• Fauci conceded that officials might be “over-counting” the number of COVID cases — particularly with regard to pediatric cases — in hospitals:

“If you look at the children who are hospitalized, many of them are hospitalized with COVID as opposed to because of COVID,” Fauci said… So it’s over-counting the number of children who are, quote, ‘hospitalized with COVID,’ as opposed to because of COVID.”

• CDC Director Walensky acknowledged that they are tracking the difference between deaths from Covid versus with Covid:

“Do you know how many of the 836,000 deaths in the U.S. linked to COVID are from COVID or how many are with COVID, but they had other comorbidities? Do you have that breakdown?” Bret Baier asked Walensky.

“Yes of course with omicron we’re following that very carefully,” Walensky responded. “Our death registry of course takes a few weeks… to collect. And of course omicron has just been with us for a few weeks. But those data will be forthcoming.”

• Walensky also admitted that 75% of the Covid fatalities occurred in people with four other comorbities. The CDC’s website notes that only 5% of Covid deaths in the U.S. (about 42K) can be attributed to the virus alone:

“For over 5% of these deaths, COVID-19 was the only cause mentioned on the death certificate. For deaths with conditions or causes in addition to COVID-19, on average, there were 4.0 additional conditions or causes per death.”

• New York Governor Hochul disclosed that 43% of the state’s Covid hospitalizations were admitted for a reason other than Covid and just happened to test positive.

• The CDC has withdrawn the PCR test, acknowledging that it cannot differentiate between the flu and Covid and may return false positives for several months.

Iowa Is Defying Biden's OSHA Vaccine Mandate, Regardless of What SCOTUS Decides | Townhall

Iowa, one of 22 states with its own OSHA-approved plan that covers both private and government workers, submitted notice Friday that it will neither adopt nor enforce the vaccine mandate, which requires weekly testing and mask-wearing for all non-vaccinated employees.

The Des Moines Register reported:

“Iowa Labor Commissioner Rod Roberts said in a news release that the state has determined its existing standards ‘are at least as effective as the federal standard change.’

Iowa is among 21 states that have an individual state plan for workplace safety, which gives the state the option of writing its own workplace rules for public and private sector workers. But those rules can’t be weaker than what the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration requires.

‘Iowa doesn’t have a standard requiring the COVID-19 vaccine or testing. But after closely reviewing the federal OSHA Vaccine Mandate, Iowa has determined it will not adopt the federal standard,’ Roberts said.”

NYC Mayor Signs Noncitizen Voting Bill Into Law, Swelling Dem Rolls | Western Journal

American citizenship is no longer required to vote in New York City’s local elections.

Mayor Eric Adams said Saturday he supports a plan to allow non-citizens to vote in Big Apple municipal contests, saying it was the “best choice,” according to the New York Post.

The bill was passed by the City Council last month and took effect Sunday because neither Adams nor former Mayor Bill DeBlasio vetoed it, according to The New York Times.

About 800,000 people who are not U.S. citizens can now vote for New York City mayor, council races, and local ballot propositions.

Brooklyn Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis responded to Mayor Adams on Twitter:

“Why don’t you tell people what the bill actually does: allows 800,000+ non citizens to vote in NYC after 30 days residency, a right reserved for citizens by the New York State Constitution…

We’ll see you in court.”

Omicron ‘Makes Biden’s Vaccine Mandates Obsolete’ | WSJ + Daily Wire

While the U.S. Supreme Court is currently weighing whether to allow President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate for employers to stand, the Wall Street Journal said Sunday the issue is already moot.

“Federal courts considering the Biden administration’s vaccination mandates — including the Supreme Court at Friday’s oral argument — have focused on administrative-law issues. The decrees raise constitutional issues as well. But there’s a simpler reason the justices should stay these mandates: the rise of the Omicron variant,” the paper wrote.

The Omicron variant now accounts for nearly every new case of the virus blanketing the U.S., the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reported last week. The new strain represented 95.4% of sequenced COVID-19 cases during the week ending on New Year’s Day, while the once-dominant Delta variant made up just only 4.6% of sequenced cases, the CDC said.

