes it difficult to clean up voter rolls
• Prevents states from banning ballot harvesting
• Allows non-citizens to vote
• Uses tax payer funds to finance political campaigns
The Senate debate will begin on Tuesday 1/18. What can you do? Call your 2 state senators and tell them to vote No on the NASA ‘voting rights’ bill and to uphold the filibuster. Let them know that you’d like a response.

Several Republican House members have sounded the alarm about Dem election federalization legislation camouflaged in a widely supported NASA bill.
Rep. Malliotakis claimed that the scheme would allow Dems to entirely bypass the Senate filibuster and pass the legislation with a simple majority vote. Fortunately, this is incorrect. The Dems skirted the 60 votes needed to initiate debate, but as long as the filibuster remains intact, the bill still requires 60 votes to become law. The Hill explains:

A Q4 2021 Gallup poll shows a dramatic shift in Americans’ political preferences over the last year.
Democrats started 2021 with a 9 percentage point lead over Republicans. By the end of 2021, Dem Party identification fell 7 points, while Republicans gained 7 points, giving the GOP a 5 point advantage, and that’s according to left-leaning Gallup.
The Daily Wire puts the shift in perspective: “The five-point edge for the Republican Party in the fourth quarter ties the largest lead the party has held in the Gallup poll since it began measuring such data in 1991. DeSantis Drafts Muscular Redistricting Map Countering the Weak-Kneed Florida Senate Proposals
The Florida Senate submitted 2 lily-livered congressional redistricting proposals this week that Red State called “an absolute giveaway to Democrats, taking things from the current 16R-11D map to a 16R-12D map.”
“Instead of backing down, the Governor once again did what had to be done. In this case, that meant releasing a map that put pressure on the Florida Senate, letting it be known that he’s going to veto any map that doesn’t take full advantage of Florida’s Republican shift over the last several years,” Breitbart wrote.
Dave Wasserman commented on the DeSantis proposal, tweeting, the Governor’s “plan could result in as lopsided as 20R-8D (up from 16R-11D now), the most brutal gerrymander proposed by a Florida R yet. Whether it could pass the legislature/court muster is another question.”
Bonchie at Red State is optimistic. “The Florida Supreme Court is extremely conservative and the Voting Rights Act (which has basically just become a bludgeon to attack Republican gerrymanders while leaving Democrat gerrymanders alone) would likely not apply to any of the drawn districts outside of maybe FL-5, which could draw a federal challenge. Even then, the issue is worth pressing.”

Wisconsin Special Counsel Subpoenas Voting Machine Companies in 2020 Election Review, Court Grants Access to WEC’s Meagan Wolfe
Former Supreme Court Justice and Wisconsin Special Counsel Mike Gableman has added to the 70 election investigation subpoenas he announced in late October, expanding outside of Wisconsin, as promised, to request information from Colorado-based Dominion Voting Systems and Nebraska-based Electronic Systems & Software (ES&S).
Gableman's subpoenas, dated December 28, demand the voting “company officials produce the requested documents later this month and order them to testify in private at his rented office space in Brookfield. Gableman set a series of deadlines to receive the documents and testimony, with the earliest on Wednesday,” the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported.
Last week, a Wisconsin judge rejected an attempt by the state’s Democratic attorney general to block Gableman’s subpoena seeking to interview the state’s chief elections administrator and obtain election-related documents and data as part of a GOP-ordered investigation, Fox 47 wrote.
The ruling from Dane County Circuit Judge Rhonda Lanford is a victory for Team Gableman. It means that he can move forward — at least for now — with a closed-door interview with the state’s top elections official, Meagan Wolfe, even as other legal battles over his authority are pending, Fox 47 added.

“This week, I half-jokingly asked Ben Wikler, the chairman of the Wisconsin Democratic Party, what it felt like to be on the front lines of protecting American democracy. He replied, dead serious, by telling me what it was like. He spends his days obsessing over mayoral races in 20,000-person towns, because those mayors appoint the city clerks who decide whether to pull the drop boxes for mail-in ballots and [it’s] small changes to electoral administration that could be the difference between winning Senator Ron Johnson’s seat in 2022… and losing the race and the Senate. Wikler is organizing volunteers to staff phone banks to recruit people who believe in democracy to serve as municipal poll workers, because Steve Bannon has made it his mission to recruit people who don’t believe in democracy to serve as municipal poll workers.

Ekstra Bladet, one of Denmark’s largest newspapers, has apologized for “hypnotically” parroting the government Covid narrative in an article titled, "We failed." The paper explained:

Ekstra Bladet, one of Denmark’s largest newspapers, has apologized for “hypnotically” parroting the government Covid narrative in an article titled, "We failed." The paper explained:
“For ALMOST two years, we - the press and the population - have been almost hypnotically preoccupied with the authorities' daily coronatal.
WE HAVE NOT been vigilant enough at the garden gate when the authorities were required to answer what it actually meant that people are hospitalized with corona and not because of corona. Because it makes a difference. A big difference.
ANOTHER example: The vaccines are consistently referred to as our 'superweapon'. And our hospitals are called 'superhospitals'. Nevertheless, these super-hospitals are apparently maximally pressured, even though almost the entire population is armed with a super-weapon.

Respected Israeli Immunologist Blasts Ministry of Health: ‘It’s Time to Admit Failure’ | Swiss Policy Research
Professor Ehud Qimron, head of the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at Tel Aviv University and one of the leading Israeli immunologists, has written an open letter sharply criticizing the Israeli – and indeed global – management of the coronavirus pandemic. The following are excerpts translated from Hebrew:
“Two years late, you finally realise that a respiratory virus cannot be defeated and that any such attempt is doomed to fail. You do not admit it, because you have admitted almost no mistake in the last two years, but in retrospect it is clear that you have failed miserably in almost all of your actions, and even the media is already having a hard time covering your shame.
You refused to admit that mass testing is ineffective, despite your own contingency plans explicitly stating so (“Pandemic Influenza Health System Preparedness Plan, 2007”, p. 26).
You refused to admit that recovery is more protective than a vaccine, despite previous knowledge and observations showing that non-recovered vaccinated people are more likely to be infected than recovered people. You refused to admit that the vaccinated are contagious despite the observations. Based on this, you hoped to achieve herd immunity by vaccination – and you failed in that as well.
You slandered colleagues who did not surrender to you, you turned the people against each other, divided society and polarised the discourse. You branded, without any scientific basis, people who chose not to get vaccinated as enemies of the public and as spreaders of disease. You promote, in an unprecedented way, a draconian policy of discrimination, denial of rights and selection of people, including children, for their medical choice. A selection that lacks any epidemiological justification.
There is currently no medical emergency, but you have been cultivating such a condition for two years now because of lust for power, budgets and control. The only emergency now is that you still set policies and hold huge budgets for propaganda and psychological engineering instead of directing them to strengthen the health care system.”