“It would be irrational, legally indefensible, and contrary to the public interest for government to mandate vaccines absent any evidence that the vaccines are effective in stopping the spread of the pathogen they target. Yet that’s exactly what’s happening here,” the article noted.

The Journal continued:

“One preprint study found that after 30 days the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines no longer had any statistically significant positive effect against Omicron infection, and after 90 days, their effect went negative — i.e., vaccinated people were more susceptible to Omicron infection. Confirming this negative efficacy finding, data from Denmark and the Canadian province of Ontario indicate that vaccinated people have higher rates of Omicron infection than unvaccinated people.

Meantime, it has long been known that vaccinated people with breakthrough infections are highly contagious, and preliminary data from all over the world indicate that this is true of Omicron as well. As CDC Director Rochelle Walensky put it last summer, the viral load in the noses and throats of vaccinated people infected with Delta is ‘indistinguishable’ from that of unvaccinated people, and ‘what [the vaccines] can’t do anymore is prevent transmission.’”

In a Yahoo Finance interview today, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla said that two Pfizer mRNA shots — which he once claimed were 100% effective at preventing the disease — now “offer very limited protection, if any” against Covid-1984. He said this in the context of pushing for a new round of shots for the Omicron variant, which has symptoms so mild, they are indistinguishable from the common cold.

Project Veritas Releases Military Documents That Affirm What We Already Know About Fauci: He’s a Serial Liar | The Post Millennial

Project Veritas released documents from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Monday night which appear to contradict NIH Director Dr. Anthony Fauci’s sworn testimony regarding gain of function research, suggest that effective Covid-19 therapeutics were recognized and suppressed, and the agencies were aware of the dangers and poor efficacy of the mRNA vaccines.

One document claims that EcoHealth Alliance approached DARPA in March 2018 looking to obtain funding for Project Defuse to conduct gain of function research of coronaviruses from bats.

According to Project Veritas, the proposal was rejected by DARPA because it violated a gain of function research moratorium and there were safety concerns.

However the documents indicate that, NIAID, under the direction of Dr. Fauci, nevertheless proceeded with the research at the Wuhan Virology Lab in China and at several sites other across the US.

An August 2021 report to the Inspector General of the Department of Defense written by DARPA Fellow and U.S. Marine Corps Major, Joseph Murphy, “goes on to detail concern regarding the COVID-19 gain of function program, the concealment of documents, the suppression of potential curatives, like Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine, and the [risk profile of the] mRNA vaccines,” states Project Veritas.

Specifically, the report to the Inspector General notes that both Ivermectin and Hydroxychloriquine were “identified [in] April 2020 [as] curative,” the “gene-encoded, or ‘mRNA,’ vaccines work poorly… the symptoms of the vaccine reactions mirror the symptoms of the disease,” and “the DOD now mandates vaccines that copy the spike protein previously deemed too dangerous.”

Dr. Robert Malone commented on the Project Veritas DARPA leak on War Room today: "The implications here exceed those of the Pentagon Papers. This is enormous... This has to do with a global impact on millions and millions and millions of lives that has been intentionally covered up... If these documents are verified, then this is truly a smoking gun of historic proportions.”

"I really can’t think of a plausible natural scenario where you get from the bat virus or one very similar to it to nCoV where you insert exactly 4 amino acids 12 nucleotide that all have to be added at the exact same time to gain this function - that and you don't change any other amino acid in S2? I just can't figure out how this gets accomplished in nature."

Recall Proximal Origin is the article that seeded the natural origin narrative.

Jeremy Farrar Email To Collins And Fauci Says He Is Leaning "70:30 or 60:40" Accidental Release Over Natural Event

In unredacted February 2020 emails between Wellcome Trust Director Jeremy Farrar, Dr. Francis Collins, and Dr. Anthony Fauci, the three scientists have a "hard time" explaining the furin cleavage site of SARS-CoV-2 and say that it is "highly unlikely" to be of natural origin.

Farrar: "He (Dr. Mike Farzan) is bothered by the furin site and has a hard time explain that as an event outside the lab (though, there are possible ways in nature, but highly unlikely)"

Farrar goes on to say that he is leaning "70:30 or 60:40" that the virus was an accidental release.

While these scientists held the private belief that the lab release was the most likely scenario, they also authored the Proximal Origin paper which worked to seed the natural original narrative for the public.

This August 2021 document, marked Unclassified, was hidden in a top-secret folder. It smoking-gun acknowledges that HCQ and IVM are valid agents against Covid.

You're Going to Want to Sit Down for the Latest Inflation Numbers | Red State

US consumer prices soar at fastest in 39 years, real wages tumble for 9th straight month

December’s inflation numbers are out and are sitting at a whopping seven percent year over year, with far higher increases in several areas that are key for middle-class families (like meat +10%, gas +50%, used cars +37%, and shelter +4%). That’s the highest number since 1982 and the 19th straight monthly rise in headline CPI. Meanwhile, real average hourly earnings fell (down 2.4% YoY) for the 9th straight month...

These numbers are simply insane, and incredibly harmful. They are also rage-inducing for those who finally felt like they were getting ahead but are now watching their savings and bank account dwindle away while getting nothing extra in return. There is no more direct a tax increase on Americans than out-of-control inflation. You can’t deduct, and it can’t be avoided.

Worse, there is no easy way out of what the Democrats’ ridiculous spending plans have wrought. Their stimulus checks and debt-busting “relief” spending didn’t create the jobs boom they promised, but they did paint the nation into a corner. All that can be done now is to raise interest rates, which will slow inflation but will also slow investment and crush people’s retirements. There are no good options left because the man in the White House is an absolute dolt who is way over his head.

Further, instead of staunching the bleeding, Democrats are now proposing even more spending under the guise of the “emergency” posed by the Omicron COVID-19 wave. In the face of crushing inflation… they are going full-speed ahead into the buzzsaw, and you get to pay the hospital bill.

Lastly, it should be mentioned that the Biden administration actually changed the calculation for inflation. In other words, it’s likely that 7 percent number is watered down, making the comparison to 1982 apples to oranges. That’s how bad things are.

Boosters Are Over | Alex Berenson Substack

Now the World Health Organization has waved the white flag on Covid vaccine boosters too.

WHO released a statement about Covid vaccines yesterday. It’s filled with the usual public health jargon and ass-covering, but one line stands out:

a vaccination strategy based on repeated booster doses of the original vaccine composition is unlikely to be appropriate or sustainable.

It’s over, people.

Instead the WHO is now promising/demanding vaccines based on whatever the dominant Sars-Cov-2 strain is at the moment.

That promise is as empty as all the others the health bureaucrats and vaccine companies have made.

At least five major variants (“variants of concern”) have developed in the last year, and two have become globally dominant. Even the mRNA vaccines cannot be cooked up and delivered fast enough to match whatever strain of virus becomes dominant. Covid is faster than the scientists.

In the statement, the WHO explicitly said that future vaccines against Covid must “be more effective in protection against infection thus lowering community transmission.”

Two huge points hidden in those 11 words:

First, they are inherently a devastating critique of the current failure of Covid vaccines to work as promised.

Second, the WHO does NOT apply that standard to flu vaccines, which do not and are not expected to stop community transmission. Why demand more of Covid vaccines? The only honest answer is that the mRNA and DNA Covid vaccines have much more severe side effects than flu vaccines and thus must be held to a much higher standard.

Which they have no hope of meeting.
The war is over. The (mRNA) vaccines lost. The only question is when how many more people will be harmed before American public health authorities announce their surrender.

NCAA Recognizes Natural Immunity

The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) has released updated guidance for winter sports that factors in natural immunity, representing yet another crack in the regime’s plandemic tyranny narrative:

“For purposes of the winter guidelines, the NCAA COVID-19 Medical Advisory Group has developed a definition of ‘fully vaccinated’ that considers both vaccination status and other immunity factors that may impact risks for Tier 1 individuals, including student-athletes and coaches…

A person who has had a documented COVID-19 infection in the past 90 days is considered the equivalent of ‘fully vaccinated.’”

If You Are a Vaccine Company Executive, It's Time to Slam the Brakes | Alex Berenson

The hundreds of millions of people who have received shots of mRNA/LNP and DNA/AAV Covid vaccines had no real idea what they were taking.

They did so on the urging of the vaccine companies and health authorities, who told them that the jabs would protect them and their families and end the Covid epidemic. The statements were public. Many are less than a year old. They cannot be suppressed or memory-holed, no matter how hard anyone wants to try.

Every single one of those statements has proven wrong - so wrong that the jab companies no longer even try to defend them.

Here’s what Albert Bourla, Pfizer’s CEO, said on Monday in an interview on CNBC:

The hope is that we will achieve something that will have way, way better protection, particularly against infections because the protection against the hospitalizations and the severe disease, it is, it is reasonable right now, with the current vaccines as long as you are having let’s say the 3rd dose.

Read those words very carefully.
Protection against “severe disease” is “reasonable right now” for people who have taken a “3rd dose” of Pfizer’s vaccine.

Put aside the fact that even those words are at best an optimistic interpretation of current data.

Put aside the fact that Pfizer has NEVER compared a 3-dose vaccine regimen to a placebo in a clinical trial.

Put aside the fact that “reasonable right now” suggests that any effect of a 3rd dose will not last.

What the chief executive of Pfizer is telling you is THAT IF YOU RECEIVED 2 DOSES OF HIS COMPANY’S VACCINE LAST YEAR, YOUR PROTECTION IS GONE.

Even against “the hospitalizations and the severe disease.”

You need to be “having let’s say the 3rd dose” for protection against those.

Most people don’t understand yet how badly they were conned.

But they will…

You can trust Albert Bourla: vaccine protection against severe outcomes drops over time.

That’s one side of the coin.

The flip side is adverse events. We don’t know how bad those are after a 3rd dose, much less a 4th or 5th or more. (How can we? Remember, the companies didn’t test 3 doses against placebo.)

But the 3rd-shot myocarditis data looks bad. It suggests a dose-dependent response. And the rise in all-cause deaths across Europe in the last few months cannot be ignored, even if the health authorities are ignoring it.
I suspect the smartest people at the companies are increasingly aware of the potential crisis of repeated dosing. Which may be why Bourla also said in the CNBC interview, “I don’t know if there is a need for a 4th booster.”

What? In the same interview where Pfizer’s CEO warned people not to expect long-lasting protection from a 3rd shot - “reasonable right now” - he also pivoted away from more boosters?
Instead Bourla talked up Paxlovid, his company’s new $530 per treatment antiviral. “This is where most of the effort of most of the governments is moving.”

The real risk to Pfizer - and to Bourla - comes from side effects. People will be angry when they figure out that they’ve been conned into taking vaccines that didn’t work. But most of them won’t be furious, especially since Omicron appears much milder than earlier variants. Zero efficacy probably won’t destroy Pfizer or get anyone indicted.

But side effects might. People will be FURIOUS if they think they been conned into taking vaccines that didn’t work and potentially hurt them, or their parents, or their kids.

Right now the rate of reported serious vaccine injury is just low enough that the companies and vaccine fanatics can argue it’s not real, it’s a statistical artifact, the VAERS reports are fake (they’re not), etc. The 3rd dose appears to be changing that equation somewhat.

So the prudent move for Albert Bourla, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, PhD, is to begin to tamp expectations for vaccines, slow-walk more boosters, and hope that Omicron does his job for him.

European Drug Regulators Abruptly Reverse Course on Boosters | Alex Berenson Substack

This should terrify you if you’ve received an mRNA booster.

Last month, the European Medicines Agency authorized boosters EVERY THREE MONTHS.

Today, not even five weeks later, and barely 24 hours after Pfizer’s CEO downplayed a fourth dose, they said they think frequent boosters may not be safe.

What changed? What data have they seen since December 9? Animal studies? Side effect reports? Epidemiological data? Or is this just an abundance of caution - caution that did not exist last month?

The time for obfuscation and deception is over. Hundreds of millions of people across the United States and Europe have received mRNA boosters.

They deserve to know the truth.
